I was declined for the recent airdrop on Friday... Disappointing, does anyone know how to get the specific rationale for not being included? This seems like a pretty decent coin - I love the connection to Tor - hopefully I'll be included next go-around...
Week 16 they will update their airdrop rules and auto approve signup requests as long as all posted requirements are met. An official update will come soon |

I've been around as silent reader ever since this thread only has like, 200 pages but never get into the airdrop. I hodl some of DO and sincerely wish to join the airdrop but i my account may not be eligible, as it was only made just like 2 weeks ago.
I hope the team behind the project could amend the airdrop policy so that i may join lol.
On another note, it is by far the best community of crypto that i have ever encountered.
The airdrop is getting amended on week 16 and will auto-approve members as long as all requirements posted are met. |

Yes you can either put your message in the support section here: https://deeponion.org/community/forums/deeponion-support.33/. But better would be to submit a ticket on the DeepOnion forums. This can be found under the main tab in between "feedback" and "DeepOnion". It is called support tickets and this should get your case the appropriate spot. Btw thanks for the drop again I love adding to my onion patch ! Do NOT create a thread, please create a support ticket. Creating a thread will just slow the process down. |

Did anyone publish any guide on how to stake a DeepOnion wallet with a Raspberry Pi, so that staking does not require you to leave your computer on?
You can leave the wallet running on a vps, the one I got costs less than a raspberry (after three years it would cost the same as the pi) and it doesn't use your internet or power. This is a truly amazing advise! Which VPS are you using? And is it safe to put your DeepOnion wallet to stake there? And what if the IP of that VPS is shared by some other DeepOnion guy with his wallet, would there not a risk to get blacklisted? Is the new wallet safe to download already? crypto-rainbow hasn't made an official announcement yet, although I do like the updated logo and wallet look though, it looks fresh. Everyone should update their wallets even if it is not mandatory update. It gets better and better with every version, it is faster and supports more options.
Just do a backup first, just in case if anything goes wrong. It will probably not, but you know how they say, devil never sleeps.
Will do! My Raspberry Pi finally came, and I will set it up for ONION PoS and some web browsing... So this is a great time to update the wallet. Can't wait to leave my wallet staking for 24/7.  Can you explain what you use the Raspberry Pi for? How exactly do you you use it? Is it just a cheap version of a PC that you can store your wallets on and run them for staking? Pretty much. Yes that is true, this bear-dumping trend has been now lasting for a while and i am afraid it is not over yet. Its not the price that what worries me, it the buy ask volume that is keep getting lower and lower. It's surely does not bring confidence among investors. People are riding the BTC wave prior to the split by getting out of whatever alts they were holding. 13-14 days till the split, then alts should bounce back |

The toughest part is writing access token in cmd but you can't see what you are typing; so, with even a mistake, you have to type again and again
Once you are done, you can check that it was successful by typing: in command prompt. Shall we have to press Enter after typing access token? Can't we use copy-paste method (from notepad or similar)? I manually typed it, pressed enter, then used the push test to send a test push to make sure everything was working. |

I have just found about DeepOnion and read everything about it. I'm surprised I didn't came across it earlier,since I'm in love with TOR browser and use it all the time. What I like most about it is a partial PoS algorithm. It shows you the developers aren't just here to make a quick profit,but to actually contribute to the community. Looking at other hundreds of ponzi scheme coins just trying to rip you off,this is actually something admirable. What I'm most excited about in the future is the implementation of the Deepsend technology which will definitely consolidate the success of the project and make it skyrocket.
