I look mostly at the team. You want to be able to first confirm that they really exist and that they have a record of accomplishment in a field related to their role. Then I try to confirm as much information as possible through a due diligence process. Forget using information from any of the ICO rating sites because they will just repeat anything on the project website without checking it.

Bounty Hunters get blamed for dumping coins but since most bounties are only 1% or 2% of the float that would only have a very limited and short term effect on the price. A far bigger impact is made by people who buy in during the presale at huge discounts to the ICO price and then sell their coins at below the ICO price but higher than the amount they paid. Beware of investing in ICO's that offer very large presale discounts without any vesting period as you will likely see presale investors dumping their coins at a price below what you paid.

Whitepaper are useful to gain an understanding about what the project is preposing to do. They will not however give you the ability to determine if the project is viable or if the people behind are competent and honest enough to bring it to completion. I treat them as a marketing document designed to get me to invest and treat everything in them with a degree of scepticism until I can confirm that information from a reliable third party source. Always do your own due diligence before investing.

There are way too many questions. Let's discuss)

They are a complete waste of time and should not be relied upon. They do not do proper due diligence and often only repeat the information the company has released without confirming its authenticity. Some have been caught asking for money in return for positive reviews. You should not rely on them instead of doing your own due diligence before investing.
