It's been over a decade and more, Arsenal hasn't got much to brag about when it comes to the premier leagues. I'm seeing a different turnout this time around as they've succeeded in winning a nice spot at the top; AFAIK, things usually turn out bad many other times when a devalued team is above the TITANS, but I can't say Arsenal is devalued at this point, with the recent mind-blowing form, No!
I'm feeling it might happen again, aside from the happenings from the past 15 years or so; the fixtures are getting tough and I guess this is where the club's intelligence is required the most...lol . Brighton isn't a huge problem for them now though ..... M.City, Chelsea and leciester remains a hard nut to crack.

I don't see any disruption to Manchester City's performance. Rather, I see a lot of improvement in their performance now than before in the World Cup. Halland is performing as before, he managed to score two goals in today's match. Manchester City's XI is really strong.
Manchester City were not as sharp as usual yesterday, likewise Erling Haaland, even despite the fact that the team managed to score three goals, whilst the Norwegian got two for himself. Erling missed quite a lot of chances yesterday and he didn't look his usual self, even with his ball control and first touches, they weren't clicking, he definitely wasn't at his best, if he was he could easily have scored 5/6 yesterday. His manager and even the player himself reiterated the same thing, but i guess he will get back to his normal predator style sooner rather than later. Having said that, i have been watching City all season in the EPL, and i am not yet convinced about them, many people who don't watch their games only see the victories, but many times this season City look vulnerable, the good thing for them is they are still very close to the top of the table, and they can get into perfect gear at anytime; Arsenal indeed have a real chance to be champions, but City are serial winners and they can turn everything on its head at any moment. Manchester city were sloppy in the first 40 minutes of the game, they gave Leeds United enough room to play and cause problems for them, luckily they were able to find the back of the net before half time. I guess the goal gave them the much confidence they were lacking in the first half and came back to score two more goals. Haaland once again showed why Manchester City went against all odds to get him. |

It's true that the success of beating Nottingham cannot be used as a reference that Man United has performed better and will continue to perform well, it's just that it's enough for them to be able to get 3 points and also prove that they are no longer a team that is easily beaten even by a weak team like Nottingham.

Also, I enjoy watching him play along with Bruno and Eriksen in the midfield. Good to see Rashford has found his form and he's just amazing. I will not forget the confident finish from Anthony Martial, he did well. It is a joy to watch finally seeing Casemiro adapting to Ten Hag's playing style and the league. His performance was outstanding in the game against Aston Villa as he partnered well with Christian Eriksen and Bruno Fernandez in the midfield. Manchester United produced a number of players in the world cup who had a wonderful performance and have brought the world cup spirit and form back to the team and they are doing so well just the Ten Hag effect they have been wanting in the club for so long. |

I saw that barcelona will not face any problem even though barcelona will be playing the game without lewandowski as its main striker. Barcelona has some players that are ready to be played in the starting line up. Is not it good for another player like depay to show if he still has potential for barcelona? i saw that as an opportunity for him although lewandowski was top scorer in la liga but it doesn't mean if depay was bad. It will be affecting the performance from barcelona as sometimes lewandowski was able to helping the club like saving barcelona when it was losing a few goals and made the match become draw. Lewandowski will absent for three matches which can be considered as a lot of matches.
Depay is not a bad choice to replace Lewandowski in the striker role for the games Lewandowski will be out. Some news sources are saying that Rafael Leao is eager to play in the English Premier League in the future. If this is true then it is eliminating the other big team options from different leagues directly. For example Real Madrid have been among the teams having some interest in signing him. Actually Real Madrid still have Mbappe as number one target in their list for the attacking line. If they don't manage to make this transfer next summer then they would look for other alternatives.
Leao can actually adapt to the Premier League football. His playing style is pretty nice for that. But I don't know if there are any Premier League teams interested in him yet. But Leao is a player who shouldn't be missed for sure. He wants to focus on his game at Milan for now.
Finding a club in the English Premier league for Rafael Leao shouldn't be a problem, he is a real talent with good dribbling skill and good finishing just the kind of player premier league clubs will love to sign. Benzema has finally recovered from his injury which is great news for Real Madrid. I can't say it like they were too bad in his absence. They were still scoring goals but they lost points in really unexpected matches quite often in the La Liga as well. Maybe if Benzema played in those matches then the things might have been different. Real Madrid are still in need of his services quite much these days. Because they don't have a proper substitute striker to fill his place well for now.
Rodrygo can play there but he isn't a natural striker. He showed this by his performance so far as well. I don't mean that he was too bad but he wasn't able to score goals as many as Benzema. Mariano seems like the only natural striker in the subs but he is much worse than these two players.
It is great news for Real Madrid's team. Before the world cup finals he was seen training with the french team in Qatar meaning until now he will be fully fit to start the first game for Ancelloti. He is still an important player for Real Madrid and will be very instrumental at this crucial moments where they have to be at their best to compete with Barcelona for the league title meaning they have to be winning games. |
