They are receiving billions of USD from the IPL, and there is no justification to ask for a larger share from the ICC funds as well. Those funds should be evenly distributed (i.e equal amounts for all the test nations and a significant portion should go to the associate nations). There will be damage for the ICC if India pulls out of the ICC tournaments. But financial loss will be there for the BCCI as well.
