121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why shouldn’t we be concerned? on: September 21, 2018, 05:31:44 AM
Why shouldn’t we be concerned? Seems like everyone on here is extremely confident will see a bounce back to the December highs and then surpass them, but this dip/crash is now 5 months long. So I’m curious as to why so many of you are confident?

Considering the present time of the year that we are right now, i don't think December highs can be reached because the market has been retarding since the beginning of the year and nothing has changed so far. Cryptocurrency is seen as a new innovation, and as such has the tendency of existing on a longer term - This i think brings confidence in the minds of investors.

123  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Panic Trading! on: September 20, 2018, 11:44:18 AM
It is very difficult to ask people not to panic in a trade that involves a certain amount of capital, most especially when the market has been seen overtime to be going down by the day. Considering the fact that the fate of cryptocurrency is not yet known, makes it even more difficult for investors to keep calm.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investments? on: September 20, 2018, 08:14:26 AM
It could be that the way bitcoin is seen now, was actually not the way it was supposed to be seen. Most people have come to take the digital currency as a means of investment, because it did prove profitable to some individuals, which makes investors want to invest in the digital currency over and over again, knowing the risk involved.
125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Master the trading on: September 19, 2018, 06:15:54 PM
They say that day trading is a skill, so practicing should make you good at it right? How long someone from newbie to advanced should spend to be considered good?

It is not the number of time you put into a trade that makes you a successful trader but how well you are able to make successful trades. Practicing eventually makes you good when you understand how the market works. It is always advisable to practice and master the trade before going live into it.
126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How could bitcoins survive further on: September 19, 2018, 11:42:08 AM
There is no doubt that bitcoin is facing certain challenges. Challenges that is bringing about doubts in the minds of individuals, which is making them seek answers on whether it will survive or not. The only way i see bitcoin surviving, is when individuals keep using it, because when they stop, it automatically would bring the end of it.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can too many Altcoin's can become a threat to bitcoin's existence on: September 19, 2018, 07:10:09 AM
Bitcoin is self dependent and its existence brought about other cryptocurrencies which are now known as Alternative currencies. I believe that no matter how strong an altcoin becomes, it certainly would not be able to take over bitcoin's existence. The previous and current state of the market at every given point in time shows it all.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is at bottom or we will see movement downward ? on: September 19, 2018, 05:45:27 AM
For some time now, Ethereum has not really had a strong support, ever since the initial support was broken. The Ethereum market seem unpredictable at the moment, as the price seem getting below $200 and coming back up. Until a strong support is spotted, only then would we know if there will be a turn.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will survive in "cashless society" ?? on: September 18, 2018, 08:18:16 PM
In a cashless society, transactions are done without the use of physical cash. Bitcoin being a store of value, a currency or whatever people say it is, fits in this context because it is a digital currency that requires the use of an internet to operate and it's not physical in nature. It certainly will survive in a cashless society.
130  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin (BTC) down $200 on: September 18, 2018, 01:59:59 PM
Since the beginning of the year, bitcoin has actually not been able to attain a $10k high, which in all indication i feel the digital currency is trying to be corrected and confined to a certain limit. It's current price is having a strong support at the $6k level and no one can actually say if it would go further down or up.
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kick against btc now and regret in future. on: September 18, 2018, 09:03:38 AM
Money is what the society accepts to be money. Human history has seen so many transformations when it comes to the subject of money. From barter trade to fiat money and now digital currency. But some nations are so rigid to change.well they will all regret soon because no country can stop cryptocurrency.

This is to show that money as a means of exchange has evolved from barter trade to fiat, and now the next promising level is the digital currency. For those who do not see this level of change, will only have themselves to blame at the end, because the digital currency that is kicked against now, do satisfy the principle of exchange.

138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we change the public's view of Crypto world? on: September 17, 2018, 04:58:56 AM
The public's view on cryptocurrency is diverse because different individuals have their own different take on cryptocurrency. Success stories from others have actually helped bring people on-board into the crypto community. The only way i think the public view of crypto can change, would be when it has been globally accepted for usage, without any ban or regulation problem.
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become centralized sometime in the future? on: September 16, 2018, 04:25:03 PM
The nature to which bitcoin was designed was to be decentralized, which is why it stands different from the usual centralized mode of operation. For it to become centralized would mean for it to lose its purpose, to which it was initially designed and i really do not see it getting centralized in the future. Its anonymity, fast and secure mode of operation is certainly why most people embrace it.
