In high school I learned about two oxides of carbon, CO (the locally bad one) and CO 2 (the globally bad one). A third one, C 3O 2, was briefly mentioned in high school and in college. Only recently I learned that there are in fact infinitely many carbon oxides or oxocarbons, some of them just as stable as the common ones, many of them with beautiful symmetric molecules -- and some of them known since the 19th century. Many more relatively simple ones surely remain to be discovered. There are also many oxocarbon anions consisting only of carbon and oxygen -- besides carbonate CO 32- and oxalate C 2O 42-, the only ones I knew until a few years ago. There is even one (mellitate) that forms a natural gemstone, honeystone, perhaps the only gemstone that has organic carbon (organic both in the sense of having a non-trivial carbon-carbon skeleton, and also in the sense of being derived from chemicals of biological origin in peat bogs). I haven't found any minimally stable oxocarbon cations, however; perhaps they could be construed using oxygen atoms in the +1 state, that are trivalent, if they could be buried inside an oxocarbon cage. When he saw I was doing well in antiques, he, too, started stocking antiques in his booth. I oftentimes fucked with him by walking up to an obvious Eastwood piece (for an example) and state something like that's a nice Art Deco piece you have there and that it's priced too low, whereupon he would up the price on the item and every time (and I mean every time) a person simply walked up to the piece, he would bark out that it was Art Deco. On several occasions he got into arguments with customers when they tried to correct him because he was right and knew his shit - the shit I versed him on.  Having worked in the flea market industry for a few decades and retired from owning the largest solar powered flea market in all of Tennessee, I'm pretty sure I can spot a fuckin' liar when I see one. I'm supposing that every single person in the state of Tennessee told you that your flea market was the largest solar powered flea market in the whole state, correct? He was mainly replying to what I was saying about keeping cool when someone is grilling you and need have a thick skin to survive around here. I liked that he's tries to take the information on board but also hard to change yourself all at once. I think it should be pretty obvious that any site that pays as much as they do just for signing up and that pays as much as they do for referrals is a scam. TBH, it is pretty smart what they did, they made the threshold to withdraw high so very few people would ever try to have their "gold" sent to them, plus their "storage" service was free so assuming they are a legit company, it would make sense for their customers to not try to have their gold sent to them.
They are a scam site, and anyone who is trying to get people to sign up as a referral or is advertising their site is promoting a scam.
