12441  Economy / Gambling / Re: How I made $80 easily with a $100 investment on: November 28, 2015, 05:18:55 PM
$100 = 0.2840 Bitcoin.

I went on Primedice.com

This is the method that I was using.

Bet: 0.0001
Payout: 3

Every time you lose, increase your bet by x2.

Set the dice to over 66.6 & alternative after every few wins.

Be safe, and remember that there is no 100% way to win.

I lost half of it because I didn't realise that I started with 0.01 & lost after a few.

Haha, congrats mate! But do you know how many people, me included, lost with exactly that strategy? A lot. You were lucky, that's good, grats, but if you continue to gamble with that strategy or any other strategy trying to make money from gambling you'll lose all you have.
12442  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN going up or down on: November 28, 2015, 05:12:24 PM
What caused this spike recently?

It wasn't a spike IMO. I'd rather call it a stair, or a level if you want, a level (around $350 +- $20) from which Bitocin will never go down, only up from now on.
12443  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: November 28, 2015, 04:52:35 PM
Min balance 2-3 btc .
Base bet size 0.00000100-0.00000250 BTC ,
 chance to win % 10 ,
% increase after loss 114 or x1.14

So you are risking to lose 2-3 BTC. I'm wondering how much you get with that strategy say in 2 hrs. I think that would be much less than 0.01 BTC. Am I right?
12444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Guys... I'm having this feeling again on: November 28, 2015, 04:42:41 PM
I have this feeling too!!! Rocket locked and loaded. I'm all for buy buy buy

Good for you! Now it's really the right time to buy. Even if the will down a bit in the future, it will be over $400 pretty soon for sure.
12445  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where and how much bitcoin you spent today? on: November 28, 2015, 04:39:26 PM
Well, I spent, if you can call it spending, couple of thousands of sats gambling on Primedice. I didn't win but I didn't lose much either. )
12446  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will this bitcoin will go down? on: November 27, 2015, 05:32:32 PM
The time to invest is now, tomorrow and the day after. Buy 10% of the sum you wanted to invest worth of bitcoins today. Buy another 10% tomorrow. Buy another 10% the day after.

This is really an advice I would agree on without any doubt. The time to buy is NOW that's for sure, but to split the money you are buying with in such a manner as advised here is a good thing IMO.
12447  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Miners should Start a Union on: November 27, 2015, 05:22:54 PM
i think that would defeat purpose of decentralization and cause dictating of value. I don't like the idea.

Exactly! But we are so used to the "centralized consciousness" so we can't imagine how even Bitcoin, a decentralized thing by it's nature, would work without at least a bit of centralization. )
12448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the use of Bitcoin is kind of complicate? on: November 27, 2015, 12:52:15 PM
I would say this is one of Bitcoins largest flaws.  I know a lot of people who are not computer literate and they would have an extremely difficult timing adapting if this became the currency.  I completely agree with the article, if it doesn't become simplified, it will have a hard time taking off in those people.

Partly I agree but on the other hand just imagine if say 50 years ago you introduce a laptop to an average person saying "It will be much more simple to write letters with it". My point is people might become smarter with time and then even current Bitcoin system without being simplified would be acceptable by many.
12449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: November 27, 2015, 09:02:27 AM
Nothing is impossible if you gamble in gambling. You can win or lose everytime.
And it all depends from you if do you have skill in gambling. Possible profitable in long term.

So are you saying only skill is important to win money in gambling in the long run? If yes, then you're wrong because if only skill matters than by now there will be millions of expert gamblers will be available but together with skill one more important thing is LUCK is needed and this luck will not come every day so no one can make money from gambling every day.

And one more thing which I've noticed when gambling: when you are "lucky" you are winning much less than you are losing when you are "unlucky". I don't know why, but it happens everytime.
12450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you are going to gamble to make money, Please just kill your self . on: November 27, 2015, 08:51:35 AM
You want to gamble ? you feel somthing inside you telling you "You will win" or "lets just try for fun" or "i dont need this money" or you say: "i will play with this amount and the other i'll save it" well, if you hear these words it might be too late for you to stop.... Please do something urgently and stop gambling cause :

Gambling = losing, please stay away , anyways i know oneone will listen cause i used to laugh at threads like this .

if you are going to reply to say this guy just lost his money and he is angry ... Please just dont my friend.

I agree that it's impossible to make money with gambling (actually it is possible but the chances are so weak that to count on them is crazy).

However I disagree that you can't play "just for fun". Why not? Anyone can afford to lose some amount, which would be either 30k sats or 0.5 BTC depending on your wealth. Just don't gamble with an amount which is significant to you.
12451  Economy / Speculation / Re: When will this bitcoin will go down? on: November 27, 2015, 08:33:57 AM
I mean , i really want to invest in this , but the price is too much high, do they go down? In what month?

Here's my advice: if you want to invest in Bitcoin then you should do it when the price is around $320. This price is still possible to appear due to fluctuations for some time, but it will never be lower than that, and in a few months it will be around $500 and then you should wait for the price around $450 to invest.
12452  Economy / Gambling / Re: Just a nice list of Bitcoin gambling websites on: November 26, 2015, 10:11:44 AM
NODEPOSIT.ORG is now offering an huge selection of Bitcoin and altcoin based casinos and gaming websites, everyone is always welcome to suggest a new one!

The list: http://www.nodeposit.org/currency/Bitcoin/

That's a pretty good collection. However I didn't understand what do statements like these "$1000 SIGNUP BONUS" or "5 BTC SIGNUP BONUS" mean? Shouldn't you write  something like "Up to $1000 SIGNUP BONUS" instead?
12453  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: November 26, 2015, 10:02:04 AM
Haters gonna hate right.

I think the people who are still saying still after the Greek dillemma and the lack of financial governance by the EU must be crazy.

It's clear that bitcoin is the true currency... which no union or group of countries can compete with.

Exactly! And Ain'ters gonna ain't btw  Grin

But seriously, Bitcoin is not only not dead, it is stronger than ever now IMO. It keeps staying over $300 more than a month and it even looks like $320 is a new floor for BTC.
12454  Economy / Gambling / Re: You ask how to win - did you know how to push your luck ? on: November 25, 2015, 09:10:39 AM
Most of us including me we simply dont know how to push our luck when gambling

in this thread i will try to give you some examples about that.
there will be no systems or methods just some random ideas you may use
if you feel a)Lucky , b)you found a fair place to gamble , c) you fight reasonable House edge
d) you have some really SPARE money to spin with

my first example follows with a screenshot - for anyone known how to calculate post me how long the
odds was -- is auto play 50 repetitions only -- its when luck GOD goes crazy

i call it turbo-Martingale on profits , usually we play this system for tiny gains
notice the increase on win is 300% this means simply "if i win 4x bet next spin"

<Estevan492> welcome comments ,ideas and pms anytime !
more to come if i see a bit of activity Smiley

I like the name you call it! As for the idea of betting like this, its carzy, but it might work any time, who knows.

I had a similar experience once: I was playing at 50% winning chance and I was always hitting the MAX buttton on win, and I won 7 times in a raw.  Smiley
12455  Economy / Economics / Re: How much Coca Cola can you buy with 1 Bitcoin in your country? on: November 25, 2015, 08:38:11 AM
The price of the Coca Cola in my town varies from place to place almost like Bitcoin from time to time.  Smiley

But if we take the cheapest possible Coca Cola which would be $0.64 for for 2 litres and the current price of Bitcoin which is $318 then the answer to the question "How much Coca Cola can you buy with 1 Bitcoin in your country? " is

935 litres
12456  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Placing machines outside on cold winter? -20 on: November 24, 2015, 08:02:10 AM
ron7684 is right. You are not only dealing with moisture but also dust. You're saying that condensation won't be a problem, but you're thinking of a working miner under constant load. If the miner disconnects and the temperature goes down it will appear.

I agree. In case of disconnection you'll have moisture covering your miner inside and out. Since some details inside don't meant to be covered with water you might have a problem.
12457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: November 24, 2015, 07:54:39 AM
People keep playing in both cases when they are winning or loosing continuously. For each act reason to make more they think is their day or to recover in hope of winning on next hand.In both cases greed plays its role and in the end greed cursed the gambler in most cases.

Very true and very well said. IMO anytime you start betting with intention to get more money - that's the greed. And if you are playing for fun only then no greed involved.
12458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know your own Bitcoin address? on: November 24, 2015, 07:48:10 AM
Even if I had only one Bitcoin address I wouldn't know it letter by letter. But I have used hundreds of them already. Actually, oddly enough, some of them stick in your memory for some reason, not the exact address but rather an image of it.
12459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still use fiat to buy things on Amazon.com? on: November 23, 2015, 05:14:01 PM
I'm curious if people who actually know about Purse.io still actually pay full price for things on Amazon when you could be getting your purchase at a 20% discount.

I'd like to know your reasons why. For my friends and family I understand because they're scared of this "bitcoin" thing, but for those who use Bitcoin, why would you not?

If you don't buy things on Amazon...not really asking you anything here.

I'm still using a credit card to buy something on Amazon. Thanks for the info though, I'll consider to use it some day maybe. Have you personally use Purse.io? I mean how many times have you actually used it? Can you say it's almost 100% safe?
12460  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Primedice account for sale with 1652 satoshi faucet on: November 23, 2015, 04:53:47 PM
What advantages does this account have over other newly created accounts? How does it benefits me?

The main advantage is the faucet: 1652 satoshis. From a newly created account you can only get 200 sats on Primedice. idk maybe there are some other advantages also, but I don't aware of them.
