1201  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.4 loan (476 activity senior account + Address collateral) on: June 16, 2015, 02:30:45 PM
Ok, so I am looking for a loan of 0.4 BTC and am putting my account and an address associated with from 2+ years ago. The reason I believe I should be able to get this is that my account is around 1 week away from hero status and that with the address should be worth well over 0.4 BTC. Can anyone do this?
Duration: 1 month
Rate: hoping for around 10% max.

I can lend you up to 0.35 BTC with your account as collateral. Return would be 0.39 after 1 month. Let me know if that helps.

1204  Bitcoin / Mycelium / Re: Mycelium Bitcoin Wallet on: June 16, 2015, 02:58:43 AM
Accounts>Add Key>Advanced>Generate new random key

Yes for the moment the only way is to use an independent address that needs to be backed up separately. Not being able to have several unused HD addresses is the single reason why I can't use Mycelium as my main mobile wallet, I hope it will be added soon. I can't think of a reason why that would be hard to implement. It just has to scan a few addresses (i.e. 20) and let the user manually enter a higher number if required when restoring a wallet.

I love other features such as being able to sign messages which can't be found on other wallets. It's a shame not being able to use it for the lack of this feature.
1205  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Bitcoins for BetOnline/Any Live Casino on: June 15, 2015, 03:19:01 PM
I have a couple of Bitcoins i want to trade for live currency on betonline or mostly any live online casino. For every $250 worth of online credit, i will pay 1 bitcoin Smiley Contact me if interested! 5166616797

This is an alt-account of scammer stratcast (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1076261.0) and therefore of drizzycoin/Zackza (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=517461).
Do not trade with this scammer.

1207  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Bitcoin Wallet for Android on: June 14, 2015, 03:09:48 PM
Can you guys tell me why this app always creates new receiving addresses even if I never used any of them?

How would it know you've never used an address?

In other words, an address should be considered "used" as soon as you give it to someone else. There's no way to know if that someone else will spend to that address right away, or at some point in the future.

Some wallets wait for a transaction to show up in the blockchain before an address is considered used, or else require that you mark it as used manually. That's OK, but it's not as safe IMO because it requires you to track your address usage manually.

I'll make myself clear:
I installed it to try it as pocket money...
Whenever I start it I find a new address even if I never used any of them...
That's strange isn't it?

From my experience it creates a new address whenever you go to 'Request coins'. That's because by doing that you are saying you will receive coins from a new transaction and therefore a new address is needed.

Are you saying it creates a new address even without  requesting coins? That would be strange indeed.
1208  Economy / Lending / Re: new here with a unique type of collateral on: June 14, 2015, 04:57:16 AM

Anything you wamt thst eoild male you feel ok ill do . facebook wjere you can see all mu friends smf fsmily. Im so confident thst this we be the smoothest snd easiest  roi youll get

No. Nothing you're offering is valid collateral. Read this if you don't know what this means: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.msg6311902#msg6311902
To make it short: you need to offer something that can be easily sold for more than the asked loan plus interest and that it's impossible for you to take back without repaying the loan.

If you don't have a valid collateral then lock this thread and move it to Archival. Otherwise all you'll get is negative trust.

1210  Other / Meta / Re: Discussion Required on: June 13, 2015, 03:44:48 PM
I gave a loan to TheGr33k, who has +ve green trust and was stated as alt of a scammer by quickseller but I thought that its no harm to give out the loan of 0.1BTC as I assumed I will be able to sell the account for more than 0.1 atleast.

As per my thoughts, he did default the loan and master-P , who was the escrow, released the account to me and I now have control of the account.

After taking control I asked Quickseller to remove the negative trust but he refused. I want everyone to do a discussion and discuss if trust should be removed or not.

In my opinion it should be removed as the trust states he is an alt of a scammer but now that account isn't held by any alt.

What are your opinions?

I want atleast Red trust to be removed and changed to neutral, But in my opinion, trust must be completely removed Smiley

Probably all the previous ratings, mainly Vod's feedback that made this account green, should be removed or disregarded. His rating is no longer relevant now that the account changed owner.
Regarding Quickseller's feedback the problem is that it's not possible to prove this wasn't a fake trade made just to have this rating removed. SebastianJu says the original owner of the account may be making fake deals just to get trust (and Vod's feedback is for a 0.001btc deal!). I can't think of any way to prove or disprove that. So it's a tricky one. I've added a neutral rating noting people should probably disregard all previous ratings, positive or negative.

As an extra comment: Loans should really be treated as loans, not as a way to sell or buy collateral.
1211  Economy / Lending / Re: Request: .15 BTC on: June 13, 2015, 01:28:37 AM
Looking for .15 btc

No collateral

Paid back (.18) within 1 week

I can do this if you sign a message with an address posted at least a couple of months ago, for security. In the message include my name, the conditions and the address to send the loan.
1212  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Domain clearance. my loss your gain. I guess on: June 12, 2015, 06:18:43 PM
Ill take up android5.com if you still have it up for sale.

Let me know if you are still interested.

onewiseguy, you should point out to Bitcoin Explorer that the domain is andriod5.com, not android5.com (unless you made a mistake in OP). It seems Bitcoin Explorer wants to buy a domain not for sale (again, unless he made a mistake in his post).
1213  Economy / Lending / Re: 1 BTC loan on: June 12, 2015, 05:10:54 PM
I'm not sure if this is aloud or not but I decided instead of having just one person give me a loan I could just do it this way and you get payments than.

I'm looking for a 1 BTC loan for a rep loan on btcjam. I started the loan yesterday if you can help out that would be great. I plan on paying it back early because I make about 1 BTC in cloud mining a month right now.

Here is the link to my loan: https://btcjam.com/listings/45428-boost-for-mining

If you have any questions just post below.

First, if you publish a loan here you need to follow the rules of this forum. Therefore you need to offer a valid collateral, even if you're linking to another site. Second, reputation loans are frowned upon here. Therefore if you can't offer at least a valid collateral (read more here) then I recommend you to lock this thread and move it to Archival. Otherwise all you'll get is negative trust.
1214  Economy / Lending / Re: Collateral as a Service---- I will Lend you Collateral on: June 12, 2015, 12:59:25 PM
I personally think that Bitcointalk accounts are good as Collaterals.

I don't. To people who are looking to receive a loan, this is an easy way for them to get rid of their account if they're looking to sell it. For example somebody could buy a senior member account, then ask for a loan which is higher than the amount they bought it for. They then would be able to receive the loan as the account going as collateral. They can easily default and walk away with a "profit". This collateral opens up to scammers so easily. As for the account on hand, it might receive negative trust and it may take a lengthy period of time for it to sell.

Maybe trading accounts can have issues but the scenario you mention is not one of them. The bold part is the problem here, not the fact an account is used as collateral. For a loan to be secure the collateral must be worth more than the loaned amount plus interests, normally at least 110%. If in doubt how much the collateral is worth then the lowest price should be considered. Also the collateral must be very easy to sell. When an account is used it should be taken for a low price so it's very easy to sell at that price. Measures must be taken against hacked accounts, such as demanding a signed message, and loans must be public so one can know an account used as collateral doesn't have other pending obligations.

The scenario you describe can happen and be a problem with any collateral at all if it's worth less than the loaned amount: "Just buy some DOGE, ask for a loan worth more than what you paid for the DOGE and walk away".
1215  Economy / Lending / Re: Invest now and earn big! CrimeDice need's promotion on: June 12, 2015, 04:38:05 AM
This is the Lending subforum and here you need to offer a valid collateral and a fixed time to pay the loan back. What collateral can you offer? (more info here). If you don't have any valid collateral all you'll get is negative feedback.

If this is not a loan but an investment without collateral then you should move your thread (probably to Investor-based games).

no negative trust..neutral.

Iam deal with your price
PM me detail can i use escrow ,,?

This seems to be way below market price. Besides using escrow make sure to ask for a message signed with a BTC address (or PGP certificate) published several months ago on an unedited post.
OP is this your own account from the beginning? You need to prove it's not hacked. Several accounts have been compromised lately.

1218  Other / Meta / Re: somebody hacked my bitcointalk account on: June 10, 2015, 10:13:13 PM
Hi, somebody hacked my account 'moriartybitcoin'. Maybe all forum accounts were hacked?  Anyways, how can I get my account back?  I no longer have access to the email attached to the account.  I can tell you my old password before it was changed, my old sig and (most importantly) my IP address that I ALWAYS use to access the account. Can you help me recover the account??  It's a hero account and whoever hacked it is probably going to committ a lot of fraud ...

What makes you think "all forum accounts were hacked"? As far as I know a few were, probably for poor security measures.
Considering the extreme negative feedback of the account moriartybitcoin I really doubt it can be used to commit fraud.
AFAIK the only way to recover a hacked account is by signing a message with a bitcoin address or PGP certificate posted several months ago. You should check your own old posts or sent PMs and find an address, then check if you still have its private key and sign a message including your username and date.

Edit: the fact you don't know how to recover an account (really you never read this post?) or where to post a thread (originally on "Technical Support") makes me think you're not the original owner of moriartybitcoin. While moriartybitcoin is a scammer I highly doubt he's inexperienced on this forum.

1220  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.3 BTC loan Request on: June 10, 2015, 03:12:07 PM
Yes i'm a Jr member. I try to get this loan as i say For increase My margin trading. I see in Digital Good market place that Payza and Perfectmoney account could be sell about 50-70 $. I received some offer too, but ther was from untrusted member or brand new member, and these account are at My name so i'm afraid to a fraudolent use. If you read My last trust you can see how i get and repay 2btc from a user..

As said your accounts are not valid collateral. I see you already have negative feedback for asking for loans without valid collateral at least twice ([1] [2]) in the past. You should have learned by now.
Since you don't have valid collateral I recommend you lock this thread and move it to Archival. Otherwise all you'll get is even more negative feedback. People don't give away money here.
