Когда мне заминусили счёт, ни имэйла, ни звонка, ни смски, никакого уведомления не сделали. Как будто это пустяк какой-то. А то, что человек может попасть по этому незнанию в проблемную ситуацию - это Сбербанк не волнует. Например оказаться далеко от дома с пустой картой и без наличности.
Вот такая "забота" о клиентах, как она есть на самом деле. На клиентов им плевать.
непонимаю чем мог изначально привлекать государственный банк. Сбербанк это же пропасть к которой даже подходить страшно. Хотя по логике вещей понятно что государственный банк не лопнет никогда, но о других рисках постоянно забывают. |
