1261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Poll] Do you feel part of a crypto community ? on: January 20, 2017, 01:14:25 AM
Recentely i had a discussion with some people, who stated they did not feel part of a community or even considered a community
being possible that could evolve around a cryptocurrency. I found this rather odd as i feel strongly connected to a community of the
cryptocurrency i am interested in (Dash).

I do realise i will never get in touch with the whole Dash crypto community, due to language barriers and the community being spread
over different forums (BCT, Dash.org, Reddit, Slack), but i still have a strong feeling of being part of a community.

If you are interested in participathing in this little poll of mine then please vote for option yes or no and describe in a reply how you voted and why.

Yes, I feel part of a crypto community.  Because most well known altcoins in crypto the traders and miners are always attracted by the popular coins and these two most often they are connected most of the time due to they are part of the body in the altcoins community.
1262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: avatarcoin on: January 20, 2017, 01:06:41 AM
hello ,

avatarcoin in yobit is pumping ... anyone has addnode or his/her wallet is not out of sync ?

thx

Everything in yobit as we all know out of 100% only one percent are not doing any pump, and the rest are pump and dump. Therefore, its not new for us to know that. It is already an old issue when we heard about Yobit, it's the landmark where most shit coins living in that place. Sorry for the term. It is only my assessment,
1263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Zcash? on: January 20, 2017, 12:58:09 AM
Hi guys,

What are your thoughts on Zcash and its zero-knowledge proof construction? I've read that there are already a few big investors backing up this project.

Cheers!

In my thinking about in Zcash, I know their team is doing anything and giving effort as much as they can. Even there's a lot of negative feedback in the community still Zcash is standing. But it will be difficult for them to cope up for what they had started even they are backed by the big investors,
1264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: whether bitcoin is able to change the level of a person's life for the better? on: January 20, 2017, 12:47:33 AM
I see a lot of people hard to find work, supposing they know bitcoin they would move to seek bitcoin, because now it's been worth the bitcoin.

What do you think about it, between a job and bitcoin for a future better?

All around the world most people are seeking for a job but its not that easy to be accept in the employer. Now if they will find out the difference between Bitcoin and job for sure once they get the point of it. Spontaneously they will shift to work on bitcoin but before that they will undergo first in learning about it.
1265  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is better for bitcoin future? Mass adoption or huge price increase? on: January 20, 2017, 12:41:10 AM
Since i see many people only care or focus about bitcoin price and they say it's good for bitcoin future. But, of course we know bitcoin is a currency and we need people who use/accept bitcoin as currency.

So, Which one is better for bitcoin future? Mass adoption or huge price increase?
Of course, we're NOT talking huge price increase because mass adoption.

For me Mass adoption is much more important and better for bitcoin future, Because once the community absorb it and familiarize with it the huge price increase will follows and nothing can stop it, due to the more people demand the more value increase.
1266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For what was Bitcoin created? on: January 20, 2017, 12:34:40 AM
If we think about different currencies - Bitcoin is a real step forward. It is not supported by gold or something else. It depends a lot on whether people use it and believe in it.
For which purposes you think Nakamoto created Bitcoin? To earn a lot of money? Or just to create something new?
Maybe, he wanted to show the different nature of money and that it doesn't need government to exist, for example?
What are your thoughts on the topic?

I think Mr. Satoshi Nakamoto He made Bitcoin to create something new, earning a lot of money is just a secondary of his purpose. Maybe He saw that many people in the whole world suffering poverty because of financial problems. So Bitcoin is one the keys solution and that was happening already now.
1267  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: January 19, 2017, 02:57:17 AM
I don't see any bad on these two. Instead they are both good to do it, they are also both having good edge if we do it. You cannot save money if you will not invest it to buy in the altcoins/bitcoin. and we cannot grow it if we are not going to do it both.
1268  Economy / Speculation / Re: I will not Die Untill Bitcoin will reach at Least 50K on: January 19, 2017, 02:51:01 AM
I am Not a Philoshoper or a Writer
I have a long run in Bitcoin and some Alts,
I have seen Bitcoin since 10$ price and seen to all time High 1300$ also,
In my point of view (I use to create my views with News and upgoing BTC network) BTC will reach 98K very soon and this article is about that.

Crash and Panic
A lot of people are worried about the fluctuation and selling there BTC on pressure But New Bitcoiners are doing so we must note that.
Serious and BTC bilievers are holding all the BTC they have. As few people are concentrate in News which are created by Centralized monetary system. We have to believe ourself first that BTC and we Bitcoiners are decentralized, our market is global market Short-term actions of governments are not important, on a global scale they can't fight the inevitable. Regulations are as good against bitcoin as sandbags against tsunami.

We are sometime focusing in Chinese Goverment news at the mean time I am focusing in Chinese People. Did anyone think about that Chinese Government indirectly handled a lot of profit to Bitcoin? I think no or some yes. While Chinese government issued warning and ban the deposit in the mean time Chinese Community is more curious in investing in Bitcoin and they are searching some other option of Deposit so now see what, is it loss of bitcoin or its loss of Chinese Government? of course of Government its not just a chinese production so we dont need to worry about anything or any single government, We are Global Ruled and not Ruled by one we are Ruled by Each of Us.

Bitcoin Price Moving up by 2014
The bitcoin price is the result of supply and demand for bitcoin. The more demand there is, the higher the price goes. The more supply there is, the lower the price, The supply side of bitcoin is fairly well known, even if we look into the future. Bitcoin supply growth will drop below 15% annually very soon and finally 21 million no more then that so supply side is always lower and demand side will be always higher.
China Warns on Bitcoin but Traders are still Ligal to trade.
India Warns on Bitcoin but Traders are still Ligal to trade.
Singapore Government will not interfear in Bitcoin.
More then 40% of American and 20+% Globally known Bitcoin in this small movement so expect 40% global population know about Bitcoin by 2014.
New Business adopting Bitcoin and even some third party transaction are helping people to transact with bitcoin in Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and such web stors.
Overstock to come on Mid 2014 and Overstock CEO clearly described why (Patrick Byrne thinks bitcoin could be a helpful addition to the payment system and his company plans to accept the currency, You’re getting rid of the interchange fees. We’re paying credit card companies around 2%. For a company whose margin is 1%, picking up 2% on that is quite attractive)
Every day New Bitcoin Accepters are on the way Today you can buy almost everything from your Bitcoin House to Car and Grocery to Electronics so why not it will reach 50K? Bitcoin have that potential to reach until i will die and Bitcoin have that potential to grow that one dau 1 Satoshi will count 100$.

Well by waiting to reach the price of 50k$ of each bitcoin will be impossible to the member here but nothing to loose to believe in, because were the leading community will benefits on this thing. In fact, that is possible to be happen due to many of the companies now are adopting the system of bitcoin.
1269  Economy / Economics / Re: What percentage of people on Earth will own Bitcoin by 2020 on: January 19, 2017, 02:37:13 AM
I've been running a poll for some time now about the value of 1 bitcoin by 2020 and it's safe to say a lot of different opinions and guesses are made.
This poll completes the other one and i'm really looking forward to everyone's input in this.

Tnx for your input  Cool

For me by that time the percentage average would be 70-80%, I do believe in that year many of the of the bitcoin users will rise up and will be added into bitcoin community count. I guess this premonition of mine will be happen by that time has come.
1270  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: January 19, 2017, 02:30:25 AM
In the year 2022, I think the average of bitcoin users or bitcoin enthusiast is will increase to 95%. If that happen many of the bitcoin community will get rich at once. So it is better right now to keep and hold our BTC while we wait for that moment.
1271  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: January 19, 2017, 02:23:32 AM
The biggest threat is going to come within the Bitcoin community itself. If the idiots within the Bitcoin foundation decides to change the 21 million cap, then it will ultimately result in the death of Bitcoin. In my opinion, the threats from within are more serious when compared to any threat which we are likely to face from the authoritarian governments.

they can decide what they want but no one will ever follow this path.

Indeed, but that is only His thoughts and perception. Which is out of 100% only 5% is chances to be happen according to his speculation. And I don't see any threat of it, In fact, for what is happened now in bitcoin is the prediction actually.
1272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Research on Bitcoin on: January 19, 2017, 02:13:06 AM
Hi everyone,

this is a thread where we can collect topics to research on and (maybe) discuss their relevance.

I for example am studying Computer Science and am going to write my bachelor thesis in the near future. I am considering making it Bitcoin-related, but am lacking ideas. Maybe there are others.

For example, there was a paper published about anonymity in Bitcoin several days ago: http://anonymity-in-bitcoin.blogspot.com/2011/07/bitcoin-is-not-anonymous.html

Any ideas are welcome.
There are many topic that you can get it here just check the bitcointalk.org and continue do some research about in bitcoin that will be related to your course. Just start always in question, like why people using bitcoin all over the world, or what is algorithm this only an example where you can create the topic.
1273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: January 19, 2017, 02:03:04 AM
Does it make sense to believe that Bitcoin could one day be replaced by another cryptocurrency, that is, a cryptocurrency that really does make Bitcoin obsolete?

Everything in this world can be possible, Even in Bitcoin though that's the truth and reality were in the long run it can be replace by other cryptocurrency. But it will take a long years or decades before that happen. Because we knew how the community loved bitcoin so much.
1274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Daily use of bitcoin? on: January 19, 2017, 01:56:58 AM
Hi friends,

As far as I know, bitcoin payments take a little time to approve. Will these approval times make it difficult to use bitcoin in our daily lives?
For example, I would get a coffee from Starbucks. Do I have to wait for approval to pay for what I have done for hours?

Most of the time I used my bitcoin for investment of buying altcoins and do some trade in the exchange platform. Then month I convert my bitcoinBTC into a real money to use for billings payment in my electricity and water bill.
1275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: January 19, 2017, 01:32:57 AM
Is there a way to determine the number of people who are actually using Bitcoin till date? Who would have access to such information? Meaning a way to find out, how many new people have used Bitcoin in 2016 , so that we can say exponential growth is natural not artificially created by hoarders.

By determining the actual number of people which is the bitcoin user is very difficult to trace actually.  So far the only access I know about the information is we can trace the bitcoin wallet in the history.
1276  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: January 18, 2017, 04:33:11 PM

1277  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason why you should Buy bitcoin now on: January 18, 2017, 04:24:54 PM
Buying bitcoin will be depend on the people or investors which He/She can do it any time. But we really need to buy it to take the chance the privilege that bitcoin can do to each every one of us. It is very simple the features of Bitcoin is very convenient to use, Money transfer, Billings, and savings etc.
1278  Economy / Economics / Re: Difference of Trading and Investing? on: January 18, 2017, 04:18:38 PM
Guys sorry for this question above but I would like to ask here that

What is the difference of Trading to Investing?

though I know that I can search it in google but I want an answer from those people who have already experienced this two.
Thank you.

I hope you can help me in my confusion..

Well You don't need to be confuse between Trading and Investing, In fact this two are very important for each every bitcoin enthusiast. Because, we cannot grow our coins quickly if we will not going to invest first in the coins that we like to invest in. And we cannot trade if we will not going to exchange platform to play there.
1279  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: January 18, 2017, 04:06:44 PM
Should I believe in Bitcoin ?
I have 10k $ and maybe going to buy  , but I doubt the further development of Bitcoin and I'm afraid to lose money! Can you convince me or dissuaded from buying?

Its a good thing that you have a big amount of investment like that. But if you are doubtful to buy bitcoin it means you are"NOT" believing into it, Because if you consider yourself as one of the investors in business like this, you should take away all fears and doubt in your heart. Due to we as an investor we called ourselves as "RISK TAKER". And I advice you to invest more in altcoins.
1280  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: January 18, 2017, 03:59:39 PM
Maybe not to get rich, but sure as hell to earn a decent amount of money with bitcoins.

How much money did you earn with bitcoins? Or did you lose some?

Dreaming rich with bitcoin is a good motivation to those people who is a bold dreamer. There is a big chances for us to be happen if we are going to be patience to learn everything in bitcoin, from trading, signature campaign, Investing in the ico, applying campaign manager in the signature campaign that potentials.
