I have been mining with few scrypt miners myself and I know what you are talking about...I would suggest that you can sell these cards at a decent price now, because I don't think the profit is going to get better even if you try to mine ETH directly.. the chances of you making a decent profit if you decide to mine and hold any coins is also not that attractive..once, people used to mine new coins and then hold them for long time and sell it and make huge profits... i see that there are few new algos like PHI1 etc..you may want to check them out...

Airdrops and bountys now are all pretty much the same scumbags trying to get your personal information via kyc or whatever... people still fall for it. I remember joining for few airdrops during sept-nov 2017 and I made some 250$ out of it, actually with no effort at all..such easy money will attract a lot of people and with it a lot of scammers, which is what we are seeing now.

I see a slight chance in acceptance, after a wide adoption of BTC or any crypto in general. The sad thing is that we  will lose all the benefits of early adopters, many people from India have started seriously working on crypto for years, they took heavy losses also..with time everyone will recover.. but what is lost is lost.

Everyone may be aware about what happened in India during the last 3 months, on April 5th - Central Bank (RBI) issued a notice that every bank should terminate all accounts related to businesses dealing on Cryptocurrencies, whether Individual or Corporate. They gave time till july 5th - on that day, every exchange closed INR (Indian Rupee) deposit and withdrawal.

Now, to my point.. Even after banning INR/Crypto pairs in India, trading is still going on via P2P and crypto/crypto. One of the top exchange Koinex is launching their p2p token exchange service within two days..so in my opinion it all boils down to the fact that crypto is moving away from being dependent on banks and most importantly its value being calculated with respect to fiat currencies.  When people start exchanging crypto to crypto and offer services etc..even though under the radar, it will really trigger a massive revolution - without bank support. Many people took massive loss on the way, many got scammed and many ran away with peoples money..but I don't think these will really affect BTC or any crypto in the long run, after people realize its true potential as an aid to financial freedom and true democracy. I am certainly positive about crypto even though it is a real hard time now.. I also lost quite a lot by investing on mining hardware etc.. but I hope it is indeed for a bright future..

Many people go to these low volume exchanges that appears out of nowhere, most of the time the reason is that the spread or prices are too good to refuse. There are talks that many exchanges use bots to manipulate the price, so what you see online may not be the real rate at which you can buy or sell..Be careful when using new exchanges.
