I blame Trofo or cryptofrka (whoever was in charge of the first question) for losing the first point. The question was formed in a way that it was probable that Pep could rest Alvarez or Foden which didn't happen in the end. I know that one of you did that on purpose just to throw us off.
Cheap mafia tricks, but they did the same thing many times and not just in this round.  I saw their possible replacement got injured so there was not a chance for coach resting both of them in this game. You know, it seems logical to see the full-strength lineup last night but I made my picks strictly based on how I felt Pep's always approached games. He likes to tinker, he likes to rest players, and he likes to rotate. How many times in seasons past have we felt how frustrating he's been not using players playing well and seemingly having favourites?
What do you need to keep first place in this round and win the title? Can you do it even with a point from draw, if cls63 wins his match, or you need to win to make sure? Very interesting last round, and we dont know much except the winner of Division 2. |

Preston North End won again. They got 6 wins in 7 matches. Even though they fell behind in the Birmingham match, they didn't get stuck and managed to turn the match around. Their performances this season are truly astonishing. I didn't expect them to start this well. I wonder if they can keep this up until the end of the season and get into the Premier League.
Preston is on amazing good run so I am taking them in next rounds until they stop winning, and I am thinking of doing the same thing for Ipswich. Six more matches scheduled for today and I am really interested to see how will Norwich play against Leicester. Both teams have big ambitions in this season and they have promotion in Premier League as a main target. I would give small advantage to Leicester but I expect to see goals in this match and both teams scoring, this is the safest bet in my opinion. OK guys I managed to submit everything and I hope everything is good, it can be overwhelming when I have to submit both Superbru and to answer all the questions on spreadsheet, but I like the concept with stakes. I reached my limits with pools for this season, and I am not sure I will be able to submit them each time with my La Liga, F1, Newcastle promo and BSFL  Considering we have 52 in the pool, it's not a bad %, hm?

Newcastle actually seems to be playing worse in the domestic league than AC Milan, who only lost once against Inter Milan yesterday.
Yes but defeat in big derby from Inter hurts Milan much more trust me, or better ask any Italian guy about this. I know Champions League is much different from domestic leagues but it affects team atmosphere, and Newcastle won last match. My bet is on over 2.5 goals and I am cheering for Newcastle - 1:2 would be great! =)
I expected to see goals but I watched Milan missing so many chances in this match, and one goal would completely change the outcome. Newcastle should be more happy with 0:0 draw, but they need to perform better in next matches. They have very good defense but attack needs to improve. |

Nobody is happy after last UFC event, there was one no contest and main event ended up as split decision draw, something we dont see often in MMA. Grosso is saying she is confident that she won, and Shevchenko thinks that final decision was unfair but she broke her thumb during first round.
