I think bitcoin is not accepted by any countries yet. The real condition right now is all of the government in the world is not admitted bitcoin as a legitimate payment, but they doesn't prohibit the use of bitcoin (some country banned it). So you have your own risk when you choose to use bitcoin. You can't call the cops if you loose your wallet's key password 
At least you can spend Bitcoin around the world in any store that accept bitcoin as payment.
