1201  Other / Meta / Re: How possible is selfmeriting ? on: May 02, 2023, 05:53:42 AM
Merits mean been particularly good at something and you are rewarded for your worthiness, if you can merit yourself it's not more a MERIT.
1202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: May 01, 2023, 09:23:20 AM
Careful, you would probably lose over 1000$ from your money before your eyes are truly opened, gambling is not the same thing as trading or investing.

It's also not the same as mining Bitcoin, if you are looking for a passive income using your money the answer is not gambling, do not let anyone confuse you that this point if mine is wrong, here are things you can do ...

You are not ready to lose that 2k just like that, so gambling isn't for you

You can use that money to get an Asic miner and mine Bitcoin, but your daily earnings won't be 100$ per day but your daily income will last you long than gambling.

You can also find a reliable coin to stake for passive income, like BNB for example or Matic.

If you really want to gamble then do not start with 2k, you should try with 50$ and see how things will work out for you, gambling is all about luck and that's a dangerous game.
1203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: humanity's dream to make a money on: May 01, 2023, 08:14:42 AM
It was humanity's dream to make a money without working ,the bitcoin miner can give u money  without work bitcoin, and all other digital currencies have achieved this dream as well.

Try buying a Bitcoin miner first before you know what you are getting yourself into, Bitcoin miner is very costly and it's not for someone who makes too less money, we are talking about thousands of dollars here, so you do have to work and make money before you can be able to buy Bitcoin miner, nothing comes for free in this life, you sit your ass down doing nothing? Your ass will remain in the same messy state forever. Until the day you decide to bring some changes into your life.
1204  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The two ways to invest in bitcoins. on: May 01, 2023, 07:07:56 AM
We are still in a bear market and that's why it's a good time to accumulate some Bitcoin, it's a shame that people are too greedy that's why they take the meme coin route instead of supporting good projects like Bitcoin, there are other ways to accumulate Bitcoin like

1. Working online jobs and getting paid in Bitcoin.
2. Buying a Bitcoin miner and starting to get Bitcoin mined into your wallet every day, some Bitcoin OG's started their Bitcoin journey this way and it's also a good way to stay away from using any Centralized exchanges.
3. DCA is a good one too but you don't have to fix a time and date for continuous buying of Bitcoin, just buy when you can afford it, to me this is still a DCA technic.
1205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: May 01, 2023, 06:24:55 AM
Slots can be very addictive to anybody, learn to always control yourself first and have a daily number of turning you plan to do, if you lose money do not continue for that day, try another day, and if the losses keeps going on for like a week without any good wins they find another one casino slots, some online casino are not so cool and they are very food at making you lose all your money.

After losing some rounds of slots and you win a round but the money isn't enough to cover the amount you have lost, control yourself and take the money, do not continue to play the slots, I have learned the hard ways with slots, and now even if I lost 50$ and I got lucky making 51$ back I will leave and try again another day.

The reason why people keep losing money is they don't know when to stop, slots game is just clicking a button and hoping for a luck.
1206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: who Want To Bet On 2024 USA elections? on: April 30, 2023, 01:37:54 PM
Does anyone mention here that American Credit Default Swaps are skyrocketing? In country without reserve currency thay would pretty much mean bankruptcy. But US Dollar is, luckily, reserve currency so USA can be indebted nearly limitless. But people should still put it into consideration. Republicans are already planning to increase debt ceiling. USA should start cuts in spending even though it's world leader economy. Or its status can be challenged. In current atmosphere I would say, democrats may not win.

Joe Biden is still the favourite candidate among gamblers

So, if you think Democrats have no chance, you probably should bet on Trump or Desantis, or both, right now. When many will start thinking like you do, the odds for Republican candidates will drop significantly. I personally think Joe Biden will be the next President, only to me it's not that attractive to bet with 2.35 odds.
I honestly just came across this topic right now, are you guys saying that its possible to gamble on the next presidential election? This is totally crazy, I was thinking that who would do this on their gambling platform because it doesn't happen from time to time like sport matches and others, this is unexpected and I am so into this, can you share the name of this casino or platform? I will like to check things out and if it's good enough I won't mind taking some bet and that's on Joe, though I like Trump much more than Joe but I have a feeling that Joe will be the winner.
1207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How useful is Bitcoin to the youth? on: April 30, 2023, 12:44:43 PM
Merely talking about Bitcoin won't attract any more youth OP, also why did you say that it's easy to work with Bitcoin? You buying Bitcoin for the first time in your life won't come with a manual, it's not easy to tell someone to go buy Bitcoin, they have to learn about Bitcoin and know what to do before jumping on the wagon.

Bitcoin is not easy for anyone who doesn't know what Bitcoin is or how to buy Bitcoin, they will make a lot of stupid mistakes and it will cost them money, there are many things newbies need to know about Bitcoin. Like how volatility it is and how to keep their Bitcoin wallet safe from bad actors.

I accept Bitcoin at my store because I want to keep gathering some Bitcoin for my future and I made less profits accepting Bitcoin sometimes, I've accepted a Bitcoin payment at 24,000$ and after some minutes of accepting the payment and I am still on my sewing machine, the price came down to 23k, that's already a loss. So newbies who want to go on this road must have a good understanding and also have their own strategy in place for their business.
1208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: April 30, 2023, 11:47:05 AM
I hope we all learn something from this story that OP shared today, this is the reality of how cruel people can be when it comes to money, they gambled the money away themselves and they are looking for someone to take the blame, may we not be the victim of something we know nothing about, people are too wicked in this world, greed got them for good but they aren't ready for the loss, this is the same warming I am giving some people around me who loves to gamble too much, they go hungry because of gambling and they will call me to help them. Such people will find it hard to pursue a goal in life because all their minds will be robbed by gambling.

No wonder why my mother used to believe that the casinos or gambling havens owners are using some kind of Juju on the gamblers, because they will never be in their right state of mind after becoming addictive to gambling, sometimes, we really need to check ourselves, and ask questions.
1209  Economy / Economics / Re: I bought Apple stock because iPhones are garbage. on: April 30, 2023, 10:02:41 AM
I did the same few years back, I was using an android 5.0 at the time and the new Iphone was trending at the time, people around me start telling me that I am missing a lot by not using an iPhone.

Stupid of me, I sold my current phone and went to buy an iPhone, it doesn't take me two weeks before I sold because it's so annoying to me, battery life sucks that you will have to carry an extra power bank around with you, web browser is pretty good, gives the vine of a laptop on a smaller screen but it's not comparable to android capabilities, it's not even close.

IPhone is a great phone for those who are less into tech, I can run some codes on Android easily and there are many useful tools available for android, this is a big difference for me, I have come onto the conclusion that iPhone is just for show, it's nothing but selling names.
1210  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: April 29, 2023, 08:43:07 AM
I feel so bad about how people come out boldly to talk ill about the business of another and from the look of things, it seems you were paid to do or make this post against fortunejack and these were just assumptions by myself and there is no way you should come up with an account with two red trust and expect people to believe the things you say without any prove of evidence and still think so full of yourself.

If you truly want to help people pass a helping information and a very important information like this, then you should also do well to show evidence of the things you've said so far and I'm sorry if this rumor aren't true, I'm sure your account might earn more red trust from this post.
Try to look on what link he had given on OP which is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5368279.0
So you could see that its been merited by LoyceV which i could say that he had proven out some considerable proof.

Seeing on the link given it was indeed already 2 years ago but it turns out to be still that unresolved? Some users stating that this issue might have that private
settlement or we arent really know that its been resolved already. This is why then it would really be none of our business but its
really that good if this one had been clarified out and closed this case or issue completely but it seems we aren't that going to that point.
This person is bold for creating another thread, he can't say he never got any answer from Fortune Jack team all this while, I guess he is mad still about the loss, at first I thought someone must have paid him to ruin FortuneJack's name but that's not looking like it.

I have checked the other thread that LoyceV merited, and anyone can do the same thing, a merited post can be merited for many reasons, and most times I have seen false claims getting merited, the OP showed proof of the gambling account and that's great to be honest, anyone could have send that a merit.

But the fact is Fortune Jack is against duplicate Betting, it's on their ToS and I believe that's why they cancel OP's game even when he won, it is invalid because he broke the rules.
1211  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best non Kyc exchange on: April 29, 2023, 07:43:19 AM
Just go for decentralized exchnages (DeX) , most centralized exchnages with no KYC have limited buy order per day unless you are sure you won't reach the threshold, maybe you want to buy max of 1000$ crypto per day then it's fine, the best-decentralized exchange that I like using most of the time is

1. GMX.IO < This dex reduces the risk present in liquidation and save transaction costs with simple swap features, very easy for any newbie to use.

Or

2. Gains.Trade < This one is based on layer 2 with fast order trading and minimal gas fee, pretty identical to GMX and it's very easy to understand for any newbies as well.

These exchanges are better than any centralized exchanges in the crypto space, there is no need to leave your coins on the platform since you will be trading for your wallet direct, and there is no need for any KYC verification.
1212  Economy / Gambling / Re: What sort of Weekly & Monthly Bonuses do Bitcointalk members want? on: April 29, 2023, 06:36:08 AM
Nice thread, it's very hard to see gambling projects making such a thread ro ask members of the forum about how they feel and what type of bonuses they want from a gambling platform per week or monthly.

Most bonuses from many gambling platforms always come with you doing something before qualifying for the bonuses and that's fine by me, gone are the days where all you will be asked to do is simple deposits but since gamblers will click on the withdrawal in no time it doesn't make any sense and that's something close to cheating, so OP bonus is a bonus, whichever way you want it is how your customers will take it.
1213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Take good care of yourselves on: April 29, 2023, 05:23:02 AM

But I feel wrong about saying that the government can kill bitcoin? in what way and how? The view that lies in me is that bitcoin will never die if electricity and the internet are still used on this earth.

It is still possible that the government will kill bitcoin, if all governments join forces against it. If they did, it would be very simple to destroy bitcoin, but the bitcoin problem is not a threat as serious as terrorism that they have to find a way to destroy it. So the possibility of that is almost non-existent, countries will be for their own benefit, so if bitcoin is beneficial, there are still countries that use it.
All governments around the world can not come together to destroy Bitcoin, some countries are really benefiting from Bitcoin and they plan to always support Bitcoin, in some parts of the world, the government has realized how life-changing Bitcoin has brought for its people since they can't provide enough jobs for all the people in the country, they are now advising people to be tech-savvy, and focus on blockchain technology.

Things will get better as time goes on, those who are banning Bitcoin should continue, it's a matter of time before they will realize what they have been missing all this while, those who embraced Bitcoin are not stupid, they are just smarter and they understand the benefits that comes from the blockchain technology.
1214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Satoshi is eventually ID by the government on: April 27, 2023, 07:23:30 AM
The mastermind behind Bitcoin knew that Bitcoin will fight against the rules of the government, decentralization must be carried out in a way where you think about all the possibilities that the government can use to get to you.

This was planned out before Bitcoin was launched, he is a wise man who saw it all coming, he was well prepared, that's why he is the Ghost, I doubt that his real name is even Satoshi Nakamoto, that's Japanese name right? Don't worry about his identity, it's going to the grave with Nakamoto.

For the fact that we have seen few imposters in the past years, fake Satoshis claiming they are the real one, it means that anyone can pretend to be the rea Satoshi Nakamoto, this makes it more harder to tell what's real and what's not, I kinda like this because the confusion alone is enough to make the investigation worthless.
1215  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is something big happening behind the scenes that no one is talking about? on: April 27, 2023, 06:07:45 AM
There is no business that does well in a recession, the offline or online recession is capable of affecting every business, and the best way to limit their cost is by letting some workers go, it happens in every recession period, jobs will be open once the recession is over.

@LearnBitcoin, what makes you think that the casino industry is smaller? I don't believe this, have you ever been to Macao? Or Las Vegas? Those people can fund a whole nation with the money they making from Casino gambling.

I have once heard that those Casinos are functioning because they are beneficial to the government in each countries, the government can easily get rid of all Casinos but the benefit of Casinos in a country is very big and only limited people knows this.

You can never find any information about how much these casino are paying the government, just to run their businesses in the country, believe me they are paying a lot.
1216  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: save seed phrase in song. on: April 26, 2023, 10:25:05 AM
Brilliant, because it looks like you will become a great novelist some day, and stupid, because you using crypto seed phrase, how is that a song anyway? This days that are so desperate with everything they do, I have seen people guessing seed phrases and putting them together hoping they get into someone's crypto wallet. Thanks for giving them this clue, now they can go buy novel books and start inserting words themselves.

I have in no way stored my recovery seed online, thinking it's safe, it's a bad practice, I would rather find a book and write down my recovery phrases and keep the book safe, if you don't have money for a hardware wallet it's better to get a book and write down your seed phrase.
1217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I am only trying to stay safe by gambling less on: April 26, 2023, 08:19:43 AM
m2017 investing in altcoins can't be compared to gambling online, unless the investor decide to gamble on the project without doing their own research, I remember someone closed to me investing in Matic only, he said the project has potential, and this turned him into a millionaire, what potential is in gambling than gambling?

We invest in crypto projects because of their utility and the problems they solve in crypto space, there is no such thing with gambling, it's a complete dark out. I have my stories with altcoins but it get better when I can tell a difference between a scam project and one that has the potential, I can't do this with gambling on a casino.

The chances of making it big with altcoins are bigger and better than walking into a casino to gamble, I remember choosing GALA at 0.004$ and PYR at 0.90$ in 2020, they have all time high of 1$ and 40$, if you know what you are getting into you already have power over it, gambling is a world full of darkness and you have to move from one place to another.
1218  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a web3 casino for you? on: April 26, 2023, 07:00:22 AM
Web3 casinos operate on web3 technology in a way that punters connect their noncustodial wallet to a gambling site in a way that payments are settled on blockchain, unlike the deposit and withdraw on centralized casinos.
It's the same way as connecting your wallet to a platform and all your funds are been wiped off, what is decentralization in this? Any platform can do this today if the dev decides to do it this way, this is not any decentralization, imagine saying that Bitcoin is not decentralized because there is no way to connect your Bitcoin wallet to the Bitcoin website.

Connecting your wallet for swap or trade on any platform is not a form of decentralization, let's stop deceiving ourselves, you can run a code and make this running in minutes.
1219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto (btc) is not for the weak on: April 26, 2023, 06:11:45 AM
This shows the difference between a bear market and a bull market, it's like making 10,000$ with 200$ and not taking profits in a bull market, and that money turned into 100$ in a bear market, this is normal and it always happens in every cycle between bull season and bear season.

When a bull market is around the corner, money always finds its way into the crypto market, so people will exit the market after taking profits. Crypto exchanges become richer as more money is invested in crypto.

The case with FTX and the other with 0$ is different, they messed things up themselves, if FTX was clean, right now the exchange will still be running, maybe with a few billion dollars, but every investors must abandon any crypto exchange that's caught in a scam situation.
1220  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which are best stake alternatives on: April 25, 2023, 08:12:43 AM
The only reason why someone will look for a gambling platform alternative is because their winning chances are getting smaller every day, it shows they have no luck on the casino anymore, and I am not against this, if a casino is not working in your favor you have every right to look for another, do not get too attached and believe that it's just you having bad lucky over and over again.

I have done this and it worked for me, I was gambling on a online casino that I found on this forum and I started liking the casino because of the design and stuff, also because of how things works so well on this platform, the games and customer service are good, I was welcome with good amount of winnings, later I started losing and losing, this goes on for weeks and I was about to give up on gambling for good but my mind tell me to find another and sign up, which I did, then the result was different.
