1201  Economy / Speculation / Re: This Bubble Didn't Last Long, Time To Sell In Panic on: May 26, 2017, 03:08:10 AM
Did you already sell all your Bitcoins and now you are encouraging everyone to follow you? If that is what you are really doing, then let me guess what your next move is. You will buy Bitcoin again at a lower price, am I right? Wink
Its obviously the next move he wants to do that's why he is encouraging others to follow him, he wants bitcoin price to go down. Its up to the readers if they will follow OP or not but for me I will do what I want to do with the bitcoin I got right now. If he haven't sold all his bitcoin I think he sold a huge percent of what he got, and OP wants to buy at cheaper prices.
1202  Economy / Speculation / Re: The time to buy has been started. It is a Golden chance to grab the profit on: May 26, 2017, 02:08:14 AM
For me it is either. But instead of buying bitcoin right now I think I want to sell some of the altcoins that I got too for more profit and also so that I can convert back to bitcoin for me to have more to hold and keep in my wallet while waiting for another price rise. It is definitely a good time to buy now but unfortunately I can't buy right now so goodluck to those who will buy.
1203  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if I buy 3BTC now and forget about them for 10 years??? on: May 26, 2017, 01:36:54 AM
If you will buy btc now and forget them for 10 years, you can gain a huge sum of profit from your investment but there is still a risk of you getting a huge sum of loss too from the investment that you will make. I suggest before buying wait for a lower price range so that you will have more profit. I think personally that the price range we see now is high. If it is me  I would definitely buy 3 bitcoin but not this time not unless I see it in a price which is just right for me to buy into.
1204  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin for $5000? on: May 26, 2017, 12:43:32 AM
I would normally say that bitcoin would not reach 5000$ this year but I can say for now that it might reach it because I thought that btc could not touch 2000$ price range this year when it was still at 1200$ price ranges and look at it now, it is above 2000$ which I thought was not possible so therefore I conclude that there is a chance that bitcoin will reach 5000$ but don't expect it too much because it might not reach that point either.
1205  Economy / Speculation / Re: Any thoughts on the price drop today? on: May 26, 2017, 12:16:18 AM
My thought about the price drop today is that there are just some traders who took profit specifically those traders who hold big amount of bitcoin. I personally think that the price might continue to rise in the next coming days but there is also a possibility of another dump again so im not sure whether im right or wrong. For now I will just watch price movements of bitcoin.
1206  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Changing from blockchain.info to coinbase.com? on: May 24, 2017, 12:56:43 AM
It is a great idea to buy bitcoins from coinbase but I think you should still use blockchain.info as your bitcoin storage, not coinbase even if many have no problems with it for now. Coinbase is an exchange mainly and can somewhat shut down without you ever recovering your bitcoins stored in their site like what happened on Mt. Gox years ago. Because of that I recommend you to keep using blockchain.info for bitcoin storing purposes and just use coinbase to buy bitcoin.
1207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Largest Czech online retailer accepts Bitcoin on: May 23, 2017, 09:49:58 AM
Alza accepting bitcoin as a payment method is a good sign of adoption that is happening in Czech Republic and maybe like Japan, they will accept bitcoin too and make it legal. Bitcoin being accepted in the largest online retailer in their country might make those who are leading Czech Republic know that bitcoin can be used for good and not only for bad reason and I think this might boost price.
1208  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Paano ba tumataas ung Activity sa Forum ? on: May 23, 2017, 03:36:48 AM
I will share this link to attached the full schedule, nakita ko lang, ito rin basihan ko.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12saLhlUoqIdairxzuSPu6EYGrt7FN2lOstO1yDjCEbA/edit#gid=1012758442
1209  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph down server 2:20 am mayo 23, 2017 What do you think? on: May 23, 2017, 12:57:16 AM
1210  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: safest wallet? on: May 23, 2017, 12:17:03 AM
1211  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is HODL? on: May 22, 2017, 01:54:08 AM
HODL is just hold, just another terminology in crypto and just a typo of hold. There are many more used in speculation like FOMO, FUD, etc. You often hear them when someone is speculating but I dont use hodl because I know it is a typo that became famous but even if that is the case I dont want to intentionally type hold as hodl. Its up to you if you will use it too or not but in my case I will not use it if possible.
1212  Other / Meta / Re: How to become full_Member? on: May 22, 2017, 12:52:30 AM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0

There you go, from a newbie to another newbie  Smiley I was just looking into it too. Basically you have to be an active user but not spam. Also why full member? Regular member users get most of the functionality of the forum it seems.
Its oke, not bad at all to be newbie Cheesy , sometimes newbie is the best user,
i mean like now your the first user that who answer my question.

yeah it was my mistake because i think full member is the best position you can reach.
The best position you can reach here is Legendary rank but that takes long to reach. Even if that is the case it is okay just post and ask questions, then learn and eventually rank up will come your way. For now look around for information that you want to learn and read many threads here related to crypto and post if you want. I hope you will learn a lot here this forum is very helpful so if you have some question just post and someone will answer it.  Cool
1213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRB] Creditbit - ERC20 token on: May 22, 2017, 12:09:33 AM

"my sugest for all is to not even use party wallet!
best is mist!

parety wallet have some real big big bugs...."

Funny I do not see any bugs reported, did you report the bugs?  https://github.com/ethereumproject/parity  It's important just like with most wallets to make sure it is synchronized before using (a common N00b mistake).

As i know some guy have big problems with parety.
will ask him to post here tomm info...i use mist.

If they have problems with using parity, then why not use myetherwallet instead? I think it is a better option to go for since Creditbit is an erc20 token which can be stored in there one just needs to remember or take down notes about his private key to access it or just simply download the .json file and remember the password set. I personally use this wallet to store tokens not just creditbit so I recommend it.
1214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did the guy ever sell his house to go all in on LTC? on: May 21, 2017, 03:09:41 AM
If I were him I would have not have risked my house just to go all in on LTC, just because there is a risk that his prediction won't happen as he predicted and he might end up losing money on the long run. I do hope he got out of altcoin now and have took profits. I guess it is safer If he have had done that on bitcoin when it was still about 200-300$ in price but it still involves big risk.
1215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin update coming on: May 21, 2017, 02:33:55 AM
This can be good let's see what will happen in the future with this joke currency, doge. I personally think it would live long but I dont see a need for them to add a stealth feature with doge, I guess they could just add a more unique feature with it than that but if they add a stealth feature this joke currency might be used for payment in deepweb because stealth feature is perfect for them.
1216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does ETH seem like it is tied to BTC? LTC used to be but isn't anymore. on: May 21, 2017, 02:01:06 AM
I guess if it is linked with BTC is it because of the bitcoin scaling debate that is not solved right now or because of some people wanting to gain more BTC. I personally think that ETH price increase is really tied with BTC .The current price ETH has now is connected to some successful ICO's of some ETH based tokens like wetrust and many more. Right now there are many eth based tokens that are sold in the market which is being traded and bought at the moment and maybe that boosts ETH price I could be wrong though.
1217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any future for Dogecoin? on: May 21, 2017, 01:30:57 AM
no real future as a store of value or investment, but should the small community reinvigorate with more new uses for it the doge could live on years more.
Doge has no real future since it was created as a representation of a meme in the first place so it is not created to have a future but I still think it did great because it had lasted for years and might continue to be years more. It can be a good coin too if the price is low I can buy and wait for some period of time eventually I will profit from it anyway. Also, doge is nice to use in gambling particularly in crypto-games.
1218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Astonished by how altcoin scene has changed in last 2 years! on: May 21, 2017, 01:00:54 AM
There are plenty of low cost coins that COULD multiply to riches. The difference between now and two years ago is that the rise of exchanges and coin acceptance of entire nations has led to a environment where the functional usability and inherent value have very little to do with price any more.
It is very astonishing how altcoins has changed although I only started by the year 2015 and joined bitcointalk at 2016. Back in the days when bitcoin price is doing an upward trend, altcoins dump and when bitcoin goes down in terms of price, altcoins mostly go up in price. Seeing it as it is now, it is not what happens anymore, I guess we are in a new era of altcoins where it's price can't be predicted that easily anymore.
1219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Joke or what? sold crap coin on: May 21, 2017, 12:30:08 AM
I forgot about that exchange thanks for reminding me OP well lucky you some order matched yours and bought your tbc for btc at least you gained profit. That ain't a joke I think try withdrawing it and you will see if it is just a joke or not. I have tried to set sell mine for months but the order has not been fulfilled since then and all I know is that all orders are cancelled daily since that coin is a scam crap coin.
1220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The fees are crazy, 420 satoshis/byte, WHY? on: May 20, 2017, 07:06:53 AM
Quote
stop using BTC all together is another possibility

Bitcoin was intended to be a tool for the masses, Not just privileged people. It was made to free people from the extortion of the banks.. Right now the miners have become the big banks.. And bitcoin is becoming more of a tool for elites.. If this continues and no consensus reached.. Bitcoin will lose its purpose..
Well we as users don't want that to happen and I know the elites does not want that to happen too so eventually a consensus will be made to fix the problem we have now. I just hope the consensus that will be made will be the best solution to the high fee and long confirmation times so that bitcoin can continue to serve its purpose. For now I will just wait for confirmation even if it takes long rather than paying high fees it will get confirmed anyway.
