For that, you need to install the Litecoin app by using the 'Ledger Manager' chrome extension. Then, you can use the 'Bitcoin wallet' chrome extension to view your Litecoin wallet (BTC and LTC use the same chrome extension. For other coins, it will be different). Just select and open the LTC app on your Ledger display while you have the 'Bitcoin wallet' chrome extension opened (basically the same thing, but with the LTC app instead).

This is Electron Cash. An Electrum fork for Bitcoin Cash.

Since what you received was BITCOIN and not BITCOIN CASH, you need to download and use the official Electrum wallet, which supports Bitcoin.

Download it at electrum.org and open your wallet file with it. The interface is pretty much the same.
