12221  Economy / Gambling / Re: Finally earned 1 bitcoin.what to do? on: January 27, 2016, 05:00:52 PM
Congratulations on your Bitcoin. I would if I were you wait quietly raised the price.
It would be a shame if you are already going to spend while you can get more money later.

Exactly. I mean you can grow your coins by doing nothing. Just don't waste them on a pozi scheme or gambling. Try to make more coins the way you've made this 1 BTC, without risking your hard earned money.
12222  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: January 27, 2016, 04:12:01 PM
I've lost over 10BTC in the past three months, and let me tell you. Stopping isn't as easy as you might think. I don't know why I keep doing it but I do. And the result is always the same.
Net Profit: - 5.500BTC
Sometimes I play Black Jack, sometimes I play Dice. Most of the time it's dice, and that's basically where I lose all my money. Nothing ever works. Martingale: Nope. Reverse Martingale: Nope. All in 80-90%: Nope. Spamming 97% win chance: Nope. I wish I could stop lol

I think to stop gambling you should first of all lose all hope to make money with gambling. You should understand very well that you can't win, you will always lose with gambling, as was many times stated in this thread. Try to "recover" doing something else instead.
12223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to earn at least $1 in BTC per hour? on: January 27, 2016, 12:40:25 PM
You want to make $24 a day in BTC? You could work 1-2 hours and make that much.

If you want to stay on your computer, try grindabuck.com. You can do surveys and other stuff for points that can be redeemed for BTC. You could easily make at least $1 a hour if you stuck with that.

Thanks for the advice! All that looked so good that I went to grindabuck.com instantly ... only to find out that "Your country has been banned! Reason: We do not provide services at this time." Sad

I'm sure this is a great site which gives you opportunity to earn some good amount in BTC but unfortunately I can't use it. Actually I think it works for US only. I may be wrong of course.
12224  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin always be dependent on fiat? Is it? on: January 27, 2016, 12:21:29 PM
I think Bitcoin will always have some value in fiat but should we call it a dependance? For example in Russia if you want to buy something you should first convert your Dollars to Russian Roubles. Does it mean that the US Dollar dependent on Russian Rouble?
12225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin snack machine (fast transaction problem) on: January 26, 2016, 05:58:01 PM
You need to wait 10 minutes. Best create a website where person can order the food in advance and buy it for write a password to the machine.

I think this is the best solution.

And also I think that creating such Bitcoin snack machine nowadays may be a good start for a business: people would use the opportunity to buy a snack with Bitcoin even if they normally wouldn't the buy snack, just for fun. Someone should try to make it real.
12226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Paid to gamble on: January 26, 2016, 05:47:57 PM
If you're getting free coins from a faucet, and that site has a casino, which DOESN'T allow you to deposit ANY funds, is it considered as gambling if you use/play any of those games?

Been trying to figure out this thing for a week, but there's so much contradiction for both answers, so I am not sure how to pick "the right" answer, if there is one.

EDIT: I'm talking about the site in my signature.

I just tried the site in your signature. Without ane registration I've got 100 sats to play slots which was nice. Then I've won some making it around 200, then lost some but before I lost everything I was able to claim free sats again even though my balance wasn't zero. I liked it!

As for is this site considered as a gambling site idk, I think it depends on the legislation of a country.
12227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your favorite type of gambling? on: January 26, 2016, 01:58:59 PM
I'm not into sports so I like dice gambling. Easy rules, no working strategies, all depends on your luck. I like it. Most of the time I lose but it's fun anyway (because I never gamble too much).
12228  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollin.io hacked on: January 26, 2016, 01:49:34 PM
I don't understand why these thieves try to withdraw everything at once and there any aren't countermeasures to make the withdraw manual. Especially for new users.

I don't understand this either. I think if a new user is going to withdraw more than 1 BTC this shouldn't go automatically, admins should check first if it was a fair play. I think that's not that difficult to do.
12229  Economy / Gambling / Re: How can I win big? on: January 26, 2016, 11:21:47 AM
I think if you only bet a lot that you can win a lot. if you have little stake is the chance you have to win a lot more clay, I think.

What about losing? Don't you think by betting a lot you can lose a lot too?

My advice to OP: if you've won some money you should never gamble all of them. Keep 50% of your win and gamble with the rest.
12230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Bitcoin? on: January 26, 2016, 11:14:05 AM
I suggest investing on some legit and trusted bitcoin doubler websites. You can find some in this forum which you can trust because many of the users are being paid by them here.
but most sites bitcoin doubler using a ponzi system which means it will not last long.

Exactly! All those doubling sites are scams. How can you double anything in the short period of time as they promise? They only want your money from which they'll maybe return you a part.
12231  Economy / Gambling / Re: Finally earned 1 bitcoin.what to do? on: January 26, 2016, 10:55:45 AM
Your first statement is clear enough to tell you what should be done ,after 4 months of hard work, what possibly you would like to do after 4 months of hard earned money?Gamble them away ? Or get scammed by a loaner ?I suggest you to invest in bitcoins itself, start trading.Slow money is better than no money.Think twice about your choices.

This is one of the best advices here IMO. Don't gamble your hard earned money away!

You may start trading if you want to try to grow your Bitcoin but remember you may always make a negative profit by doing that.

I'd suggest just holding your Bitcoins and earning more. You are doing good at it actually. I've managed to make only 0.7 BTC in the same period of time.
12232  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: January 26, 2016, 10:27:03 AM
I do not see it happen soon, the dollar is a currency.
The bitcoin is a completely different system,  also the government is likely to be against it.
So I think it will not happen, maybe 20 years from here.

Everything is changing fast nowadays so it's possible that what we now think will happen in 20 years will really happen in 5 years or so.

Personally I think Bitcoin will not replace the Dollar completely but that a big part of the transactions related to the online trading will be in Bitcoins pretty soon (it will take maybe several years or so).
12233  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Malaysian prime minister cleared of corruption over $681m Saudi 'gift' on: January 26, 2016, 09:59:26 AM
This is getting more and more ridiculous. A gift worth $0.7 billion? Did it came from an individual within the Saudi Royal Family, or from the Saudi government itself? Even if it came from a single individual, it is a clear example of bribe. The only question here is what the Saudis got in return, for this huge amount of money.

This is interesting to me too. In fact I can't imagine what it might be however hard I'm trying to. Maybe it was really a gift, a sort of a reward for carrying out the policy which satisfies the interests of the Saudi Royal Family.
12234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: January 25, 2016, 07:56:45 PM
Gambling is wrong no doubt about it. Period. On the other hand from what is right what we are doing during our lifetime? I think not much actually. So we should choose from what is just wrong and from what is very very wrong and I think that gambling is just wrong. )
12235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who Is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: January 25, 2016, 07:45:41 PM
None of them so I even didn't vote. I don't know who is Satoshi Nakamoto but I'm sure he is presented on this forum and most likely is reading this thread. That's why I want to write this: Good job, mate! )
12236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: January 25, 2016, 07:19:31 PM
One can make a good book from this thread.  Smiley

Although some words are continuously repeated there are a lot of good fresh ideas. Worth to read IMO.

To OP's question: my answer is infinity. You can both win or lose the infinity of money with gambling.
12237  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: January 25, 2016, 07:04:38 PM
Well majority of the buyers would be honestly waiting for a price drop and a price drop of upto $100 is pretty scary for sellers. But honestly, I'd be happy to buy Bitcoins at $100 and below, but if it did fall so low so quickly I'd be equally worried to invest.

Exactly, if the price goes down to 100$ right now I'm pretty sure no one would buy because it would be too risky and bitcoin could actually die if that happens, the panic selling would be too huge

I disagree. Not all the Bitcoin holders are susceptible to panic attacks. Actually that's how people become rich: they are buying when everyone around is selling in panic. When a year ago the price was around $200 some brave people were buying at the time and they not only profited from this, they saved Bitcoin I'd say.
12238  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: some faucet website are racist on: January 25, 2016, 04:50:02 PM
hello
so i m in Philippines sins a couple of days
and i would teach my friend to do some faucets but it s worthless

I'm not using these sites now but I remember a year or so ago it was much more.

12239  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is there a way to see how much gambling sites makes? on: January 25, 2016, 04:35:26 PM
One estimation that you can make is to multiply the house edge, which is usually 0,5% by the total bet amount.

This will be the betting site turnover. After that it depends on the number of employees, hosting, promotions, referral payments, etc.

That's a good method to estimate how much a gambling sites makes. Thanks!

Of course you can't say the precise amount but you will defiinitely pretty much have an idea.

Another way to know the amount is (if a site is based on investments) reading a quarterly statement for shareholders.
12240  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: January 25, 2016, 04:23:39 PM
If I had mined Bitcoin in 2010, then I would quit my day job. But I didn't mine back then, so yeah.......

I agree with you if I had mined Bitcoin in 2010 then I would quit my day job long time ago, but I think the OP's question was about nowadays. Lot's of people are working on big mining farms and technically quit their job for Bitcoin. There are also some opportunities to earn a decent amount of money in Bitcoin doing skilled tasks or writing good texts etc.
