1201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Game over to Bitcoin Time to sell all on: April 21, 2021, 11:59:33 PM
Lol, you sound like it's been finalized. It's your choice to sell or not (should be depending on your plan). Some people are long term investors and won't see whatever that is happening as something that can cause them FUD. But on my own opinion; I don't see Bitcoin's price to really crash. Maybe I believe more in hodling BTC.

He just wants to share with other people that he is already panicking in this situation. If he wants to sell, then sell. No one is stopping you from doing so. But OP clearly is new to this market. How many ups and downs did bitcoin already experience? Countless times and yet here we are, enjoying the 50k level of bitcoin, which has not been seen in the previous years. If he feels that it is already game over, maybe, it is really game over for him in crypto but for others, life goes on.

IDO platform is in uniswap right? then why I can't see any token and liquidity on the pair? The schedule might not change right? I thought if it was right on schedule and I'm not mistake on counting, then it should have started by now https://info.uniswap.org/pair/0x36E2EB5750052F8E8D803008b43d9eF1Bdf82dd3

I have noticed the last transaction in their uniswap is this -

What does it mean by "Remove ETH and DAVT"? Can the team explain what is happening here? Are they going to change the contract address of this token?
1203  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto trading signal work or not? on: April 21, 2021, 10:33:51 PM
You might want to check out also free crypto signals groups there are also legit ones that you may find.

Try joining a telegram group like /freepfsignals, this is one of crypto group I've been following for a while.

I can say that they're legit and will always answer your query anytime regarding their platform.

Hope this helps you.
Do they ask you for some fees or a VIP membership if there are step-up services that you want to avail from that group? that's the usual thing in these signals groups.
They won't just give you free signals and if there's a fee, that's actually where they're earning by giving their opinions about the market.

I think they will have that kind of arrangement, if you are new to their channel, they will accommodate as best as they can up until you will ask if there will be VIP membership. But anyhow, it is okay to be part of these free trading signal groups as you can get some ideas. But if you need to pay for their tips, I don't think that's a very smart move. Better do your own trading and learn some tips and tricks along the way. Most paid trading signal groups are not really worth your resources.
1204  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC's crisis time is coming on: April 21, 2021, 09:00:56 PM
In terms of value bitcoin always win against Dogecoin. Its not just happened because of the supply but also because of demand. Bitcoins demand keep on increasing from the day that it was created but with regards to doge after a couple of years the value still not increase, only relies on pump and dump. Adoption of bitcoin from other countries are just started and after next couple of years you will see that bitcoin will reach another ATH because of the increase in demand. What about Doge?

Before all these hypes happen in doge, their transfer fee is considerably cheap why a lot of users are using doge for transfer purposes. A lot of gamblers even use this alt for their gambling purposes. But nowadays, if you will check the withdrawal fee on exchanges, it is now expensive as compared to other alts like LTC. So for me, it is not practical anymore to use doge for transfer purposes. So now you can really ask, what will be the use case of doge if their transaction fees are expensive already?
1205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you buy a coin that can go ONLY up? on: April 20, 2021, 11:56:18 PM
-
Seems like shitcoin to me but still there's possibility.
If you have outstanding working product or something similar. That people would like spend money it no matter what. For example you own the Louvre museum or Eiffel tower and you make a rule that in order to enter that place they have to use the token.etc. Of course the entrance fee is constant like for example 20euros. It's your problem how you connect your app to exchanges etc.

Yes, this will only happen if they have strong use case where people will actively use it in their everyday life.

Also, what is the assurance of the OP that it will only go up? We can only gauge your project once you introduced it to the public. And see how they will react on your services. If you are asking now, I don't think you can get a concrete answer to this.
1206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What goes up must come down on: April 20, 2021, 11:30:57 PM
There is too much leverage and too much potential profits in crypto space today which makes me feel like I'm reliving the 2017/2018 era once again, forget the big institutions investing money on crypto, those who bought at 4000$ per BTC are already millionaires/billionaires, you can't expect them not to take profit, be prepared
The market had already changed and it happens every day. Does history repeat itself? It is just a story in the past and we can't compare it this time and much more to think that it gonna happen again similarly.

2017/2018, I can really remember those years and how the market behaves that time but we are in far different now. Some indications are;
*growing number of crypto users/investors
*adoption has gone strong (includes big and know companies)
*Crypto gambling institutions are growing

All these things had made a lot of changes and that continues to grow day by day.

Indeed, the adoption today is different from previous years. Institutions or organizations I believe, has strong faith now more than ever towards crypto. They have seen the potential of crypto during this pandemic crisis. And how it will influence the current payment market. Before, a lot of these companies were throwing negative things towards crypto, and look at now, they change their stance and collecting their own bitcoin stash. So I don't think it will crash the way it did in previous years, there may be drops but not that massive where people will lose trust.
1207  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: xcryptos.io Ponzi scheme upto 4.29% daily interest. on: April 20, 2021, 10:45:46 PM
honestly in my opinion he seems to me to be a novice scammer who is starting a hyip/ponzi site, those lifetime returns show that he is not interested in running the ponzi site for at least a few payment cycles. even people who look at hyip/ponzi sites know how to evaluate sites that are more dangerous than others. this site has nothing special, the site administrator has no plan to run the site for a few payment cycles, he want to get away with the money of the people who invest

No surprise we are seeing a lot of these sites. But usually, the victims here are mostly newcomers in crypto, who are hoping to earn quick cash from their investments. Lucky for most of us in the forum, who already know how to spot a potential ponzi scheme. High daily interest is questionable as to where will he get such high interest. More than likely, it will come also from the newcomers that will blindly send their money. I hope users will be more careful in this type of scheme.

The trading volume in crex and unnamed exchanges is very low. Are there any activities in your pipeline that can boost your trading performance in these exchanges? If traders will see your current market performance, I don't think they will be encourage to join in this market.
1209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 10 Best Cryptocurrencies To Invest in for 2021 on: April 19, 2021, 10:50:34 PM
This is the problem with giving undue weight to the coin rankings on CMC or Coingecko.  They're obviously based on market cap, and that's misleading as hell if you're talking about "the best" coins to invest in.  No one in their right mind would invest in Tether hoping to make a profit--and there are other coins ranked pretty high on those lists that are just plain shitcoins.

Yeap. See, shitcoins being recommended as investments aren't anything new, and I know there are a lot of really bad so called "journalists" out there, but damn this is just next level. A freakin stablecoin on a cryptocurrency investment recommendation article lmao.

That's really quite funny. The writer may not be really knowledgeable when it comes to crypto. If you are investing in stable coin, do you really expect that it will go beyond its pegged price? This goes to show that a lot of writers just publish stuffs they have no idea about. And people are reading it and they thought everything they read is true especially those that are non crypto users.
1210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Ann] Rideus - The Special Purpose Coin on: April 19, 2021, 08:51:51 PM
Is this a joke? What is "Special purpose" of your coin, if your webpage offers flip flops?

So you want to trade flip flops and other sandals, and in free time be a cryptocurrency project? What will I receive if I buy your Rideous? Simply become a flip flop business supporter? I could be that supporter, if only you would produce something new, fresh and innovative. Or at least have a whitepaper Smiley

It is out of joke.

it's main motto is to encourage promote & Establish; Small & Mid Business Enterprise (SME) Globally.
Rideus coin is far away from Gambling, Speculative, Dumper-Pumper coin.

Block chain and it's use still unknown in underdeveloped country.
That's why we started from Wave platform because it is very Easy, simple & bit secure in use. We can also use Ether or BTC or other chain in future.

kindly keep aside flip flops Sandals.

Waves platform is easy to use. However, in my opinion, this platform is dying when it comes to deploying projects. As you observed, very rare that you can see a project created under waves. These days, most projects are going to BSC network. So just want to say in advance, I don't think you will be successful in this venture. Waves is like a forgotten platform already. You can prove us wrong anyway.
1211  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Best Time to sell ? on: April 18, 2021, 11:41:04 PM
for me, the best selling is when you get a profit, because we can see the price of our order. if you have got the best price maybe it can sell, the most important thing is not to be trapped in a panic sell because of the correction, that's not very good
I think if you're satisfied with your profit then sell it. Don't be greedy. You can also stick to you're plan on how much percentage you would like to sell or how much is the total percent gain you made. Wait again for the correction then buy again. TA will also help you to exit in trade.

As long as you are in positive profit, you are good. Being greedy is one reason why people fail in trading. They want more and more, up until their coin already goes down its value.

Just wondering when the OP sold his bitcoin? Because from the time he created this thread, btc was in the $13k+ range. And look at now, if he managed to hodl, he already got huge profits even selling at today's price of $56k.
1212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn to appreciate the DIP. on: April 18, 2021, 08:00:23 PM
Correct, dip is always in the smarts favour, it's always a good time to buy but majority only want to see the upside and not the downside, every downside is just another buying opportunity

People are wishing for example bitcoin to go down so they can buy, so once it goes down, they are still confused on what to do. You don't really know what people want these days. Grin But if you are the person that has plans on executing your original plans, then do it while the market is still down. Who knows, your actions will get rewarded very soon.
1213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why doesn't bitcoin go up higher percentages like altcoins? on: April 17, 2021, 11:59:57 PM
Bitcoin is traded in large volumes on a daily basis, so if someone buys or sells a large amount of Bitcoin, then the rest of the traders in the market will quickly equalize the value of Bitcoin. Also, Bitcoin is difficult to pump, as it takes billions of dollars, unlike some altcoins.

Yes, don't compare it with alts. Most alts have very low value as compared to bitcoin. Also, it is better for btc to have organic growth rather than pump it 100% or 200% in few days. Because we know, the drop is imminent in that case. Increasing the price of btc in the market for few percent will take a large amount of money, whereas, most alts will only take few thousands or millions of dollars to make a huge change in the market. Better if bitcoin is increasing its value with solid reasons and not just because of unfounded news in the market.
1214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] VICTORIA VR: A Revolution in Virtual Reality for Everyone on: April 17, 2021, 11:43:14 PM
Victoria VR will become at the cutting edge of the 3D / Virtual Reality (VR) phenomenon, the future of YouTube video and gaming. VR is considered by many technologists as a key sector of the next 10 years. I joined the ICO, hope you're too, mates.
Hell yeah, Virtual Reality remains one of the most exciting things going on in games at the moment. I think Victoria will be based on the PSVR platform, this choice will dictate more for further development.

VR is a specific niche where they can get specific clients also. If they will make VR affordable to masses, even getting customers from the gaming industry, will give them a sustainable business. Previously, VR is deemed to be an expensive one for users, so maybe, this platform can make it very reasonably priced to ordinary people.

One thing to add, can the OP make their ANN more attractive? They are in VR market, so I believe they can present their project in a more appealing way.
1215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Store of value or Payment method or else? on: April 17, 2021, 11:12:57 PM
The main purpose of bitcoin is whatever you mostly need it for.

  • Bitcoin is a cheap borderless way of sending money without much fees for overseas workers.
  • Bitcoin is a store of value for the people skeptical with their country's economy.
  • Bitcoin is a method of payment for the people who doesn't like banks messing with their consumer decisions.
  • Bitcoin is a short/mid/long term investment for the people who want to take advantage of the hype.

The point is you don't need people to tell you what it's for and what it's not for. You just use it for whatever you want/need.

Very well said. The use case of bitcoin really depends on your necessities. And each individual has their own needs. Some will use it as payment or convert it to their fiat or some will hold it for the purpose of long term investments. So you can't specify what particular use case a person can do with his bitcoin, because it entirely depends on him. With today's market performance, I believe, a lot are buying and holding it for long term for the purpose of gaining profits. But not all can afford such holding. So it is on you how you will decide where to use your bitcoin.
1216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: April 17, 2021, 10:54:24 PM

I come across many different ideas in favor of Doge ... Elon is not alone in his interest.

... If you had put each of the 3 U.S. stimulus checks into Dogecoin, it would be worth over $300,000 right now
    (https://www.linkedin.com/posts/fernandorodiguez_if-you-had-put-each-of-the-3-us-stimulus-activity-6789073152908509187-Slxd)
-

That's crazy to see how much people could make by just putting in several thousand dollars. I'm sure some have done this and are now laughing all the way to the bank but this might not be the end of the pump even though Doge has cooled off a little. I see a lot still saying that Doge is going to $1 which is what most are waiting for.

A lot are wishing for $1 for this coin and in previous years, we never did think that doge will fetch the current price today of 30 cents. Remember, those doge faucets before giving 100s or 1000s doge each roll? If we only collected and hold.  Tongue

But anyway, it is hard to know the future of this coin. As right now, it depends on whether Musk will tweet about doge or not. Is the doge team doing something to take advantage of this opportunity? Like maybe, find a solid use case so they will not rely on Musk for increasing its value in the market?
1217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Give reasons why ETH is better than BSC on: April 17, 2021, 10:14:24 PM
Gas has been a problem for ethereum that's why majority are prostrated about it, only whales can survive that kind of rich transactions. Once this congestion and gas problems are fixed I believed ethereum will reclaim the trust and services of everyone. BSC is a good addition too and that's what makes more healthy because of competition.

Eth gas fees were expected to be reduced a bit after the Berline update. Eth already losing its ground to the BSC network and many news projects are now choosing BSC for their product launches. Also, I saw some projects and using both networks especially some NFT projects like Dego. But in terms of community and security, eth is bigger than BSC.

As we all know, the major problem of eth network is the gas fees. So if in case, they will reduced a lil bit after this berlin hard fork this month, I believe, some will go back to ETH. People are just switching or going to BSC because of its fast and low fees, and okay, let us add the fact that it is managed by a top cryptocurrency exchange. However, if ETH will get back on having cheap fees, developers will choose ETH over BSC. And that we will see once ETH resolved this long-running problem.
1218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Dogecoin reach 1$ soon? on: April 17, 2021, 09:40:29 PM
i believe many among the doge investors will know that there is nothing special about and has no use. musk influence is what is pushing up the price and i believe he will push it to 1$ and beyond. the best thing is to take profit for anyone following it. i see its following a pump and dump pattern.
In my opinion, just having coins as a meme but not having a real use case is not good for Doge. You know, because it's just a pump and dump coin. unless in the future Doge decides to become a coin with a real use case and is adopted as a good payment system, it will be a different story

The use case right now in doge is more on transfer purposes and gambling section. Would be nice if doge will be one of the top cryptos that will be included in the payment system of merchants. Their fees are relatively cheap than bitcoin. However, this use case is yet to be seen. Right now, the price is merely depending on Elon Musk's tweet, which is not very sustainable. We don't know the ulterior motives of Musk why he is doing it. Does he really believe in doge? What is in store for him for doing this random promotion of doge?
1219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥 [ANN][ENE] ENEDEX: Join the Future of Energy Trading ⚡️⚡️ on: April 17, 2021, 08:58:33 PM
Current universe of energy is overwhelmed by oligopolies and mediators which control admittance to energy creation, utilization and exchanging. Energy markets are prevalently exchanged on concentrated trades not promptly available for everybody,
furthermore, subsequently making an irregularity of force. On this situation this is definitely a better solution to world.

That is, if they will be successful in implementing this concept. The usual problem is the execution of their idea. Most projects failed because they don't have funds to proceed with their developments. Now, if the ENE team wants this to be successful, they need to tap private investors that will make sure they can move forward even if they don't hold crowdsourcing campaigns. Because if they will rely their funds from the public, the chance of accomplishing things here may be slow.
1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Honest opinion poll about the potential of NFT on: April 16, 2021, 10:07:58 PM
~
NFT is the way to distribute digital ownership reliably. How else would you organize ownership for a piece of art or a song? NFTs are the perfect way to grant access globally to ownership of all kinds of assets.
and this is a unique way. many creators have started to use NFT to immortalize their work in a unique and original way, cannot be imitated, so that its authenticity can really be justified.
collectors will also get a unique way, works of famous artists will inevitably continue to increase in price, and with the blockchain combination it becomes easier to trade.
actually nft has also been around for a long time, lately it is getting more and more existence because there are quite phenomenal sales of nft on twitter, and that gives a good stimulus so nft is getting more and more famous.
Regarding crypto, there are also a lot of nft that are used as game items, mining, etc., so I think this is still an early stage and could be growing.

My opinion also towards NFT is that they will continue to exist and will become popular in the next coming days. If more artists, celebrities or athletes will find a way how to create their own NFT, this industry will really be a multi-billion dollar very easily. These personalities will now be easily reached by their fans and can get their digital items in a fast manner. One should know how authentic the NFT item he is buying because definitely, there will be scammers that will try to sell fake ones. Though I don't know yet, how they can imitate a real NFT but for sure scammers will.
