12121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the acceptable level of premine for bounties? on: April 17, 2014, 07:11:41 PM
Zero. Devs should mine and offer their own coins away.
12122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [WTS] 670 BCT coin(Bitcointalk coin) on: April 17, 2014, 07:10:08 PM
Where can i buy this coin

Its not on any exchanges. But right now you can buy it from me.

Asking price?

Its a rare coin.Check the thread.PM me.

What makes it rare exactly? And it's definitely not rare if this is true:

This coin has the dogecoin bug.

1. The the total number of coins is technically unlimited.
2. About 5 million will be minted total until the block reward goes to 1 coin.
3. The way it is coded makes the block reward stay at 1 indefinitely.
4. All blocks with a reward greater than 1 coin will be mined within the first year.
5. After that, 500,000 coins will be mined per year.

Do the devs know this? Will this coin end up like doge?

12124  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Gabi: my 1.975btc for his 80ltc on: April 17, 2014, 06:57:03 PM
It seems passwords were leaked https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=567590.msg6206729#msg6206729 That explains what happened and no matter how strong the password was, if it was leaked.

Or you're using that as an excuse. He didn't say passwords were leaked but that it was a possibility.
12125  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Resolved :) on: April 17, 2014, 06:52:03 PM
If everything's resolved it's probably best to lock this topic now.

i've messaged stunna 4 times now and he hasn't responded. hasn't paid me from january, will PM him one last time before i look elsewhere.
Did you send your PM properly at the time? Including all the info he asked for?

Check his posts. He hasn't even signed up since in 2014. And, if he did before, he might have been a Jr Member..

(I haven't checked all his posts, but I don't think Stunna is wrong).

Yeah, you haven't made any posts since January 8th other than the two in this thread.

I might watch The Hungover Games today.
Have anyone watched it? Is it good?

The parody of The Hunger Games? I've not seen it but it's probably shit like all the other parody films. There's another called Starving Games.

Why did i see pd3 logos on a signature, when theres no pd3? lol

Think someone was just using it in anticipation of PD3 (or trying to bait people into clicking his link? haha).

Is there any reputable litecoin dice sites? Played a few back a few months ago but can't remember any off the top of my head.

I'm guessing you've already considered litecoin?

Bit777 does as well as a few other alts, but this is a PD thread.

So is randomlove trolling or what?

This is the most inspirational thing ive seen in over 2 decades! The kids SEE IT! WHY CANT YOU! (about the tories (UK) but this is applicable in all western worlds!) Spread the love!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiEqPzpMA9M

Your funny! Here's the truth about your banksters and wars!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SKnF1HEUwuo

What do i need to say/Show you before you will actually question the things you take for granted?

Im no troll no but why would you take my word for it?

All i try to do is get people to ask questions about EVERYTHING, They been manipulating the population for over 2 centuries!

The truth smacks you in the face and you dismiss it. You see thats what they want you to do sheeple! Your all perfetic cowards! And that's just fact!

You seem to be making a lot of presumptions and assumptions about people here. Yeah, I agree, everybody should question what they're told (and that includes crap from you), but you can't really act as an enlightened individual when you get your proof from folded up dollar bills, and if you think there's any truth to that then you're either a troll, idiot or sheeple yourself.
12132  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your view on cannabis? on: April 17, 2014, 12:59:23 PM
Exactly. Are you against alcohol too? I noticed you left that out. People are free to do whatever they want as long as it doesn't harm anyone else, but just merely consuming those things doesn't unless they become reckless or endanger you in some way.

If cannabis is consumed the way it should be used, then there will be very little side effects. However, when it is banned, people are forced to use other options such as heroin and krokodil. These alternatives have much more severe side effects.

That doesn't make any sense and sounds awfully familiar to the bs of the gateway drug theory. People don't move on to harder drugs just because they can't get any weed or because it's illegal. Krokodil is just for impoverished and fucked up heroin addicts who can't afford anything else.

How do you all feel about mistakes by intent?

Like hodl is "the thing" to say nowadays instead of hold?

I enjoy coding and the last thing I would want is keywords changing syntax every few months.

But this is happening with written language.

Please advice. Cheesy

Hodl is funny and just a joke. It's like bitcointalk's own meme. I guess it's similar to 4chan's sauce vs source and other such purposely done misspellings that have entered into their own respective lexicons.

Per se vs per say/ persay is done a lot too.

Odd, PvP has been in the works for months too for Coinroll. Are you sure you are not Scrat, Stunna? Multiple personality disorder? =P </joke>

But seriously, there was a Coinroll v2 in the works when management changed. Coinroll might have that done before you, just like the release of Coinroll was done shortly before PrimeDice's. Congrats on betting volume tho.

Why 0% edge? Wouldn't all players just start gambling PvP all the time to never have any negative edge?

He answerd that a few posts back:

I imagine in the same way it's done now. I pick over 50 and you under 50 or something. Winner takes all.

And how that's different from what we have now? Save for the house edge, indeed. Just a kind of clearance (or what they call it) at the end of the day... Cool

Well there's the house edge but it also makes it a bit more interesting I guess, especially if two people want to bet against each other rather than the house. Don't know what PD gets out of it though.

If this doesn't make rolls fairer, I wouldn't care less! Cool

Oh, wait, they say their bets are already provably fair, so why should I really care if I presumably play against another player? I'd rather think this would make rolls cumbersome... Grin

It makes it more fun. A regular user may just go against the house, but its just more fun to play against someone else.

Please note that Stunna never said that the pvp was going to be dice.

Fun is a major part, but the fact you will be able to CONVENIENTLY gamble with NO house edge, makes this a world first for online gaming. Bitcoin has enabled this through 0 processing fee's, and we are going to make this a reality.

People may wonder what is in it for us? Through creating this we hope to receive increased traffic, along with people who are only looking for 50/50 bets to become impatient and end up betting against the house. The impatience will arise when the user is unable to find a bet they wish to make that another player will match. This will hopefully lead to increased betting volume on our behalf.

At the same time users who are not impatient will be participating in a world first no house edge gambling experiment.

The Bada Bing is a strip club in the Sopranos universe. Here we have the bitty bing. Coincidence? I think not!

Bing is also a search engine. Maybe it's going to be a Bitcoin search engine. Coincidence? I think not!  Cheesy

I'm wanting to carry my posts over into the next month as I've only made 39 posts this period since:

Been very busy lately but might as well as enter again.

Starting posts: 583
Bitcoin address: 12oPBTzXnrsXD6kWoFcZ6tmzxgygpSzp1b

Thanks!

Since it is not set up on a tier system for your post count, it wouldn't really make a difference if you carried them over, or if you were paid out this month (as long as you at least hit the minimum post count for the month)

I thought that we could carry < 50 posts over to the next month so that we can achieve the payout mark then?

I've been so busy this month, so it would be great if I can carry them over Smiley

You can if you didn't make the minimum 50 posts. Don't know how what Keithers said is relevant.
12138  Other / Meta / Re: Sorry Phinnaeus Gage, you are banned from using this forum! Trolling on: April 16, 2014, 07:17:52 PM
One of the biggest post count account is now gone.
Go people ! take the throne take the posts, and control the forum'a viral .

He is only gone for just 7 days, according to BadBear.  Smiley

Weird. He doesn't show up on the top posters but if you search for him he still has the posts.

Edit: He's back there now

New season of 24 starts soon. I only saw the first three seasons but really enjoyed them. I'll probably watch them all again at some point after the new season has finished.

I'm sure its been said, but...THE OFFICE!

The UK version, right?

BOMBUS - Let Her Die: http://youtu.be/fcW7SMsxKxE

Hot action cop - The special Smiley

Old school stuff Smiley

The only song of theirs I remember is Fever for the Flavour or whatever it was called from one of the American Pie films. Was pretty catchy. The album any good? Got a feeling they're a one hit wonder.
