Hello I'm new to Ark, I've had a bunch of ARK sitting on Bittrex and finally decided to send them to the desktop wallet. I just need some more info on the delegate system. I added "quarkpool" as a delegate. How do I get rewarded, by voting, or is just adding the delegate enough?

I was install wallet as recommended here - https://support.supernet.org/support/solutions/articles/29000013936-installing-and-using-agama-for-the-first-time-on-windows-and-updating-gui-
I tried cleaning the cache, but it didn't work.
Then I reinstalled my wallet.
Same thing.
The blockchain loading of the wallet produces an error -
