121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am i late to buy bitcoin now ?? on: December 13, 2017, 11:57:19 PM
No one has said that bitcoin has reached its ATH.Bitcoin has just completed its eight years and we could say that now only, bitcoin has started to increase in price in speed phase. You could still buy 0.0921 btc with your $1,500 dollars.Since bitcoin price is expected to move in bullish trend,i you didn't buy now, then you would have to regret for your decision. Those who thought in the year beginning that bitcoin price is too high to buy at $1,000 are now regretting on seeing today's bitcoin price.
122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ☠☠☠ Will High Transaction Fees Be The Downfall Of Bitcoin? ☠☠☠ on: December 13, 2017, 11:55:32 PM
No.it will not lead to the downfall of bitcoin. If bitcoin had been still considered and used only as a currency, most o users would have switched to other altcoins. But now, bitcoin is mostly considered as a digital asset and also, its price is continuously increasing. So,most of the users still continue to use bitcoins and don't give priority to high fee issue. However, very soon when lightning network would get activated, transaction fee would get reduced more.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Was bitcoin created by artificial intelligence? on: December 13, 2017, 11:52:58 PM
That's just a conspiracy theory.Every one accepts bitcoin as a master piece of creation of this century.but still,it could not be proved 100% that bitcoin has been created by AI.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are so many devoted to Bitcoin vs other cryptos? on: December 13, 2017, 11:50:02 PM
As you have said in your post,no other coin has handled such a huge volume o transactions and only when such coins handle such a huge transaction volume, then only we could say that it is better than bitcoin.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN: Threat to our Current Currency on: December 13, 2017, 11:46:51 PM
Im new to this forum, so while reading to get information, I realized if it will succeed, we wont be needing cash anymore. Will it be a threat to our current currency which we used cash during payments?
No,fiat currencies would get destroyed completely. Both fiat currency and bitcoin would co exist.Bitcoin might be used as a secondary currency.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin sending fees... are you serious? on: December 13, 2017, 11:42:58 PM
Have you checked out the price of litecoin recently? It is now no. 3 in exchange volume behind bitcoin and ether because transactions fees are cheap. A $25 bitcoin transaction fee is only 25 cents using litecoin. Whenever I have to send a payment I try to use litecoin if possible until LN is working.
I think that it would be the best possible way here after to avoid such higher fee.Lightning ntwork is in its beta stage and we could soon hope for it to get activated.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet is the best for Bitcoin Now? on: December 13, 2017, 11:38:42 PM
You could use electrum wallet.I have been using it or the past two years. Its safe to use.We could even set our transaction fee manually. But it should have to be downloaded from official website Electrum.org and not from fake websites.
128  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value surge past $17,000, Is it Safe to Invest Now? on: December 12, 2017, 12:34:15 PM
If you are investing in bitcoins for a short term benefit, then just stay away from it as its price could even fall now suddenly.Mostly, bitcoin investment is made in a long term basis unlike altcoins. So,if you want to have a long term investment, then you could buy bitcoins as its price has earlier fell down many times and regained new price quickly higher than its previous price.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bitcoin will be sustainable through the registration of the people? on: December 12, 2017, 12:29:28 PM
I think that you mean to say that if more people join the bitcoin community, then bitcoin would sustain for a longer time. There is no need for more people. If the people who are now having bitcoins hold them continuously for longer period, that is enough for sustainability of bitcoin.Numbers does not matter.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, is it really just a bubble? on: December 12, 2017, 12:23:43 PM
Even though bitcoin lacks intrinsic value, the reason for its continuous increase in demand and price is that its supply is limited and so free from inflation. It is free from the hands of governments from whom the normal people suffered a lot due to high taxing. So,people find it as a safe haven. Also, bitcoin having no chance of getting hacked when kept in wallet unless its private keys revealed. The financial freedom it provides. The privacy it provides in sending very huge amounts of money without disclosing any personal details. All these factors make bitcoin price grow continuously.Bitcoin deserves even big price than this and any thing which is not priced above its value could not be termed as a bubble.
131  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is behind the inflating value of Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2017, 11:54:33 PM
The limited supply of bitcoins and the continuous increase in demand makes the bitcoin price higher.Bitcoin is totally free from inflation as its supply could not be increased beyond 21 millions unlike US dollars which are printed infinitely. But the demand for bitcoins is continuously increasing.S0,bitcoin deserves more price than its present price.
132  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Am I too late to join the party? on: December 10, 2017, 11:54:04 PM
Hey guys. Finally decided to get me some coins. I have about 10k to spare. any recommendations?
There are many choices before you to invest. But i would suggest you to invest in bitcoin as its demand is continuously increasing as new companies enter crypto related businesses more and demand for bitcoins is continuously increasing.
133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Panic selling vs Panic buying on: December 10, 2017, 11:50:39 PM
Hey there!
A question of panic selling was already discussed on this forum a billion times. But whats bad here? If you are sure that the price will grow back then you can just buy some BTC in better rates. The more dangerous will be the situation when someone is buying BTC while being afraid of loosing some profits despite the fact that pump has already happened (I'm calling it a panic buying). Thats seems like a straight way to lose money and make a bubble.
Yes.That's really a dangerous aspect in trading and i too have suffered a lot because of buying a pumped coin and losing out by selling it at very low rate when it immediately gets dumped.I happens frequently in altcoin trading where mostly altcoins get pumped and dumped.
134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC transactions stuck on Blockchain ?? on: December 08, 2017, 11:59:59 PM
Anybody else freaking cuz your BTC & Alt's are stuck on  Blockchain... or just missing since yesterday Dec. 7

Yes, i received some bitcoins on my wallet on Wednesday and it is still with zero confirmations.

A lot of people are paying fees of more than fifty bucks in order to make them get out of the blockchain, it is pretty annoying.. only those who have a big amount of money are the only ones who are able to move funds.

And the same is happening with ethereum, the whole blockchain is collapsed and you are not able to do nothing in there.

It seems that this is the right time to switch to another coin in order to process payments a little bit faster..

Yes,me too.I received bitcoins on thursday in my electrum wallet and it even does not show me the transaction itself now.
135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Epic level pump and dump on: December 08, 2017, 12:04:53 PM
Its true that bitcoin is not used as a currency due to its high fee but for that reason only, lightning network is soon to be activated. Its still in its testing phase. It would enhance bitcoin in speed, privacy and cost. So,bitcoin would get started to be more used as a currency which would assure for its higher demand.

Ethereum or dash could in no way be a choice of bitcoin holders.

139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: US Govt asking Coinbase to share customer's acts detail - is it the beginning? on: December 03, 2017, 11:48:11 PM
It has already asked before the details of customers similarly. But it has asked this time only the details of those who have more than $20,000 amount of BTC in their accounts. So,its a relief for those who have less than that amount.
140  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: transaction fee on: December 03, 2017, 11:45:28 PM
hi all anyone have good recommendation where there no transfer or admin charge apply when transferring BTC?
As far as i know, there is no such service available since no miner would be willing to confirm transactions for free.Transaction fee was big issue when it got raised heavily when BU was created and loads of fake transactions were sent to spam the network. But now, after segwit activation transaction fee has become very low.It is the fee which miners get as bonus for confirming a transaction. So,even in future,we could not expect such free services.
