121  Economy / Economics / Re: Robert Kiyosaki expects a market crash and economic crisis - do you believe it? on: December 13, 2021, 07:47:33 PM
Most of the technical analysis channels I follow seem to be very bullish despite having many similar posts like Kiyosaki out there, to be honest, I don't like reading all these very pessimistic articles like this even if it is good to have different knowledge of the market to get prepared, I really hope the crash even there will be any won't be very serious. The world is already going through a lot.
122  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe good time to loan money to invest in crypto on: December 13, 2021, 07:37:37 PM
It may be a good time to buy some very good projects now that the market is down but getting a loan to do that is not advisable in my opinion, crypto investment is risky and it is not encouraging to take a loan to invest in it,
In fact, it is advisable to only invest what you can afford to lose, so I don't think taking a loan is a wise thing to do.
123  Economy / Economics / Re: Mortgage are most wrong financial decision you can make on: December 12, 2021, 06:33:39 AM
I think paying rent then invest the rest on crypto or gold ipo according to op is not a bad idea, there is a good chance you can double that invested amount then you can buy a house without having to go through a mortgage, although the crypto market is not predictable, anything can happen, but the chances of getting good returns is high.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Prefer a KYCed Team? on: December 12, 2021, 06:23:35 AM
A kyced team can give a certain level of trust even though it is not a guarantee to success which is not the sole aim of doing the kyc in the first place, it shows the team are ready and willing to do their best to gain investors trust and be at ease, if investors can be subjected to kyc, I don't see why teams shouldn't.
125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unknown Tokens in my wallet? Growing.fi on: December 12, 2021, 06:18:41 AM
Probably some other projects you hold do airdrop to your wallet or some random projects doing airdrop to scam gullible people, I also have 2 different tokens in my wallet that I have no idea about them, I was able to know about them through bsc they have no value yet, I doubt if they ever have value, I won't bother myself with them.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Squid Game scam creators buy $125M worth of SHIB turning into Shiba Inu whales on: December 11, 2021, 07:07:00 PM
I still don't understand how people manage to invest money on that project without thinking a bit, immediately I saw the squid coin project I knew there is something fishy, the movie has just been launched in the cinema and already we have the token, somebody wants quick grab money and they succeed in fooling a lot of people into buying in that scam project, I hope shiba don't turn out to be same someday.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Play2earn games on: December 11, 2021, 07:01:35 PM
How good will Play2earn games be that someone can rely on them for daily weekly or monthly income? Axie infinity was a blast but now it's no more a easier option for people that are struggling because the requirements to play the game is highly costly, are there free to play crypto games available?

I think this is going to be a major disadvantage for the rest of the play2earn project if they don't come up with the best way to make p2e easier for everyone from the beginning to future years ahead,
It should not be too difficult as the project progress, people should still be able to earn something good irrespective of the time it was launched. If it becomes too difficult to earn people will quickly leave and look for the next easier play2earn project.

129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can SHIB rise to 0.1? on: December 02, 2021, 06:16:59 PM
The market at present is not looking positive, almost all the alts including btc are red, can't say what is about to happen,  if this is a correction or the beginning of the bear market if this continues most of the alts will suffer including shiba inu, so don't expect too much by year end, perhaps this can be achieved long term.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: December 02, 2021, 06:12:07 PM
New projects are very hard to invest on because you don't know what will be the outcome, if the team will be dedicated to the project or if they are just quick profit seekers, but if you happens to find a good new project to invest on, the reward is great especially when you are able to exercise patience to the project to grow to maturity.
I also have 2 new projects am watching, hopefully I can get in during their public and see what the outcome will be.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nasdaq-Listed Online Retailer Confirms It Will Accept Shiba Inu ($SHIB) Payments on: December 01, 2021, 05:50:37 AM
Am kinda surprise shiba is getting this much attention especially from a world class company like Nasdaq, if this is true, this is huge for shiba holders and can most likely trigger another price run on this project, it seems shiba is gradually becoming a strong utility token.
132  Economy / Economics / Re: New COVID strain may affect crypto valuation on: December 01, 2021, 03:04:21 AM
It is very surprising a new wave of covid has come again and the whole economy will suffer just like the previous, we can already see it affecting the stock market and crypto market, I hope soon thr market will stabilise in the market,  many countries are trying to understand this new covid and the best way to prevent it from spreading.
133  Economy / Economics / Re: No where is actually safe on: November 30, 2021, 07:25:19 PM
I understand that most of the people joining crypto are hardly driven by their interest to earn or profit from it due to its growing value. They may think its easy but surely not. It is not safe, its risky. Its better to learn before getting in and hopefully not in a hurry to skip and earn. You might end up losing what you've worked hard for.

May I ask what they are driven by if not their interest to earn or profit by it? of course, the majority of people in crypto are driven by the interest to earn quick profit, it will be better if people can learn a bit before diving in, but many invest before learning which is not very wise since the person will miss much vital information on how the whole market operates as well as hoe to be safe in this space.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think TVK coin is the right investment? on: November 29, 2021, 07:16:02 PM
Nobody can tell which investment is the right one, we can only try our best by doing the necessary research and then take a chance and see what the outcome will be, one thing I noticed is that it is better to invest in what is trending because the majority of investors interest goes there so it is very likely to see good profit short to mid-term.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Looking for next 100x coins on: November 29, 2021, 06:31:01 PM
Recently I stumble across Micro Pets project, it is an nft meme project but really different from the shiba inu and dogecoin type of meme, I don't usually invest in meme projects but I find this one interesting enough to put little funds on it,
One of the cool things I like about the project is the nft can be staked to earn more $PET tokens for you, depending in the rarity of your pet the apy can be a very high, different rare pet with different apy to stake and get crazy returns, love the idea and I hope the dev team can keep it up.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good metaverse tokens. on: November 29, 2021, 06:16:08 PM
I agree with @Grumlin Arcona is one of the best metaverse in crypto space in my opinion and very undervalued, the market cap is very small around $22 million according to coingecko, a friend shilled the project to me and when I take a look, I couldn't resist buying a few, best argumented reality I have seen, the project is sick, I can't wait for it to get listed in one of cex and gain recognition.
Am also interested in sin City, around $23 million mc according to coingecko, they are both great metaverse projects.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now, can $people still start? on: November 29, 2021, 06:00:26 PM
Recently, I heard many friends recommend $people, think that it is the next doge and shib, can I buy now? What do you think?

This project is very new to me but a quick glance at it's website shows the team didn't accomplish the purpose for which the token was created thus it doesn't seem like further development will take place,
Here is a quote from the website
Quote
"ConstitutionDAO cannot and will not endorse any future plans for the token. Nothing in here is financial advice. Do your own research".
I don't think it is a wise idea to put money in a project that it's future is not certain, there are many other opportunities out there.
138  Economy / Economics / Re: New COVID strain may affect crypto valuation on: November 28, 2021, 05:53:07 PM
Still trying to figure out why this should affect the market so, I get people are in fear but why sell your assets as a result of this new covid discovery, shouldn't we be learning from the first and second waves! This new covid should affect the market this much especially since having survived the previous outbreak, well so far, the market has been resilient so hopefully, it will turn around soon.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to Ethereum after the release of ETH2.0? on: November 28, 2021, 05:38:06 PM
The launch of eth 2.0 will be good for the entire ethereum network and will make things work in the right direction, eth 2.0 is mainly to address the issues eth is currently facing, high transaction fees as the top the list, once these issues are rectified, eth 2.0 will be suitable,
I don't believe projects under eth will switch over to near, polygon or avalanche after the issues have been resolved, if they don't switch now I don't see why they will switch after.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What I understand about bitcoin on: November 28, 2021, 05:28:59 PM
Every day in our lives we learn new stuff and we keep learning, btc is such an advanced technology that we can't learn everything at once, it will be a gradual process, we learn more as we continue using the technology,  btc gives an opportunity for both poor and rich to access it easily, anybody can be a part of this space just by learning and understanding the basic, you don't need to be a dev or have certain knowledge, that's the beauty of this space.
