Robert Sanchez and Andre Onana aren't terrible goalkeepers, the both of them have had a pretty bad start to life in their respective clubs, but they can improve in the long run, it is not uncommon for players to struggle to adapt when they join a new club and that's prolly what has impacted their performances. Having said that, i agree that maybe Manchester United shouldn't have let De Gea leave the club, i think he is a better goalkeeper than Onana, and as for Kepa, i don't rate him so highly and his transfer to Real Madrid is a loan deal and he could return to Chelsea when the deal expires. I think we have seen many times that onana is always blamed, especially when Man United plays badly, and for Kepa I also realize that this player really likes to join Madrid even though Chelsea has him completely. That's right, I agree with you that the player adaptation process is quite varied and we also have to understand that everything takes time to develop. I see now the pressure on the United squad has eased a little, as well as in the Chelsea camp. Thanks to the improvement in performance achieved, they have been able to get out of the pressure little by little. Every coach wants their own version of an ideal squad, even though club officials sometimes regret it later. However, we have to wait and see how onana and sanchez perform during this half of the season, if a lot of blunders are made then the bench is more suitable for them. I'm waiting for The Red Devils appearance in the derby match, and will follow The Blues progress at the same time. They shouldn't waste any more points, it's not good to be under constant pressure. |
