Do they have a pcie power plug? If not, keep in mind it's drawing all that current though the motherboard
Actually you are just using powered USB risers and the problem is solved.

The price now is perfect and going over $1 in the next 24 hours. This correction that we saw was absolutely normal and expected.

Okay guys please tell me whats up with this ICOs they are showing from nowhere and getting vast amounts invested in them? Like wtf who will buy that? Every new project has it's own token!
But seriously I just hear new ICO raised XXX next ICO raised more funds and all. In theory why would people even buy them as there is just to much of them and most of them don't even need to create new token to operate, but they do to make money...
Is this some kind of legit scam/ponzi where they have a big % of "fake investors" just to caught publics eye? Because I don't really understand the people who just invest in them tons and tons of money.... Also these ICOs have enough money to advertise them selfs over the internet and to pull and how to say lure more investors in them.
Tell me your thoughts on this as it's getting ridiculous I mean if it's that easy let everyone create its own ICO and develop something as we will earn more than we could without the ICO....
Or am I missing something here and they are a revolutionary things?
So create your own ICO and develop something, it should be easy if you say. Actually can't understand why you are asking questions here when you are future millionaire, just make your own ICO, you know. all selling dreams and talk.... very few have any actually working code.
mostly insta icos sold out to insider whales then to be pumped on exchanges...
best to find projects with a working product already
many will come to nothing and most who dont dump out soon enough will end up losing.
making a white paper that almost no people could understand then you'll get tons of money, more profitable than being a drug dealer ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) Maybe you just need to read more than Altcoin speculation forum and you could start understanding what is written in this super mega sophisticated whitepapers, don't you think so?

Look for SONM, the ICO is starting in two days. Ark is a great project and a great opportunity for investment. ICN is going to be incredible and unseen platform. Aeternity aims to be better blockchain and project than ETH, really worth to read about it too.

Just for fun though....
what are 5 good imaginary theories in which Zcash COULD go up to $700?
If Zcash hits $700 that means Bitcoin is worth $10k or something. So maybe in five or ten years from now? Five or ten years for Bitcoin to become $10k? I think you maybe have missed the last few months. $5k in the next 12 months IMO.

ether soaring so high that it may over take bitcoin in months. i wouldn't be surprise if this happen this year. the domination battle always end up on platforms like eth and waves. there are some on top but hasn't really made their development as fast as these two. waiting for NEM to do some initiative.
At the current rising rate, the ETH will be larger than bitcoin soon. In market cap maybe, but in price not in the near future for sure. Even with bigger market cap, ether would not take bitcoin's first place for adoption and using.

Are the cards overclocked, see if it isn't too much. Also check your PSU, can it handle them all? What error exactly do you get in Claymore? Give some more details about the system too.

It looks like ETH will continue up to $500. I am very optimistic it will happen soon.
I do not think that eth will easily hit $500. Eth market cap can not surpass bitcoin and if eth wants to reach $500, bitcoin market needs to be 1.5x higher. In the far future, I believe that eth price will cross $1000. Therefore, if you have money, use 40% to buy ethereum and 60% to buy bitcoin What is stopping ETH surpassing BTC in market cap? Have we missed something?

any one can help me in this i have very high GPU power drew ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ff.top4top.net%2Fp_52547jd31.png&t=663&c=3NV-ILZn_UDgDQ) my GPU it's sapphire rx570 pulse itx What are you mining? Is the card bios modded? If so, lower your core clock to 1100 and increase memory to 1900+. If not, you can't have much better results with the power draw. Also AB is not accurate for power consumption, buy a watt meter to see how much you draw from the wall.

Short-term Goal: $150 in the next 30 days
Medium-term Goal: $18,834.56 somewhere in the next 10-16 months
Long-term Goal: I believe I will reach $5 million in the next 5 years if I strongly follow my development and investment plan.

All my R9 series cards are mining ZEC, a bit lower power consumption and cooler cards.
What about dual mining with claymore, you can mine ethereum and zec, have you tried it? Are you running Linux or Windows? My cards are with Tahiti and Hawaii chips which are really power hungry. Back in the days they were dual mining but the temperature and power consumption were pretty high. With adding more GPUs I am having difficulties maintaining "proper" temperature in the rooms which is more important than few hashes more. Also lowering the power consumption of these cards gives me opportunity to add more new cards. I am running Windows.

Hi, to be serious, nobody can give a clear statement, because of the age of the product (missing long term experience). If you choose optimal parameters like 70-75% TDP, 66-85% FAN and temperature below 70° C your card should last at least for 2 years [EU warranty time], but it also depends on the quality of the vendors FANs and VRMs and the dust in your envirement. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Took the word from my mouth. @OP, 100% fan speed all the time is not needed. Make your own custom fan graph and lower your speeds. 60 degrees is pretty good temp so you can freely lower your fans RPM, increasing their lifespan and lowering the noise.

hi, can someone tell me if there is a difference when using both 8+6pin on the nitro+ vs only 8pin?
my rx570 pulse has only 8pin and gets me 29.4MH/s so I wonder do I need both connectors to get the same hash on the nitro+?
the issue is that I can only buy the nitro+ but putting more than 4 gpu in the rig would require more then 2 psu
I'm wondering if the 6 pin is needed especially if using powered risers and undervolting. I suspect not but interested to hear if anyone has tried it that way. You can run the card with only the 8pin connected, it will mine. Tested. Cheers

can any poloniex watchers tell me what effect it might have on the pumps there? was it a driver of them? will this slow everything down?
it's a sensible choice while they're so gummed up.
Lately it was so flooded there, that I don't think anybody was reading it. Only FUDers and speculators were posting every hundredth of the second it was hard to even read something. Don't think anybody was influenced by the trollbox.

1. DDU clean and restart 2. 16.9.2 extract files from B folder to overwrite 17.5.1 B folder files 3. enable 4g decoding , save and turn off. 4. put 5 cards in and run 5. the computer turns on and mining rig works but the computer is extremely laggy and turns off after few seconds of mining.
Can anyone help?
What are the cards, are they RX series? It is not necessary to the driver trick anymore with 17.5.1 and 5xx series cards. What PSU are you running, is it big enough to run 5 cards on? Have you done any clocks or undervolts, if so, check again that you haven't gone too far.
