Have you got 2 warnings before this ban? The MODs said that the first ban is a warning and after that 1 more warning is given and the third time, it is a permanent ban.

I'm pretty sure that paypal my cash is a card and paypal is not?
It's a card that you can buy at CVS, Rite-Aid, 7-11... The value can be applied to a paypal account, but there are restrictions. So is it like a physical card owned by a person like a credit/debit card? How can one load it with cash then? |

Usually the MODs check accounts with too much activity in a day and especially if the user is enrolled in a sig campaign to save the forum from spam comments. Other reputed members have been banned for posting 80+ posts in one day though their posts were mainly constructive.

Currently I have been using my bitcoins for trading purposes but I find it easier to convert the bitcoins into cash via other payment processors. I wish to buy gift cards and paying bills which is more useful to me.

Bank does ask questions when the amount is big just for verification. They do it to ensure the money is being used to legal purposes and if you have been withdrawing for a long time, I don't think that the process would take a long time.

It may be because of the Ebay fees as mostly everything on Ebay is quoted above the market price. Gift cards and other products as well because of the high fee of Ebay. They charge about 10% depending on the product you are selling.

You can report the email to the OKPay support team. They will ban or suspend the account of the hacker. I had reported few emails receiving from PayPal hackers as well.
