12521  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: August 30, 2016, 05:43:52 AM
We dont need to explain it to teenagers or children. Let them focus on their school first! Teenagers and children dont need cryptocurrency yet! Later when came the right time and intersted, they will understand it easily since this isnt a hard subject to learn!

So you are saying, it is not important to teach your kid about the future of money? Most of the academic shit being taught in school are political drivel and evolution theories. The real world is a rough place, where people will do anything for money and power.

You should teach them from an early age, how to survive in the concrete jungle and how to protect their wealth.
12522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people use custodial wallet services? on: August 30, 2016, 05:36:34 AM
Some people are convenience driven and too scared to take responsibility for their own finances. It is also easier for them to link their bank account to these services and then convert fiat to BTC. Some merchants will also only deal with other financial services that adhere to KYC & AML regulations. ^hmmmm^
12523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many money did you spent in gambling in a day? on: August 29, 2016, 06:17:38 AM
It would be different for many people, because we do it for different reasons. Some are looking for some excitement and thrills to escape their otherwise boring 9to5 life or just as a past time for entertainment. I like to sit down after a hard days work, and chill with a glass of wine and then gamble a few dollars.

Some people spend that on expensive take-away or even a expensive restaurant, I prefer to make my own food and then spend some dollars on some gambling for a bit of fun. ^smile^
12524  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ComuTalk - Money Maker Forum on: August 29, 2016, 06:06:13 AM
This is the wrong section to post this, because it looks more like a service announcement than a project under development and asking for inputs. In future please post topics like this in this section on the forum : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=84.0 ^smile^

Good concept, but poorly executed.

12525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Florida Appeals Espinoza Decision, Bitcoin’s Status at Stake on: August 29, 2016, 06:00:24 AM
The State of Florida fears this decision because it could be used as a reference by defense lawyers to make an argument for judges to junk cases that involve BTC and money laundering. Those prosecutors will fight tooth and nail to get Espinoza behind bars and make a sample of him.

I bet you, they actually wanted to make an example of him. ^joke^ Yes, if this goes through, some people might use this as a loophole to escape prosecution for similar charges. It is not a question, if this is going to succeed, but rather when. People will only go underground, once this goes bad and we have seen how over-regulation like this has made other illegal practices, flourish on the black markets. < The forbidden fruit >
12526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do the peoples use the Bitcoin? on: August 29, 2016, 05:44:43 AM
Why do you use PayPal? It makes eCommerce easier and also because it enables you to transfer value between borders. Bitcoin only do this a bit better and cheaper and you do not have to rely on 3rd parties like banks to make this possible. What other reasons do you need to use such a wonderful technology? ^smile^
12527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If one day BTC cannot be traded for cash, what will you do? on: August 29, 2016, 05:39:25 AM
Everything in this world has its value, has its own scarcity, and people can trade money to literally anything. How would you get Bitcoin in the first place if you can't buy it? Then, it will be mandatory to mine it unless someone would do a trade with you. Bitcoin trade into something else or even sell it for money. Bitcoin can always be traded for cash, this idea of OP is basically impossible to happen.

Impossible is a very strong word, I would rather say it is plausible. ^smile^ Bitcoin can very easily be banned in most countries and it has already been banned in some. Why would you want to use a currency, if you cannot trade and exchange it freely? Some of these countries have very harsh penalties for people who are caught using it. ^hmmmm^
12528  Other / Archival / Re: Would you keepuse Bitcoin if government says bitcoin is illegal in your country? on: August 29, 2016, 05:34:35 AM
What a bunch of sheep!
I thought bitcoiners were revolutionary, I was seriously wrong. But the case is clear to me. I'll keep on using BTC because I don't have much other choice. I don't have the right to open a bank account in the country I'm currently staying. Anyway, moving to another country is no big deal.

I would say, we are more Libertarian and open-minded, not revolutionary. ^smile^ Moving to another country is a big deal for people with strong family connections. Even if you can move, it is not to say that other family members can move too. They might not even be into Bitcoin, and has no incentive to move. Family comes first, then everything else. ^hmm^
12529  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The most stable way of earning bitcoin on: August 19, 2016, 07:58:52 AM
I see a lot of people saying signature campaigns on this forum, is a stable form of income and I have to disagree. Signature campaigns come and go, some people get kicked and others just leave to find better campaigns and then they get denied and their old campaign does not allow them back in. < slot filled > Some campaigns rotate slots, and people have to compete every month for membership to that campaign. A stable/passive income can only be generated, if these factors are not involved.

You have to find a service, where you signup and they pay you for your contribution every day. If you do not produce, you do not get paid. I know some people do data capturing on some sites, but they are very strict, and people get permanent bans, when they fail. Faucets can generate passive income, if you have a large volume of referrals, but this decline over time, as people realize that the input and energy spend on faucets, do not justify the payment.

What skills do you have? We might be in a better position to assist you, if we know what you can do. ^smile^
12530  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin down to 500? on: August 19, 2016, 06:44:22 AM
the current price of bitcoin is in the $ 570 price range .telah hefty price increases around this week.
My prediction bitcoin will break the $ 600 when the month of September. hopefully my estimation right.

Even I am hoping the same bro. If price increases I get can rid of problems by selling my bitcoins which have. I think bitcoin will cross 700$ plus at time of November to Christmas.

Wtf is the logic behind that statement? You want to sell your Bitcoins at $600, even though you are predicting that the price will rise to $700 in November to December? So you are willing to piss away a $100 extra profit on each and every bitcoin you own?

If Bitcoin is a problem to you, just get rid of it now, we will be very happy to buy it and sell it for a profit, come December. ^smile^
12531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am Satoshi Nakamoto - Video on: August 19, 2016, 06:35:26 AM
After Craig Wright's false claim of being Satoshi Nakamoto, most people will be weary of believing just anyone that shows up on YouTube.

You are missing the whole point ^LoL^ I think the idea of this whole video is not to prove to people that a single person is Satoshi Nakamoto, but that it is a whole community. Each and every person using this technology are part of Satoshi Nakamoto. Correct me, if I am wrong OP?

I am looking forward to seeing the naked horny devil with the Superman cape, I will be Batman with the big, uhmm Cricket bat. ^Smile^
12532  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Two things are certain: Bitcoin and Taxes on: August 19, 2016, 06:13:55 AM
Yes, pay your taxes so that the governments can fund wars to get more oil and also to bail out banks, after they printed
fake fiat money with zero value. You are backing the wrong horse, if you want people to support such corrupt practices. Our governments should protect us from banks and corrupt politicians, and then utilize our tax money to render basic services to keep us safe, and to protect our interest.

Your masters cannot complain, if they waste our tax contributions to fund unethical practices. We will pay what is due, because we are forced to do it, not because we want to do it. ^hmmmm^
12533  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price hovering around 570-580. Is it a good move to buy? on: August 19, 2016, 06:01:08 AM
People will say a lot of things, but you should read between the lines. Go back a year, when the price per Bitcoin was $200 and then read the forum posts. People were saying Bitcoin is crashing and everything was Doom and Gloom. Now a year or so later, people complain about a price that are hovering around $570 to $580.

What will these same people say, a year from now, when the price average out at between $900 to $1000? Do not listen to people, they might have hidden agendas.
12534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What secure wallets needs 2fa before sending on: August 19, 2016, 05:52:26 AM
Blockchain.info requires SMS verification before logging in, that is some sort of 2FA.

They need to extend it to the sending of Bitcoins too, but if the 2FA was bypassed or compromised at login, no form of 2FA will help, when transactions are being send. You might link that to another mobile phone to strengthen the 2FA, if you want double protection.

In some countries SiM swap & duplication is quite common, so this is not 100% bulletproof.
12535  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Giving bitcoin a new name on: August 19, 2016, 05:39:39 AM
For the people who did not care to read, the OP does not want to change the name, but rather the bad reputation. Some people refer to that, as it's name. The only thing we can do to change it's reputation, is for us to counter the bad reputation by doing more positive things than bad things.

We should focus on projects based on Bitcoin technology to help with poverty elimination and education on a global scale. Make charity funding easier, and create more jobs with new Fintech innovation based on Bitcoin. ^smile^
12536  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Proud to join bitcointalk and Btc community on: August 18, 2016, 08:17:18 AM
The Bitcoin community are at the front end of Fintech and innovation at the moment, so you came to the right place. Most people are looking for skilled IT developers and programmers for a variety of projects from gambling sites to Bitcoin faucets and also mining and Alt coins. I have had quite a few projects going, but the funding becomes a issue and crowd funding is not always the answer. I hope one of our members will be the first people to come up with the next killer App for Bitcoin to take us mainstream. ^smile^

Enjoy! & Good luck.
12537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: "A Solution Looking for a Problem" on: August 18, 2016, 08:07:09 AM
I think Bitcoin solved the biggest problem of all, called the Byzantine Generals' Problem. The practical application of this solution has not been applied to many other scenarios with the same problem. ^smile^ The solution has been found, people just need to recognize it, and apply it in every day scenarios. The first Bitcoin killer App, will be the one that apply this solution in the way most people want it, not the way the developer wants it. We want to rush this technology, but it is still in it's infancy stages. ^smile^
12538  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: we are making a video game and need all sorts of workers and skills-many positio on: August 18, 2016, 06:31:42 AM
It would be great, if you could give us some background on the project. It would also help, if you could show some of your previous projects, to see if this is going to be big or small. Some people on here are fully qualified and earn some good money, and might only want to take this on, if this is going to be bigger than what they are busy with at the moment.

Give a bit more information please. ^smile^
12539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10 BTC if OneCoin's founder, the very sexy Dr Ruja Ignatova stars in a porno. on: August 18, 2016, 06:21:18 AM
I just love this idea, and would love to see some other guest stars in the movie too, eg. Ethereum Ming Chan and some of the guys there, Vitalik? ^joke^ You could also have the mysterious CEO of Bitfinex there, but the problem will be that they will not know that they got screwed, and you will be forced to pay for the pleasure. ^smile^

This made me laugh a bit, thanks OP. ^smile^
12540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am Satoshi Nakamoto - Video on: August 18, 2016, 06:09:00 AM
First of all, I don't think that YouTube is a good source of income. Compared to other possibilities, the payments are relatively small in relation to the number of viewers. And you will only receive payments if you achieve a high number of viewers. That is very unlikely for a video of random strangers saying "I am Satoshi Nakamoto" - unless you are a marketing expert who knows how to promote it. To the general public, "Satoshi Nakamoto" is simply not well known.

Another problem might be to gather enough people from the community to be willing to make a video with their face for this purpose. The Bitcoin community tends to be very sensitive regarding privacy.

But despite my objections, you're free to try of course. After all the risk for you is zero.

ya.ya.yo!

I disagree with you, saying "I am Satoshi Nakamoto" will trigger curiosity, if they do not know who it is. The first thing they will do < Because they do not want to look ignorant, when people talk about this > would be to Google the subject and that might trigger their curiosity to look a little bit deeper.

I think the OP already mentioned something about the anonymity in one of the subsequent posts? I will be the one wearing the Guy Fawkes mask and the bikini. ^ho ho ho^
