Ok, so I am looking for a loan of 0.4 BTC and am putting my account and an address associated with from 2+ years ago. The reason I believe I should be able to get this is that my account is around 1 week away from hero status and that with the address should be worth well over 0.4 BTC. Can anyone do this?

Is this loan been filled? I can do this as well but I would require to sign a message from an old address for security?
