In the past most of the video contests were pretty lame and basic.

all of us are good at creating videos, so the contest should be fair and everyone could have a chance at winning.

That's why i though it would be better to find a really unique one, different with others and also all people can participate in that.

I assumed they have a high tech system that when the hot wallet is out of funds it uses multi-sig to automatically withdraw from the cold storage wallets and fill up the hot wallets. Sure there are security issues with this but the risk is very small and the cold storage wallet transfer limits are also limited to their entire funds don't get stolen in the event of a hack.

Pretty much very similar to what Bitfinex used and unfortunately that method got hacked.

Try accessing using a vpn maybe, if it doesn't worth with vpn too then there might be some problem with your browser's app/extension. disable any adblocker you have on and try again. sometimes adblockers blocks an element and the sites don't load.

why don't you try ANY Ip changer software or proxy and see what happens?
it is easy to determine whever it is your IP that is causing this problem
try a free VPN service (google and find whichever suits you) and give it a shot
