I don't know if this was fixed as soon as you complained about it or if it was a network error, but I just checked now and notice that everything is working fine, at least from my end. Both the front page image and that of the signups page have loaded successfully. I even went ahead and checked the terms and conditions, and it's now all good as it took less than a minute for the entire pdf file to load completely on my mobile device.

I think it is working fine because I was able to register and access the page without any problems. The graphics are quite alright. Maybe it might be a poor network from their end which made the page not to load properly on their side. You did well by uploading the graphics for all to see. I think they should reload the website again to see if they can access the page from their end but I was curious about the promocode on their registration page and would want OP to come clear things here for us.

Based on what I read on their terms page, yes you can withdraw after you complete the wagering requirement (I'm not sure how much) and the max amount to withdraw from the free spins without any deposit is 50EUR.
Basically it is not something extraordinary, it was really common thing in online crypto casinos but we all know that it is hard to complete the wagering requirement.
