1261  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: June 06, 2015, 01:43:57 AM
Hi guys,
How can I earn 1BTC a year?
is it possible? if so how?

By the way, my brother is already member of this forum, will I(or he) problem if we use the same IP but different PCs?

that very small amount if BTC in price only 220$ like now
but if BTC up in 1000$ that amount is high  Roll Eyes

That was an amazing observation, I have to say.  Your grasp of mathematics must be so far above the average in your native Botswana or wherever.  Please don't ever leave this forum, your contribution would be sorely missed.

Thank's for your apreciate

i will make calculate if use sign campaign (yobit like i use )
just for example

>> i sign up bitcointalk 1 jan 2014 need 60 days to be Jr. member
>> than sign up sign campaign yobit rate for junior member 0.00007 BTC per constructive post. 20 Posts max per day. or max 0,0014BTC/day
>> we can get 0,0014 x 28day ( range jr member - member) = 0.0392
>> and now in member rate 0.00013 BTC per constructive post. 20 Posts max per day. or 0,0026BTC/day
>> we can get 0,0026 x 56day ( range member - full member ) = 0.1456
>> and now in full member 0.00020 BTC per constructive post. 20 Posts max per day.

and you can continue calculate it Tongue iam busy

Busy smearing your feces all over bitcointalk for your signature campaign.

MORON.

For a pharmacist, you sure could use some help properly managing these psychotic breaks that seem to transition over so well from mind to keyboard  Embarrassed

I'd suggest getting yourself evaluated as soon as possible - if not for the victims of your pointless tirades, do it for your own health.  Get yourself some thorazine, hell even quetiapine might treat these bizarre symptoms being showcased.  So much hate - for what, so one newbie forever labels the bitcoin community as a horde of psychopaths?  I fear you'd spontaneously combust out of sheer rage if you read the now-seemingly absurd questions I deemed legitimate at the time.

Good luck, man.  I can only pray that you climb yourself out of that self-hating hole your crippling mental illness dug for you Sad

Can't use colors yet, and the length is still limited until I hit the next rank up!  I could use links now, but don't wanna miss out the next time a magical rain cloud comes my way, ya dig? Grin Grin

Oh man....1,000 XMG is a nice prize!  But how the hell can you 'win' a Minecraft competition? LOL....excuse my ignorance, I just never saw the appeal (years ago, when I first tried playing).  Would these games be something along the lines of....'competitive building'?  Or has minecraft evolved to the point where one could host PvP matches like this game?  I wish the fruits clan were hosting another Magi-sponsored competition in another game...but maybe I can hang out on one of your servers and plan something with you guys Wink

I've been meaning to set up a Magi clan/server for us gamers that play other online games (such as CS:S, CS:GO, TF2, Battlefield, etc.) but it'd probably be smarter to host a poll first to find out what people actually play  Grin  Not to mention, there are already counter strike & battlefield servers already hosted by thefruitsclan...

Hey 111magic, I'm sure you can offer some good advice - how can we best find out what online games everyone here plays?

wow...my steam account is over nine years old already...I don't know if that's something to be proud of or embarrassed about LOL

For books and things that still have packaging, you could use a barcode scanner app on your phone and scan all of the barcodes. I know that the app that I use can lookup and find things about what I am scanning. It can also save and export my scan history to a file which can be imported into Microsoft Excel. The app I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.zxing.client.android

Thanks for this, it'll make list creation a hell of a lot easier.

I actually had the app installed already - but wasn't aware of its export features! You definitely saved me a LOT of copy & pastes Grin I appreciate it!

oh MY GOD

I just typed a three paragraph post only to be timed out (using new browser on the girlfriend's PC, forgot to edit the login settings)

AAARrrrrrrrrrrrrgGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I'll keep it short this time:

Now that I'm a Jr. Member, does anyone have suggestions for a new signature?  XMG-related, of course - Magi is my one and only Kiss

My intended post was actually well written - a bit sentimental and sappy one moment, adrenaline-inducing the next; that Pulitzer Prize seems to have evaded my grasp once again...

Sup guys

Recently in need of cash and have a ton of stuff to sell - and a couple questions (serious replies please)

About four months ago I crashed into a pole and shattered my ankle (and totaled my car, and broke my LG G3 from the impact alone).  Winters in the northeast US can be rough...

Due to that unforeseen circumstance, I've been unable to work and the bills have really piled up.  I have a BUNCH of stuff I've been meaning to sell for $,  but figure BTC is quicker and easier Grin

The main two things: a limited edition PSP + games + accessories, and HUNDREDS of books.  I tried selling the PSP on eBay (stupid, I know), but received two different offers from (presumably the same) Nigerians before my listing was revoked for copyright issues, as the memory stick has been modded & filled with ISOs.  I could just leave that part out of the description next time...but don't want my listing marked as 'sold' only for the buyer to ask me to ship it to West Africa again Angry Plus, I prefer letting the buyer know exactly what they're receiving...

I'm still in the process of cataloging all my books - right now it's a very rudimentary process (scanning covers with the Amazon app and adding them to a list).  Anyone know of a more streamlined solution?  If anything, I'd be willing to sign up with a free/cheap hosting service and create a simple HTML list...hell, it's prettier than pastebin....

I have thousands of other things I'd like to get rid of as well - everything from coins to rocks to GPUs to manga - but won't bother listing anything until I figure out a way to easier list it all.

Most importantly, though, is escrow - I'm still climbing the ranks here, and don't want my lowly status to turn people away from trusting me.  Then again, I wouldn't know who to trust as an escrow provider!  Additionally, is it possible for two scammers to work together - one pretending to buy/sell, and the other posing as escrow?  These types of things are the only reason I haven't attempted to sell here earlier.  I've bought and sold on reddit - proof of which I could provide if required - but conducting business in forums (especially here, where scammers are prevalent) is a whole new ballgame to me.

tl;dr - want to sell stuff - how to best 'catalog' said stuff for easy viewing, and how to establish trust for attracting buyers?

Thanks in advance for any and all help!  If someone gets me on my feet here, and finds him/herself interested in an item I'm selling, expect a nice discount Grin

Is this normal for XMG multipool?

"new block found" every hash?  I know my GTX isn't anything great, but still...surprising

edit: JUST after posting that, I received my first (yay!!)...still only one accepted though

Is purchasing a starter contract even worth it?

Seems 'too good to be true'....and we all know that if it seems that way, it probably is best to avoid.  Sorry for any ignorance, I'm just looking for a serious reply here.  Maybe if someone could comment with an unbiased pros & cons approach to signing up.  I've been mining an altcoin which got me just enough profit to either purchase this starter package w/ genesis, or a piece of hardware to start anew (but take longer to reach the profit I've made thus far).  Thanks in advance for any and all help!

For what it's worth, I give you my opinion on Coin Magi.

I was first dubious on another useless altcoin but I was appreciating the community and the very good atmosphere here so I gave it a try and bought a few coins.
What I really love is nobody is complaining about the price or merchants adoption. The coin is finding its own way peacefully.
Well done guys, whatever will happen, it is pleasure to everyday see this community alive.

You are really nice and today it is an unusual quality in cryptoworld.

Thanks

 Kiss

That same reason is what made me stay!!!  Hope to see more of you in the future Wink

I really think the Proof of Interest is an awesome unique campaign. Trust is one of the keywords!

+1

thx for rewarding our trust
beside DMD (logical im biased...) XMG is my favorite coin regarding potential longterm growth

but if someone would give me the opportunity to change one thing i would do following

shift 80% of coinrollout new generated coin towards POS and only leave 20% at POW
yes this rewards holding coins
yes this creates a buy demand because coins are needed to create coins.....

basically only leave POW for hybrid security

but again im biased thats the path DMD took
and seems i would love to see XMG develop in same direction

in my opinion POW generate more likely sell pressure
POS generate more likely buypressure at least at same degree as it create sell pressure

and thats even more true at the special way XMG POW works
which is for everyone who check out what happens regarding
nethashrate and POW reward waves a high abuseable system
where people with deep knowledge of the mechanics and access to gear to abuse it have a major earning advantage

fair towards everyday people running 1 CPU was maybe a goal but not achieved the way it works now
one way to solve this could be to add a mining contribution to the mining block
example 50% of POW earnings and this funds power a ongoing prove of mine event where low hashrate miners get additional rewards

needed code is existing DMD for example use it too (im not sure where it appeared first the coins die faster this days even if sometime ssome nice code pieces survive (i think it was summercoin))
in our case on top of normal mining reward a 5% foundation share is generated and used to power foundation promotions and bounties

Interesting points!  I believe XMG needs something new (unrelated to its technology) to lure more people in.  A good community, in the end, is only that...!  There should be more incentive for new members to sign up - once they're here, I'm sure it'll be no problem for us classy gents to keep them hooked Grin

Wow i got the POI too, it's nice!!
And what happen with you OBAViJEST?

In February, I was driving to work...the road was straight, but a small bump was hiding a patch of snow behind it.  Somehow it caused my car to drift & lose all traction - right into a pole Sad

Destroyed my car, phone (no cosmetic damage, but internal antenna broke so no service), and ankle...hit the windshield too so got a nice concussion & set of stitches. Right after i hit the pole, blood was literally flowing down my face and sealed my eyes closed as it dried...

Needless to say, I wear a seatbelt now...

Still learning to walk again - as Spexx said, it'll be a long road to recovery ;_;

Now here is some bad/good news.

I have a few medical problems associated with age and have been signed-off work for the foreseeable future.

Booooo!

This means I can work on XMG full time from now on.

Yaaaay!

Plenty of life left in this old dog yet. You don't get rid of me that easily Cheesy

Hope everything works out for you Kiss

And I've been here 24/7 because of my shattered ankle - the reason I've been harping on about helping out  Wink

Check it out - eleven pins and a plate...northeast USA is not a good place to drive during the winter Sad

Magi team assemble!

....slowly....

For those who choose new pool instead of NONCE:
I've tried 3 or 4 and stopped at xmgpool.cf. Its hashrate is low, but profit is higher than at suprnova for example.
Do not give suprnova 51%+ of network power, support small pools Wink

I really like the CoinMagi pool at pom.m-hash, but for today I'll throw some hashes this way and see how it returns  Grin

How did you get on ?

I have been using http://pom.m-hash.com/ for some time and I got 60 coins yesterday(200 KH/s)

What do you mean by 'how did you get on'?

How did I fare, or how did I get in?

To answer the second question, I signed up... Grin

But 60 coins? HOW?  I'm running at 100 - 110 KH/s and would be lucky to get 30 coins, or half of what you get....what CPU(s) are you running?

For the 100th time lets make it clear:
one day you can earn 5 XMG with 100kh/s, other day you can earn 50 XMG with 100kh/s! IT HAS A LOT TO DO WITH BLOCK REWARD, IT'S NOT JUST YOUR HASH RATE.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHY IT HAS 'A LOT TO DO WITH THE BLOCK REWARD' THEN?

IF IT'S POSSIBLE PLEASE USE MORE CAPS LOCK, IT'S CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL.

On a totally unrelated topic, did anybody else using Windows find a new icon today? Microsoft are pushing Windows version 10. Teccie tip: If you want to remove the annoying icon, use Windows Update to remove KB3035583, reboot, wait for Windows Update to offer you that update again and then hide it, so that it is not offered again.

Noticed that too - a free OS is enticing....but Windows 10?  I was hesitant enough to upgrade to 7...

So much for it being free, I guess...?

Trying to find anyone in need of help with Magi-related development or testing Wink

Oi!

You will be helping me real soon matey Wink

You will not have time for anything else. Lol.

You have my Axe! The wait is killing me...

Patience my friend. I do a lot of testing myself before release and found a few things still needing attention, hence the delay.

Your Axe?

Mine is a Fender Stratocaster, Special Edition. What's yours? Cheesy
