Maybe or not. That is a governance tokens for constitution dao which supposedly buying a copy of US constitution. Yes they might be sound weird when they lose some lose interest, no one should also do trading for the token since its not the purpose of the token on the first place but people speculate and wanted it to gain value.

I myself donated with this project but I choose to refund mine as I dont like the way $people token had been speculated and made it a pump and dump.

that's not a meme token but im sure there were lots of scam tokens used people as their ticker in various blockchain so you must be more specific about that. This to avoid the reader to mislead from reading your thread. That has been listed on several good exchange sites but i will not consider this potentially to be the same like doge coin or shiba inu. The problem I see these days with most investors is that most follow Hype and don't border to do the needful, even some minimal research on a project is a problem for most hence they will invest in any hype they see. This project is very new to me but a quick glance at it's website shows the team didn't accomplish the purpose for which the token was created thus it doesn't seem like further development will take place,

If you believe your friends (are they good analytics?) and this project, it’s really time to buy. However for me these charts are looking like traders are trying immediately to sell all their tokens. You need to learn more about the project to be sure that it won’t scam soon.
