p2p exchanges are now active. so you may try them for trading. its risky to do such trade like this.

But no one would dare to scam this big amount, if he is giving his bank details.Oh wait, the central bank just banned bitcoins.
So even if he scams, I think we cannot sue him.Or am I wrong here?

Either way there is one more way, this guy will buy a trusted profile at localbitcoins and will post a "Buying bitcoins" thread.
When he gets a seller, he will provide us with that sellers account details.The victim will send funds to the sellers account.
So he will end up getting bitcoins from the scam money.

I have dealt with many people from this forum, it is safe as long as you use a trusted escrow service like OgNasty etc..
for low volume trades it is better to use localbitcoins
