12641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Practical is Bitcoin As Payment Service? on: October 25, 2018, 09:50:34 AM
If your intention is how much bitcoin you can spend on shopping, paying for services, and also buying goods. Then I will say there is no limit, as long as the store can accept bitcoin as a payment tool then you can spend your bitcoin there. So I think the method is very practical and the transaction will run quickly to wait for confirmation if we compare to make payments using fiat to transact between different countries.
12642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Perfect crypto betting experience on: October 24, 2018, 04:46:06 PM
I personally am not too critical in choosing gambling sites, but the important thing is the simple appearance and the website runs lightly, that's all I like, plus there are good features like there is room to invest and also the exchanges available in the gambling site, and about actual withdrawals I don't mind expensive fees, but so far I've always been lucky to use gambling sites that have low withdrawal fees and are also fast as yolodice.com.
12643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it better to invest in bitcoin or ethereum ? on: October 24, 2018, 04:21:37 PM
I think invest to both is good decision. Because Bitcoin be part of the future and Ethereum is backed by multiple fortune 500 companies and Ethereum is being incorporated by financial institutions.

What you told is correct both coins have their own features and investing in both coins will always give your profit and they are good for long term investment also.
Yes indeed, both of them have become good recommendations for investment, but it will be useless if you don't believe in their potential. We often see many who say crypto will end? I'm so sick of seeing that, they easily say that but there will be people who just joined will become pessimists. At least we have to know the great potential in the future about crypto, if we have believed it then surely we will not panic just see the crypto market falling.
12644  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin volume is still rising ? on: October 24, 2018, 02:45:08 PM
As long as there is trade in the bitcoin market, it is certain that the volume will continue to increase, so it seems unlikely that bitcoin will end just because prices continue to decline, because after all bitcoin still has a very good chance to continue to grow because digital currency is more popular with cryptocurrency.
12645  Economy / Speculation / Re: The pain of holding bitcoin in 2017. on: October 24, 2018, 05:46:36 AM
Selling because of pain and disappointment because of frustration with the crypto market conditions this year is not the right thing to do, I personally still buy bitcoin and some altcoins this year which are only to be hold, because I personally still believe there will be a further increase that will happen very well someday. So with a situation like this I don't feel disappointed, because we can see the market does not continue to fall and still survive in the same range and surely the market will recover.
12646  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there any chance of having one global currency? on: October 24, 2018, 05:07:46 AM
Having one global currency I don't think it can be done with fiat and only cryptocurrency is most likely to do it. For now, crypto users must have felt that crypto is a global currency because we often see or even our own actors who buy or transact using crypto all over the world. We can buy goods or anything using crypto among crypto users here. So it's clear because crypto is a digital currency so crypto is very likely to be a global currency even though it will only be done in the online world.
12647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Social Media to Crypto on: October 24, 2018, 03:31:39 AM
1. How does Social Media effect Cryptocurrency?
Social media affects cryptocurrencies by potentially skewing people's opinions in general through pumping or spreading FUD. I think that's one of the main reasons why a lot of coins/tokens we have right now has such a high marketcap even though they currently don't do anything, mainly because of great marketing through ads and paid crypto influencers.

2. How does Cryptocurrency effect Social Media?
Right now? It affects social media negatively I think. A lot of cryptocurrency-related stuff that's being advertised and posted on social media are scams and concept papers rather than actual working products.
If that is the case, I only see that social media is something negative for cryptocurrency, such as spreading FUD and the concept of scams, perhaps from many ICO advertisements circulating. So far social media can have good and bad effects on cryptocurrency, that's what I feel. Imagine if a trusted person publishes something good about cryptocurrency on social media, then there will be many people who see and of course there will be many investors coming, and vice versa with negative issues that will make the market fall quickly just because of social media.
12648  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why has the cryptocurrency market been so stagnant this month? on: October 24, 2018, 02:30:55 AM
I personally do not know for sure, but this stagnant market does not happen in just a month, I feel the market is stagnant throughout this year which only struggled at $6k occasionally dropped lower and also rise until there was hope to touch $10k, but in fact returned to $6k. With that incident, I just feel if this year is a year of rest for traders and investors, it is possible, because market movements are not good enough, even though we like to expect prices to stabilize, but with a situation like this we will find it difficult to get a good return on investment we.
12649  Economy / Economics / Re: Would blockchain technologies continue Its development without cryptocurrency? on: October 23, 2018, 08:20:09 AM
That is for sure, with the transparent blockchain system there will definitely be many developers from various sectors will develop it without cryptocurrency. So far I see that after bitcoin continues to grow, the digital world is also more developed from various aspects, so of course I'm sure if blockchain technology will be a model for digital developers out there.
12650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the strangest or craziest thing you witnessed in a casino? on: October 23, 2018, 07:13:19 AM
How hard the life of that woman lived, she lost everything because gambling even became a prostitute. really pity. I play gambling with the limits of my ability, if the money in my pocket is up I will go home, I will not sell the items that I have, if you lose, do not force to continue playing because it will make your situation worse.

Never use money intended for other purposes in gambling because if we lose, of course we want to chase it quickly and we will tend to use the more risky ways. Once we have a problem with gambling, usually other problems will follow and it is difficult to get out of the circle.
The last choice to become a prostitute because of losing big in gambling is a very bad choice, if she can still think clearly and still be able to control emotions well, then she should sell her gold chain for something more profitable such as trading capital for example, with that I think it will be better. Anyway, it's too much of a gamble to mean, spending too much money on gambling is not going to be good, because the more you spend money on gambling, then you will be more greedy and then only bankruptcy and frustration over what has happened in gambling.
12651  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lordmancer II - an MMORPG where you can earn crypto on: October 22, 2018, 05:07:01 PM
Hello, is it only me who can't get in this game?
I tried logging in with social media but only VK was available and I didn't find it on Facebook, even though there was a Facebook logo that I should be able to get in using Facebook. I want to use email but the command there is "log in", while I have not registered before. I tried choosing "play now", but it was stuck and I tried it three times and it still remains the same. Can anyone help me, I'm very curious about this game. Thank you in advance!
12652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Bitcoin at this moment is right? on: October 22, 2018, 03:23:40 PM
Even though the market looks stable, but if you can utilize well, then I'm sure you can still benefit from the trading that you do, because I still see price movements happening and I know the market movements are not so big, but if you can trade it carefully and always pay attention to market movements, I'm sure little by little the profits you get every day or week, then that includes good profits too.
12653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does it even matter if governments and banks accept cryptocurrency? on: October 21, 2018, 09:43:31 PM
There is buzz about the prospective of governments and banks accepting crypto or creating their own for its mass acceptance.

I don't think this is even worth acknowledging, as all of the present and future innovations are going to come from the private sector. Governments are just responsible for damage control, do a God-awful job for the most part and have never achieved true democracy.

In the past, people relied on governments and banks not because they're "governments" or "banks," but because they provided security.

Once AI, blockchain, and improved means to use crypto provide even better security than governments and banks ever could, whatever they do will be irrelevant.
I think that is important, because so far the main thing that still blocks crypto becomes more global and can be accepted by many people because crypto is still illegitimate or not recognized as a legitimate payment and transaction system, at least if banks and governments can accept bitcoin then growth and people's trust in crypto will increase as well. Cryptocurrency or digital currency is different from the usual innovation we see, because there are still many people who do not understand well about this cryptocurrency and most of the ordinary people see bitcoin as something negative. So with the government and banks can embrace cryptocurrency, surely there will be people who will trust Crypto as well as investors.
12654  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China can destroy bitcoin on: October 21, 2018, 08:12:51 PM
I don't think if China will destroy bitcoin, if they destroy it then I'm sure there will be many bitcoin holders and miners as well as China investors who will lose. China is among the largest crypto users as well as mining that is there, so it would not be possible that China would destroy bitcoin.
12655  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Africa be a good place for crypto? on: October 21, 2018, 06:03:21 PM
Yes, why not? Many people are having different prejudice when it comes to Africa and people there but maybe it's interesting to say that according to some research people in Africa are using more mobile phones per person than in some countries in western hemisphere.
Cryptocurrencies are already being used in many countries in Africa and what is obstacle for better acceptance is internet connection and access which is poor in some countries. So better infrastructure and also education would also lead to better use of crypto.
I think nowadays everyone or per person has their own mobile phones and there are also many who have several mobile phones in one pocket. Having a mobile phones I don't think is a guarantee that they will join the crypto world and in a country where there are many people who own mobile phones, I think it is certain that internet connections are well available. So the reason why people in African countries use crypto I think the government or the highest person there is able to convince crypto to many people and perhaps the awareness of the people there who might be very enthusiastic about the latest technology or innovations like crypto.
12656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet safety? on: October 21, 2018, 12:32:46 PM
So far I remember if I just used 3 different wallet software on a one pc and I never had a problem with the crypto wallet that I used it, once at that time my PC might be infected with a virus after I installed a game application from a source that was not known. But after I cleaned it in various ways and tried to install and login again to the crypto wallet that I used before, I was still lucky that everything was safe and fine. So managing one wallet on one PC I feel is still safe with a note that you should always check for updates from every part of the PC and also your wallet software.
12657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You cannot win in gambling on: October 21, 2018, 11:45:42 AM
I just had a really bad day gambling today with Roma losing a ticket for me and their odd was 1.20 and they were playing against the last place of Italian Serie A. I thought a bad day and move on and played another ticket this time I choose Brondby as they were playing at home against a team they had beaten almost always and the odd was 1.35. This was even worse as Brondby lost 2-4 at home to a team quoted from the bookies at 8.5

Now I am not an expert in gambling but this day was a really eye opener for me, you can never win in gambling. Imagine when you can't win in lotto , soccer betting or whatever you call it, you don't have a chance in slots.

You cannot win in gambling if you're greedy and bring you to additions l believe your life will go to a problem that might destroy your family. But if you have good motives l believe you Will win in gambling for the sake of your family.

Even if you are not greedy, you will not be able to win that easily on gambling. I don't know why can you say that there is something that can come up positively on gambling when you think of it in positive way since it don't work like that.

I gamble in the past and I also hope that I can win a lot of money. That money will be used in our store and will be used to fix our house but I did not win. I came back for another try with the same reason and I did not win, so how can you say that even if gambler has a good motive, I will win? In which in my experience, don't really happen because it is not really true.
Gambling with good motives or anything will not guarantee you to win a bet, because the main thing in gambling is pure luck. I saw no greed here, he only bet on teams that have a high level of winning and on the other hand he is just not lucky. So gambling is not able to guarantee you to win in the sense that you can still win gambling if you are lucky.
12658  Economy / Economics / Re: Philippines starting to accept and adopt cryptocurrency. on: October 21, 2018, 08:32:21 AM
Adoption has taken place in several countries and means that crypto has begun to rise again with the adoption, if this adoption manages to make and improve the country's economy, then there will certainly be many countries following in its steps, with more and more countries adopting cryptocurrency, crypto growth is definitely it will be better and also the holding that we have done at least has a new spirit and of course the market will soon recover with positive issues like this.
12659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never say die to Bitcoin on: October 21, 2018, 07:29:29 AM
Those who say die to bitcoin, then I personally judge if they themselves are the people who belong to the FUD spreader group and I never believe their words. Although FUD is carried out by the government, I will not care, because I only believe bitcoin will survive and its growth will continue and of course bitcoin will become strong and survive for a long time.
12660  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dice Sites with FIAT currencies? on: October 19, 2018, 12:37:24 PM
You can find a fair algorithm in the fiat gambling forum, IMO. because here is a bitcoin forum so I don't think there are many people discussing this here despite the similarities of gambling but there is a difference with something at stake like crypto and fiat. So far I've visited fiat gambling sites several times and I'm only looking for and joining fiat gambling sites that only use my country's currency and they are proven to be just as good as the famous casino sites in the crypto world. So I think you can find your own casino site that uses your country's currency.
