La chambre des métiers plutôt ... car quand tu auras le code APE correspondant à ton activité (de change d'après la citation ...), tu pourras aux impôts pour demander le régime fiscal associé à l'activité en question.
C'est pour ça que les "autres" de se font pas immatriculer en France pour une activité de change.

la question est surtout de savoir ce qu'est un bitcoin. de mon point de vue, c'est un objet donc traité comme un stock (valuable/s'appréciant dans le temps, on l'aura compris). j'ai le droit de vendre un objet à n'importe qui contre de l'argent. et la personne peut le revendre pour de la drogue. je te conseille "Banking on Bitcoin" ... cas d'école de ce qu'on a fait à un vendeur de bitcoins fasse à ce que l'on a pas fait aux banquiers en 2008 (et on leur a même fait un chêque en blanc après ... au lieu de les guillotiner). dans la réalité, tu te feras prendre comme un conducteur de taxi qui arpente les aéroports ... sans licence.  car d'après la loi, si tu brasse de l'argent ... t'as besoin d'une licence. D'une license? Je vais regarder ce dont tu me parles! Mais pour moi n'importe qui peut s'improviser vendeur à condition de se déclarer autoentrepreneur. Il me faudrait ou bien un moyen de faire tout ça en secret ou bien un moyen d'être sûr d'être dans les clous :p M'addresser directement aux impôts c'est une bonne idée? Pas envie de me retrouver à devoir rembourser tout ce qui est passé sur mon compte ou de me retrouver en prison pour blanchiment moi... Surtout pour si peu! |

tu fais bien une activité soumise à impôts puisque tu veux un service avec marge (contre rémunération en fait).
néanmoins, 1000 euros qui transite, c'est rien du tout.
au-dessus du plafond mensuel de carte bleue (qui est souvent le profil du client), là ... le banquier va voir un message sur son outil clientèle et ... t'appeller pour t'entendre un peu te justifier.
mais pour revenir à ta question : oui, tu blanchies puisque tu ne gardes pas une photocopie de la carte d'identité de l'acheteur.

I would agree with you saying that Donald Trump will be a very famous person in the history of American politics mainly because of his attitude, that makes his words/actions or in general the way he does his job as the president of the US, are way different compared to the previous presidents. But there is a high tendency that the next president will be a lot more famous than that of Trump especially if he will handle the country just like how Trump handles it for now.

C'est ce que j'ai compris aussi (après un RDV avec mon centre d’impôt. ). Par contre il faudra le déclarer en plus-value et non en bénéfice. Ah, merci de la précision c'est bon à savoir! Bonjour à tous, Je viens de me rendre compte que l'activité que je mène tombe peut-être sous le coup du blanchiment d'argent... Je n'ai aucun problème à déclarer mes revenus au Fisc mais j'ai peur que l'activité en elle-même soit illégale, ce qui m'embêterait beaucoup. Pour faire simple: j'achète des btc sur les plateformes d'échange à partir de mon compte en banque, et je les revend au détails avec une plus-value (Paypal, Localbitcoin etc...) Du point de vue de mon banquier y a en gros 1000€ qui circulent régulièrement entre mon compte et la plateforme, avant de revenir sur le compte sous formes de dépôts successifs. Les plus values je les garde en btc parce que j'y crois  Est-ce que je suis en fait en train de faire du blanchiment d'argent sans m'en rendre compte? |

If Trump can win, with a decidedly divisive campaign platform, well dammit, Miss Le Pen should do just swimmingly. But how this augurs for the current state of humanity, is another topic entirely. Humanity will be perfectly fine, at least in France. For the sake of humanity, the French can't flood their country with unwashed hordes of immigrants from the Middle East and North Africa. France is a small country with a population of just around 60 million. It can't absorb all the 1.2 billion people living in the Sub-Saharan Africa. Also, them social help, you think that someone would work in their life if they're getting 1.000e per month?
