1241  Economy / Marketplace / Re: weird site but they give out free bitcoin, ive gotten paid b4. on: July 08, 2017, 07:23:38 PM
I have gotten payouts, i upgraded to v 1.1 and it has payed for itself like 5x      so, its free if u want a few free .005 btc every few weeks (minimum withdraw is .005 and it takes ahwhile to get there, u get 40 sat a minute for free) , if u upgrade u get alot more.

Where link of the site or reference about the payment. If you got the payment create a op accordingly. Simply saying that upgrading something and getting some satoshi will confuse the newbies as well as senior members. If need a comment about it or promote a site. You have to share the complete information first.
1242  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price of Bitcoin in 2020 on: July 08, 2017, 07:10:52 PM
I expect the bitcoin price in 2020 or 3 years to reach $ 7500 or 3 times the current price. In addition, transaction costs are also higher because of the increasingly dense network.
Definitely I believe that after these years we will see the nominal price for Bitcoin. Actually, this can not stand even better. Today's price for Bitcoin is convincing enough and it confirms all these forecasts.

Specially we can see the next halving on that year so undoubtedly you will see the better price for sure in the chart. Usage and making bitcoin legal in the countries will be increase in numbers for sure according to my view. I wish my country should the move on bitcoin instead being poor economy state.
1243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: July 08, 2017, 06:57:41 PM
I'm not planning on selling in this month, I will still keep the bitcoin in my wallet and I want to see the effect after SegWit2x because I'm sure the bitcoin price will increase after the activation of SegWit2x.

From the long back we use to think that bitcoin selling will never work at all because we are seeing the continuesly price rising in the chart. If you recent bumps because of BU and segwit activation we are decent cost for a bitcoin now. This year end we may see double the value before that. You may sell your coin after that.
1244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: July 08, 2017, 06:46:36 PM
I'm usually set my own profit target usually 10% from my initial deposit.
I'm also prepare myself to loss rather to win since I'm aware that gambling will make you loss but if you want to gamble for fun not for profit, I think it will be allright

It won't work for anyone or anytime. Some we may need of money or some time you can greedy to earn more bitcoins from gambling. To avoid a loosing a bitcoin at anytime in gambling you can earn it using betting option.
1245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can bitcoin be used for regular transactions.. on: July 08, 2017, 06:36:52 PM
Bitcoin transactions are divisible. A satoshi is one hundred millionth of a bitcoin, and it is possible to send a transaction of a smallest value of satoshi on the bitcoin network. so we can use bitcoins for regular transactions form any country irrespective of the currency value of that particular country.

Nope it is not possible due to send the satoshi level amount using any btc network. However, I noticed that transaction fees has been reduced somehow from past a week onwards. Still don't which wallet's fees is low in all the online btc wallet. If anyone knows you can please share it.

1247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Is Your Worst Moment in Gambling? on: July 08, 2017, 06:02:56 PM
For me worst moments are when I lose more then I planed, or I had cases when I had some strategies in mind but instead of applying them I raised bets to fast and spent all bankroll in chase of something that didn't come. Now this kind of moments do not happen like before, I have more patience but sometimes its hard to not fall into the fire, some games needed to be played tough with constant bet rising, but that is gambling and thats why gambling is so exciting.
First I didn't invested any big amount in bitcoin gambling or other Fiat gambling option. I have friend who 1.3 bitcoin few months back and again due to his greasiness he lost all those bitcoins.
But when he won that in btc lottery he planned utilize that for his vacation go Australia but he missed it because of that.
1248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Securing your wallet on: July 08, 2017, 05:52:40 PM
To secure your wallet, maintain your wallet address details and private key confidential. All transactions will be done in the internet, so careful with your money and wallet. For simple transactions, wallets are very useful and risk-free.

Private key and wallet seed must hold as confidential thing. Apart from that wallet.dat file also to secure it safely. Mostly don't prefer onlinr wallets for your usage. You need to have a desktop wallet or paper wallet to have numurous features.

1250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 07, 2017, 06:22:12 PM
England vs South Africa , Test match, after a good knock from joe root, mm ali and Broad, England made 458 and South Africa are now struggling as they lost 4 wickets for 107, now this new fresh pair is their hope they score some good runs.
in the test format, England is the best team for me. they have very strong both batting and bowling side. at home and abroad they are a really tough contender with the red ball.  test series between South Africa nad England might be very competitive but at the first test, I can assure you that England is going to win clearly...

Ashes or NatWest series in both other team who have been contending with them only making the matches towards to their side and England doesn't make do hard effort after nassir Hussain retirement.
You may check the ranking of the team and players rank in the current team. You will be better to know about them.
1251  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will BTC be at $5,000? on: July 07, 2017, 06:13:15 PM
I believe before the end of 2018 the market value of Bitcoin will reach  $5,000 if not $7,000 despite the fact that there are speculations in some quarter that the outcome of 1st August meeting may likely affect the market value of Bitcoin negatively and invariably lead to the decline in the price of Bitcoin. Am still optimistic that even though the bitcoin price decreases as a result of panic, sooner or later the price will pick up again and probably reach  $4,000 before end December, 2017.

I agree with you on this, if not end of 2018 probably mid year of 2018 if bitcoins price this December would reach at least $4,000. Anyways this is just a speculation based on its market value currently.

Everyone wants to see the higher price of bitcoins but nobody can be sure when exactly it will happen but looking at the increase in the price in this year everyone is positive that bitcoin will achieve that price very soon and it would be really great to see if bitcoin hits the price of $5000 in this year.

Everything is based on possibility. It's based on time. Many says bitcoin price will reach 5000 $.Why not is not possible. Surely is possible. Since bitcoin price is keeps on increasing due to increasing in bitcoin users. In 2020, I am dam sure that bitcoin price will reach 5000 $.

Bitcoin is based technology is adopted everyday in any businesses. We may noticed the bitcoin price from this year starting. It shows the price rise consistently. May be we may see the bitcoin the next big bump which can reach to 5000$ in next halving alone. Short bumps will not make big changes.
1252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How the future of bitcoin will look like on: July 07, 2017, 05:42:02 PM
I think bitcoin will be like "the online coin", it can be the unitary coin of the internet and everyone will buy and sell services or products with this coin.
USD and EUR will be the major coins on the "real" or "physical" world, but bitcoin will have the monopoly of the internet world.

It depends, there have been online currencies before bitcoin that failed. They were not based on a blockchain of PoW though. But the point is if bitcoin doesn't keep innovating it will die just as they did and become a distant memory in the online world.

You people have learn more bitcoin in my view. If you know digital coins created before bitcoin you know. Please let everyone knows what is that coin is first. After satoshi invented there are many has been introduced. They all are consider as altcoin alone not in different name as well.

1254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is an altcoin on: July 06, 2017, 01:55:57 PM
Dude bitcoin is the main cryptocurrency. It is not an alternative coin. When we say alternative it is just like a replacement for the main. You can see alternative coins in market there js a website but i forgot the url. Well bitcoin is not an alt.
Yeah right, like metal then bitcoin is golden, and it must be admitted that bitcoin is to become a reference on the price of the other coin, take a look at trading then all refer to the price of the bitcoin.
Because bitcoin is the very first cryptocurrencies and also the top 1 or the king of the cryptocurrency market then the price of other coins are just depending in bitcoin. They are more likely to reach higher amount of price if bitcoin is down because the investors of altcoins can buy more bitcoin and also altcoin when the price of main currency is pretty low.

Your all the points correct, its simply idiotic to think bitcoin as altcoin first. Satoshi doesn't give out any copyrighted document to anyone to create by copying the technology he invented which is using to create new altcoins everyday. Altcoin are damn cheaper coin comparing it with btc.
1255  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The Best Exchange for US Customers on: July 06, 2017, 11:36:59 AM
It's not a thread, It's a whole section and It's called "currency exchange": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

Check the threads there, If you didn't find what you are looking for then simply make your own topic.

Another option you might is consider (If you have it) is using bitcoin ATMs, the fees changes from one ATM to another but see what fits you: https://coinatmradar.com/

As for Localbitcoins, I'm not entirely sure why the fees are that high but I believe there are some fees to pay the service Itself for placing ads because people people who don't place them, end up having hard times selling as their announcements don't appear.

Thanks a lot Omega! Appreciate it!

Isn't that funny that there is not even a single bitcoin atm in whole New York? lol

You cannot laugh out without having proper information about the bitcoin ATM in New York. I have given a link to find the bitcoin atm in your locations.
https://coinatmradar.com/city/113/bitcoin-atm-new-york/

If you looking for a place to exchange the bitcoin to USD in online you can get into localbitcoins site to exchange it with the local traders.
1256  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis-mining Legit ? on: July 06, 2017, 11:13:53 AM
In case you are interested I have published my payouts over the last month, and did some calculations on it.
You can find the article on my blog: Payout on Genesis mining.

I have already got my investment back and are expecting a nice profit towards the future.
If you have any questions let me know, but I think the number speaks for themselves.

---

edit: this article is about BTC. I'll try to run the numbers as well with other coins like ETH.

Anybody can write a article about it accordingly. Please share the payout screenshot of yours that will give a clear view about the payment and it is legit. I have created a mining account in genesis but It asks me to buy a hashpower to start mining. If this legit than any cloud mining. I will definitely invest on it.
1257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paper wallet confusion on: July 06, 2017, 10:58:37 AM
With the August 1st event looming, I decided to make a paper wallet, and after seeing how it works, my primary concern is this I have say 100$, now I use a x wallet put 50$ completely use that money, now remaining balance in my paper wallet, how do I move it into another wallet as it says that my paper wallet is then at risk, how do I go from here, if someone can explain it simply and also suggest wallets would help a lot.

These paper wallet use to have the private and public key for an address printed usually. Some clients and software will generate this for you to simply writing it down.
If you are planning on depositing a amount of bitcoins to the different wallet, make sure paper wallet has some good ones outlined on their site. Keep in mind that anybody who knows the private key can access the bitcoins stored in it as their own now or at any time in the future. It's important that only you and the recipient are aware of what the private key is!
They could potentially lose some of the balance if they only transfer a part of the balance off the paper wallet.
I won't suggest this especially send by email. Safest option is sending a btc to someone via btcnetwork.
1258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: July 06, 2017, 10:35:13 AM
You can say yes. Because i can't tell my friends and my family about my gambling habbit. I'm just feel a bit shameful about that, because no one in my family and my friends that gambling to, only me. But i'm okay with that if i can win much money on gambling and use it to make them shut up.

However I dont like the way you are taking gambling. One should not think of gambling as a method to earn money. It is a way to make money no doubt but its mostly losses and less wins because the casino owners are running a business and you are only the customer who will fall for their false promises of becoming a millionaire. If you cannot control your greed then you will surely lose a lot.

There are always gamblers saying to shut up to everyone when they win, but when they lose they keep silent, so we can't have the whole picrutre. One thing is known for sure though, if you gamble with big amounts on a daily basis, you will lose a lot eventually.

Yeah you may loose the bitcoin eventually but that will happen when you do gambling only if you do casino or slot roll alone. If you do sports or any other type of betting you can earn bitcoin easily with out big effort.
If you don't prefer a gambling on daily basis you can choose the trading, mining, lending or any other option
1259  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cryptocurrency trading for big profits on: July 06, 2017, 10:12:10 AM
Making a bigger earning through cryptocurrency is quite a hard task. This requires good learning as well to the knowledge to predict the market in a better way. If this is possible then making big profit is possible depending on the patience you have to hold the coins for longer time period.

Where did you get the information that it is so hard to make profit in crypto trading. You can make profit from ETH an litecoin trading easily due to the price bump recently we see on that. Bitcoin is also a good option but supply is less because people holding much than other crypto coins.
1260  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: The worst support on: July 06, 2017, 05:14:08 AM
The worst support i experience is from coinbase, needing to reset my 2FA and no one even bother to reply to my queries. i just move on and forget my funds with them, its just small amount way back just 0.05 when the price is $650, but now im trying to recover it again and still no reply at all..

Instead of discuss it with the members you guys can move ahead create a thread in reputation section and discuss with the moderators and salution providers for it. Simply trolling Coinbase and polo eil never gonna anywhere. Even localbitcoins once looted huge fund and then only they started business with the worldwide usable site.
