A moderator on all the sites I'm aware of is not able to process withdrawals, they have the ability to ban people and answer questions. This owner and his operation are doing just fine. This isn't his full time job anymore, but what he does offer is a great site that runs on it's own on a day to day basis, and I trust him with many btc. Trust is the most important thing any owner can offer. He always responds to emails just understand the situation and if your ok with waiting a day or two this is a great place to play.

The truth is most aren't willing to wait over a few hours and so a shitstorm is ready to raise. Most people (including me) are extremely impatient when it comes to their money. From an investor point of view it probably isn't that bad, I'd assume you guys are a lot more patient than any of us degenerates Wink

Thank you billyburns and boxxob, I admit it is my responsibility to respond faster.  I'm trying to do this and recently most email complaints were resolved faster.

I think we have been doing good in term of 'eventually resolving problem' or 'running a dice site in the past 2 years' . Other than site's updates, customer service improvement will be our next priority.

Problems have for sure been solved eventually in pretty much every case I've seen on the forums so there's nothing to complain about that.

Glad to hear our suggestions have been heard Wink
1242  Economy / Gambling / Re: YOLOdice.com - fast dice game, play or invest, FAUCET, REFERRALS - JUST LAUNCHED on: December 20, 2016, 10:29:29 AM
Wait, Yolodice is not the same Devs as Just-Dice Right? Is just the concept is similar?

Browse through the site, Love this part : https://yolodice.com/#faq/investingv

Especially the leverage explanation part.

Just one thing there, with 178 Btc in bankroll, but no big deposit players.

Dev have any idea to attract more players? Smiley

The devs are not same. As far as I'm aware the devs of YOLODice are quite new on the gambling scene.

I also noticed there's not a lot of players that bet decent amounts Tongue
1243  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Only Web Blockchain Wallet Is OK, Computer Hardware Wallets Is History on: December 20, 2016, 12:31:30 AM
Transaction speed has nothing to do with the type of wallet you are using. The only thing you yourself can influence is the size of the fee you include.

Don't promote the use of online wallets over hardware wallets, it will cause people to lose their coins.. Hardware wallets actually make the spending of safely stored coins easier again.

Can't stress this enough. Promoting online wallets over any other kind of wallet is madness. I used to be BC.info user but switching to other kind of a wallet (currently Trezor) was a decision I won't regret. Especially with the new version of BC.info which is even worse than the old version.

1244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's so bad about accepting paypal payments for bitcoin on: December 20, 2016, 12:05:22 AM
It doesn't have to necessery be bad but it could. Because od chargeback, many users have already explained that. So the other side can claim the money back. But if you find trusted trader everything could go very smoothly, personaly I have good experience. You have to be careful but not paranoic.

Paranoia is not bad at all when dealing with PayPal. Any user can be legit now but anything could happen as time passes. The problem is that PayPal chargebacks are possible not days, weeks or months but even after over a year since the payment. There's really no way to guarantee you'll be safe.

I personally take a very strict line of accepting no PayPal payments regarding crypto unless I personally know who I am dealing with.

Thanks, its easy to miss giveaways like this.
Any new updates regarding 300BTC jackpot?

thanks for the heads up. got in on time

I hope I did too. Not sure if posting username was enough.

It is. As long as you posted username and more importantly meet the requirements there shouldn't be a problem. Only if you were in the first 100 though.

I'm surprised the only way I usually find out about the FB giveaways is from other users. Perhaps they should make sure more people find out about them...

Hi,

I am considering making a big investment. I sent an e-mail titled "Investment+Equity Purchase Inquiry" two days ago. Can someone please get back to me?

Thank you.

-SoraAoi

just invest, im a large investor its safe, admin is slow to respond and does not log on everyday, but the site runs fine and every single issue is handled when he logs on.
I am also felling that thing but do not have any problem for me as I can wait but if the admin hire a moderator for his site then it will be better because there may be some people who will not like to wait or will not have to for that wait. for a successful business 24/7 support is required.

Maybe a 24/7 support isn't necessary for a dice site but repeatedly having to wait long periods of time for support requests is insane (this is the way it seems to be on SD currently). No doubt it harms the site's public image.
1248  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: December 19, 2016, 05:48:15 PM

Missed it again, but that's ok I guess. I have over 150k on the balance so it would be stupid to lose that amount intentionaly to use the HH. Sometimes I do things like that but when I have 20k or 30k. It's nice to have an opportunity to claim 10k sats per 3 minutes, but to lose 150k for that is not worth it. Btw I've heard that this time they were giving 5k sats during HH, so I don't regret I'd missed it.

Im not sure what is the point for this however you can always withdraw your bitcoin first or even tip it to your bank account before you claim the faucet . It is just insane to think that the only way for you to be able to use the faucet is by losing the amount that you currently have on your account

Why should you be able to claim the faucet if you already have funds? Tongue Wouldn't being able to claim faucet on additional funds make the site prone to abuse? People would just claim faucet over faucet Tongue. Faucet is there so you can test the site or have some fun, even during HH.
1249  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Slot, Roulette, Bit Spin | 99% Dice Released! on: December 19, 2016, 03:18:57 PM
the new layout looks extra sexy
do you plan to implement different themes? maybe one with white background/dark letters
sadly I don't use my mobile on this site much or I'd test it out Smiley

Since I've made a few updates now, I'll show some progress on the UI, along with the light/default theme for you Tongue. Please note, the games still haven't been updated to their new UI yet in this screenshot.

That's already a lot better than what it used to be, surely it will be easier to play with that compared to the old one. Looking forward to seeing how it looks once it's completed. Glad to see you're working so hard on it Wink
1250  Economy / Gambling / Re: YOLOdice.com - fast dice game, play or invest, FAUCET, REFERRALS - JUST LAUNCHED on: December 19, 2016, 02:30:58 AM
The first week (actually, we started on Tue, so after 5 days) here is a short summary:

We have just paid first referral bonus - a total of 0.07944963 BTC, 10% of site profit. It's a weekly payment for all partners combined, I hope it will be even higher next week!

In the first week, investors earned  0.715127634 BTC total. The bankroll hit 178 BTC (with over 75 BTC deposited).

Total wagered: over 43 BTC, over 1,000,000 bets.

If anyone wants to promote YD, see https://yolodice.com/#referrals. We will work on signature banners soon to make things easier.

Cheers and thanks for all your support and your positive energy!

Best,
Ethan

1251  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Slot, Roulette, Bit Spin | 99% Dice Released! on: December 18, 2016, 11:00:31 PM
The investment sure is growing pretty quick holy molly.

Guess there's people who see the potential. It wouldn't be going up that way if there wasn't people who saw it as a good opportunity. With all the added games, upcoming features and how well the site has done it's no surprise, really.
1252  Economy / Services / Re: BitDice Casino Signature Campaign [WILL START 1 DECEMBER] on: December 17, 2016, 07:20:34 PM
After heavy cyclone in south India, I just got access to here. I still find my name in camp sheet. Does it mean I may get another chances to prove myself ?
Thanks.

I release sheet for each week separately. What you're watching is 2nd week spreadsheet. I'll get back to you with a reply soon.

Also, user piebeyb will be removed from the campaign due to very low quality posts.

stuck in that "confirming withdrawal ... " for over 5 hours
until right now i am not yet received my payout , is it called instant payout?
or it's just another bugs you have there?
quite annoying Sad considering why i did deposit here because it's says ....

The withdrawals are instant usually, I've never had such a problem. Usually it clears out in seconds so I don't know what the problem is. Just hoping Alex comes online soon to sort it out.
1254  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where i can buy physical gold for bitcoin ? on: December 17, 2016, 10:36:34 AM
I ordered from BitGild a while ago, everything worked out quite well and I received my (small) gold bar as promised. The order wasn't very large though. It's been months though so I don't know about the current situation.
1255  Economy / Gambling / Re: To all gambling sites. Please make play money games on: December 17, 2016, 10:17:17 AM
The problem with offering play money games also introduces the hosting problem. The load on the server will increase by adding a way to play for free and therefore it might affect the real-money bettors unless, of course, the free bets are slowed down. Correct me if I am wrong.
1256  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - 90BTC MAX WIN, 1BTC JACKPOT, BET BACK, DAILY EVENTS! on: December 17, 2016, 09:28:08 AM
Yes, i really want to play some roulette in BitDice... Roll Eyes

Then why not try to play with bitdice now so that you can have the best roulette experience with bitdice?

Roulette is still not yet released on BD, it will be released later, however I think that's not too far away. Hopefully in the near future.
1257  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io - 20% Rakeback Christmas Bonus - Most trusted Bitcoin Dice site on: December 16, 2016, 05:24:06 PM
The site seems to be down/running slow. Can't seem to access the site at all or it loads up party (or keeps loading but is very slow). A couple of times I got on the site but I couldn't do anything.

EDIT: It either gets here sometimes https://gyazo.com/6bb3ee5f36b244b49d3a0501614a720c or it loads and disconnects.
1258  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: December 16, 2016, 05:20:33 PM
Sorry guys for slow withdrawals, I am waiting for admins to come online and they will sort it out asap.

We will also try to include nice bonus for everybody who was waiting.

Really surprised that you guys didn't select your admins and support from different time zones since Bitcoin is international and if you guys are USA based then you only work during the 9-5 EST hours while the entire world is either sleeping or working.

Mods are from around the world as far as I know but that's about as far as it gets. I think part of the problem is finding trustworthy people from around the world. Though I'm sure they could sort it out if they wanted to...

I'm running into some issues when I go to the site using my iphone.  I can't tap in to play the games.  Do you have any plans to get an IOS app made?  It would be great to play some games when I'm commuting to work or something.

Expecting a mobile app is probably a little far-fetched. Most (or pretty much every site) basically relies on mobile-site which is pretty much as good option as an app nowadays except for a few things.
