Congratulations on Djokovic and those who back him, I was wondering what the odds are when Thim was up 2 sets to 1.
^ Novac Djokovic is really the best tennis player for me. I tried to watch the game in Rod Laver Arena and the 6-4-2-6-6 isn't bad for him. He won against Federer easily last January 30 and now this is it. This Serbian person is really great. He has the best focus and I've witnessed it. Nevertheless, did you see how did Djokovic make it out of that situational play? Very good reverse! He really deserved it! I was thinking Thiem can win but after watching this final now I am sure Djokovic is really machine he can stay here in tennis for some more years and this new generation need something special to beat this insane robot what a player and what a human he deserve to be world greatest players. |

I haven't got a goddamn idea why cricket is so popular. Because the Commonwealth is so big and cricket has a huge tradition in these countries. Just look at India; they have a population of around 1.34bln (17.5% of the world population) and if I am not mistaken, Cricket is the favourite sport there - one of the few countries, where soccer isn't #1. Check table tennis sitting at #6. This is mainly because chinese people are crazy about table tennis and they even have slightly higher numbers population-wise than India. Same goes for Field Hockey, which then again is a big deal in India and quite popular in a lot of other countries (Pakistan, a lot of western Europe countries). I am also very surprised after checking this list as I was not expecting these two sports Cricket and Field Hockey on top for me Tennis and Basketball are more popular but this is insane as now these two games doing great for subcontinent as these both very popular here so its worth. |

Some of the teams got in to very weak groups, while some of them got in to tough ones. For example, Sri Lanka was placed in a tough group along with India and New Zealand. Not surprisingly, they failed to qualify for the Super League. They are now playing in the Plate League along with Japan and Nigeria. Similarly, England was also relegated to the Plate League, as they were placed along with West Indies and Australia. On the other hand, South Africa was in a group which consisted of Afghanistan, UAE and Canada. And even then, they finished at the second place.
I am really confused at the format and how the tournament is progressing, i saw in the news that New Zealand qualified for the semi finals after beating West Indies but i cannot find the rest of the teams that are qualified for the semi finals and if you look at the match ups schedule you will see tons of matches too, if New Zealand is qualified now how come there will be this much matches  . First of all, there is a super-league and a plate league. The top 8 teams which qualified for the Super League plays there, and those who failed to do so are relegated to the Plate League. So all the 16 teams are still playing matches against each other and this will go on until the positions from 1 to 16 are decided. For example, the playoff for the 15th place will be played tomorrow, between Japan and Nigeria. BTW, this is the semi-final lineup: India vs Pakistan New Zealand vs Bangladesh Sub-Continent's new generation is ready for ruling as 3 out of four in U-19 Cricket World Cup Semi Final and fourth Afghanistan unlucky in important match fail to give any good impression but now I am feeling cricket heat is going to be more high here as now we have good number of teams for quality matches. |

Hope you guys are prepare to watch the final game on Saturday and Sunday S. Kenin vs G. Muguruza, D. Thiem vs N. Djokovic respectively at the same venue (Rod Laver Arena).
Although, Djokovic is the title holder and the odds are against Thiem i expected Thiem to win but if Djokovic win it will be a difficult game for him.
Really don't know what to bet on women final so I will probably skip this one and save my money for Sunday. Djokovic is of course closer to taking another title in Australia but he is nowhere near the favorite to the level bookies gave the odds on him. 1.25 is way too low and I will be playing either handicap on Thiem or over games in the match. Thiem has enough firepower to take at least one set and that should be enough for both those bets to pass. I am expecting Djokovic to get into his head as the match progresses but hopefully Thiem will make some damage before that. I can agree with you. Djokovic is the favorite to win the title ones more but Thiem will deliver a good fight. He really progressed the last couple of years. It will only be a matter of time when Thiem will win his first grand slam. Today I watch second semi final now feeling its not easy for Djokovic to face Thiem as he is one or most solid rising players very disciplined and cool mind he can replace top the god fathers of tennis in near future just matter of time. |

No comments on esports. I'm glad a few people love the idea but I'm absolutely out of it. I tried watching it too, can't really understand why I didn't like it. I love games but watching others play is a bit unsatisfying for me:)
Anyway, does anyone else have experience betting on sports on the high odds? I've been betting a few times on favorites but the returns at the end are quite small compared to normal bookies. Is it the same if you bet for the non-favorites does anyone know? I should have tried the last time Barca lost but I can't bring myself to bet against my team:P

Another easy win for Liverpool, we have beaten all the teams in the league now. West Ham was the only one remaining, only because the match was postponed I think they play West Ham in a couple of weeks again but at Anfield this time, seems weird but must be because the one last night was delayed. Liverpool could officially become champions at The Etihad. That’d be quite funny. It was not as easy for Djokovic, but he did managed to win and turn around result in his favor against Federer.

Now age factor is going against Federer as he was good in just first set after this he struggle and lost very quickly Djokovic is still man to watch now he is hot favourite for winning this cup and another Grand Slam Tournament in other semi final we are going to watch very exciting match as both are good and top ranked players. WTA is very unpredictable as we have final between 15 vs 32 and 32 is hot favourite as he was amazing in his last 2 matches and what a comeback by her in this tournament. |

They are now 151/5 and total lead is 264 runs and 5 wickets in hand. They need to surpass the lead to 350+ runs in order to have good chance of winning the test match. They have played well till now in this test match and should bat well for rest of the innings to post a good score for SL to chase batting 4th else the climax could be just the same as the previous test match. The weather has come for the rescue for Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe should declare the innings soon as they already have a lead of 335 runs and they should take the risk if they need to level the series, either they have to score some runs quickly or declare right now. Considering the difficulties to bat in the fourth innings Sri Lanka need to bat really well if they want to draw or win the match, hope the weather will clear soon. Rain ruined all delight of Zimbabwe as they was on driving seat now they need to think wisely can they restrict Sri Lanka in remaining match if yes then surely they have to take chance as its now final sessions and playing attacking cricket can help them if weather allows them otherwise this could be very bad for them. |

Dominic Thiem upset Nadal in a classic 4 set thriller, 7-6(3), 7-6(4), 4-6, 7-6(6).
I thought that Nadal will eventually and get thru because he made a remarkable comeback in the third set, and will not face Zverev on semis, together with Djokovic and Federer on the other bracket.
In today match Thiem was on top as he play its really great game he deserve this win even Nadal was also play very good but Thiem was really man to watch in this all match now I am feeling we are going to have Thiem vs Djokovic in final as he can beat Zverev if he play like today. |
