121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHICH COIN IS THE NEXT ETHEREUM ? on: December 20, 2020, 01:40:47 PM
Well, some people will hate me for this comment but i have a trust that DeepOnion might reach that status. Someone tagged me in the past for talking about this project and i'm sure that lauda and the other great and well known members are against this project but i'm going to say it.
DeepOnion was alive from 2017 and they delivered a great airdrop, they even have reached 18$ in terms of price and they are developing the project since july 2017, they have segwit now and they are going to have smart contracts soon, i think they will fight for that.
The question is whether they can cover ethereum's scaleability? even now there are good projects like polkadot which they said have better technology and offer better scaleability. I think if we had to compare it, compare it from a technology perspective, then it would make more sense
Well, no hate to the lovely Ethereum Blockchain but i'm sure that you all started to hussle and to hate these big fees and even the rich people can notice that 6$ per transaction is alot. imagine someone paying 100 transactions through Ethereum, that's 600$ in fees, Fuck it man! that's not logical and that's not affordable by each and every crypto user. Either they work on scaling their network TPS and Capacity either polkadot or any other powerful blockchain could steal the position. I really love Ethereum alot but they are making us feel ashamed these days..
122  Economy / Services / Re: @Hugeblack 🌟 Signature Design -▌50% OFF 40$ only ▌- on: December 20, 2020, 01:33:39 PM
Just wanted to say these couple words:
I highly recommend dealing with HugeBlack, he's one of the best in the Arabic category and you can already see in the thread that he's gifted and that he's a skilled designer.
Good luck buddy  Wink
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin wallet requires newer version of litecoin core on: December 20, 2020, 10:59:56 AM
Well buddy you can visit the website of Litecoin organisation and download the latest core upgrade version.
Then open the folder located at this location:
Code:
%appdata%

then search for the Roaming folder, then look for Litecoin folder and put your wallet.dat file there and overwrite it.
Then open the latest core and wait for the network to sync. You should be fine and your balance will show. Consider looking for a "Blockchain" snapshot if possible, that will sync the network more faster.

125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can new crypto beat Eth in the market? on: December 20, 2020, 10:26:16 AM
It's possible, when talking about Bitcoin it's impossible i'm sure of that but when talking about Ethereum, it all depends on the market adoption and the decision of miners.
Leaving Ethereum die is a possible event, they are letting their network die each hype event the network of ethereum is not that promising. They should raise the TPS and the speed also the capacity and i think that the next upgrade will have an effect but they will also face problems in the future till the miners leave which i'm really afraid of .
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🤔 How do you distribute your portfolio? BTC vs Altcoins on: December 20, 2020, 09:55:58 AM
I'm not investing in crypto during this whole period of time because of the lack of time but if i were here, i'd put 30% on Bitcoin, 30% in LiteCoin, 20% on Monero and 20% diversified into the Altcoins. Put in mind that my investments in Altcoins might be volatile and that means i might dump some of my holdings and buy other picks that turns to be promising. You shouldn't really "Hodl" altcoins, the main thing you must hold is BTC right now.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Little Experience with USDT - TRC20 on: December 20, 2020, 09:52:31 AM
To be honest, i never heard that the USDT TRC20 transactions are free on Huobi platform, that's insane when comparing it to the fees on the Ethereum blockchain! Good achievement buddy, and thanks very much for letting the community know about this feature. I think i might use it in the near future.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from centralized wallets on: December 20, 2020, 09:49:28 AM
Code:
Any wallets that ask you create an account with mail and password is centralized, they monitor your private keys for you, be smart
That's not always valid, there might be some wallets who are not 100% centralized and they might ask for your email and for a password. In this case i will mention Blockchain.com wallet. It's true that these centralized wallets might even have the private key to your wallet and they might even scam like SpectroCoin. Be safe and use MyEtherWallet as your main wallet.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP dumped and BTC goes up, coincidence ? on: December 20, 2020, 09:45:40 AM
You ain't wrong.. XRP is driven by alot of whales and big investors which have relations that helped them deal with Moneygram! That's not by luck or by coincidence i think. I want to express that i dealt using XRP in the past and made a couple of transactions using their blockchain, it's a perfect blockchain but i'm not liking the people behind that project, no hard feelings even if the project is successful but my own feelings aren't good. They have alot of whales playing there and earning alot of funds, it's not me who's expressing the hate, ask each investor there and they will tell you that i am right.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New feature on AltcoinsTalks forum - you can teleport your rank from bitcointalk on: December 20, 2020, 09:42:16 AM
It's a good information to hear, i was a member on Bitcoin Garden forum but never knew about AltcoinsTalks till this moment. Could you guys mention what's special about that forum apart from its main role which is included in the title? It's for Altcoins but do you guys know the people behind that project?
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will we ever get another 7th Jan 2018 Alt Season? on: December 20, 2020, 09:30:00 AM
Of course, Bitcoin is always going to be number one and the "king" as you've mentioned in your thread. About the bitcoin dominance i'm not really sure as it depends on the whales which are turning to be going for Bitcoin and not Ethereum and the other alts. It's likely going to happen, i'm talking about the 2017 alts season but we might see alot of new altcoins so be ready and afford some cash and start looking for the coins listed above the 1000's rankings.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most valuable tokens on Ethereum blockchain on: December 20, 2020, 08:05:57 AM
I always have liked the idea of stable coins but i don't really use them alot nowadays, I'm only using real fiat processors. Just imagine what could happen if 2 or 4 of the biggest exchangers gets hacked and they lose these stablecoins, it would be a nightmare! to move to the real decentralization world, we should synch between all the network of tokens and update the ethereum protocol and make it even bigger, the actual Ethereum is failing.
133  Economy / Speculation / Re: I bought BTC at 23.5K$ on: December 19, 2020, 08:02:12 PM
I'm laughing so hard i swear, why didn't you buy at 15k or 13k? why didn't you buy at 18k? picking the ATH to buy is not a good choice and my words are valid only for this period of time. If you are going to hold for too long then it will be fine but if you are just a swing trader or you'll expecting to dump soon then pray that 30K$ will be around the corner, it's likely to happen but no guarantees and you are in risk if you ain't holding for long Tongue
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC reached another ATH, what about ETH? on: December 19, 2020, 06:10:41 PM
Glad to hear that this christmas was a good starting, we've seen so much bad news in 2020 and Bitcoin just gave the smile to every human holding crypto. About the Ethereum case, i'm expecting 800$ around the corner and it might go above 1000 dollars only if they fix the network gas fee issue. It's not logical that peoples are paying 60$ per 10 transactions in fees. We might see it actually drop in terms of price if the miners aren't happy but these fees will keep them mining lol.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH high gas fee on: December 19, 2020, 01:29:59 PM
It's weird honestly that the developers of Ethereum are silent, 6 bucks per transaction is translated into "Network failure" and it clearly means that Ethereum might die if its users change their beliefs and adopt LiteCoin instead. It's not acceptable in any means that the network is asking for 6$ per transaction, people! it's 60$ per 10 transactions? what the hell is going on?
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: December 19, 2020, 11:10:56 AM
All the methods that you've listed in the thread are risky sometimes, it's not really "Buy and you'll earn" concept. You might be sometimes lucky or maybe they might work out especially that condition of buying when there's a hype or a good news about the project. Besides, swing trading is profitable if you really know when to buy and when to sell and if you sign up in a low fee platform, that will enable you to earn big.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of fake Telegram groups on: December 15, 2020, 10:42:11 PM
I wanted to say that it's your own job to protect yourself online. It's normal that newbies will fall for these fishy methods and even if you keep publishing and writing about the matter i think that the cheaters aka the scammers will always find new ways to scam other people, it's a fight that will never end.
I faced alot of these fake groups especially with the famous exchangers where scammers try to invite other users just to hack their wallets or send a malware into the victime's pc which is a good trick but only dumb ones will fall for it.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: December 14, 2020, 09:23:56 PM
The death of Ethereum Network is a possible event that might take place oneday but it's unlikely to be soon. Do you know why?
BTC is gaining its power from altcoins because of the trading pairs linked to it. Also, Ethereum is getting huge because of the network of Tokens that makes it active and adopted. If these tokens decides to immigrate to another platform, expect Ethereum to die.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this even normal? on: December 13, 2020, 11:16:38 AM
I saw their bounty and it was one of the promising ones around here on Bitcoin Talk. I think that they got what they wanted which is the tokens value. Now they are throwing the bounty program away to be able to gather more investors. They seem fishy for me and i extremely hate these moves because they aren't going anywhere without the community support. Their protocol and their platform might be functional and you might never have any issues with them but i'm talking about their moves which looks exactly like scammers.
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Issue on: December 11, 2020, 10:56:23 PM
I think that Libra will be decentralized, which means that Facebook platform will enable users to interact and exchange or Send the tokens in the Blockchain and that the tokens won't be holded in Facebook platform itself. If i am not wrong, Server outrage and these Kind of issues won't be a big issue. What makes me feel disgusted is that Facebook isn't meant to be decentralized and that it is just not respecting the privacy which is meaning that using Facebook won't be the best choice.
