I've decided to sell my Pundi X. Although I really like this project, and I will likely buy back at one point, the sheer stableness of the coin is terrible. Of course the passive income is nice, but not worth holding for a month when there are so many opportunities of making more satoshi's.

Why will he stay strong? He has moved on and is not exactly being helpful in trying to generate traction in tying to take Tokenpay to court. I did not move on. and I have no plan to move on without getting my payment. I can't do anything. so I am quite. I told you I need support and no one from the bounty program ready to help me out. Looks like you're getting some help from JollyGood there. What you should be doing is getting together on TG and hashing out what resources you have and how best to approach potential obstacles. First thing first, was there any contract signed between you and TokenPay? What are your comments on the bounty managers post above? Personally I find his approach bordering pathetic. He was the bounty manager, he has a responsibility towards bounty participants. It seems as though he is washing his hands of it. |

Don't understand how is this possible that somebody gives negative trust to this members because of what they are doing here.
I don't think they are spreading FUD because all is backed up with proves. Photos, chats, logs, PM's, articles, emails and I could go on. This is all to find in this thread.
@Temhuk once answered to me that there are great new updates and news for Minexcoin but he doesn't want to share it here because of FUD.
This is just hilarious because there will be no FUD and accusations if the project is trustworthy. Not defending your project and no response to proved accusations is another red flag.
Like I said a few times and keep repeating all the time. I will be glad to hear from all these members which are still defending this project why they are doing this and counter proves to the latest accusations. The reality is the scammers are begging for this scam coin and scam card to get price pumped because this scam project had a market capital in December 2017 of over $169 million but now is around just $9 million today. the once high price of over $56 in December 2017 is now below $2 today. They will scream and shout as much as they want and as much as they can because they have one interest only, just that they want to pump the price so they can use their exit strategy and dump. The scammers should have dumped at $56 but now this coin will drop slowly to the $1.50 mark and then below $1 mark soon. They want to attack any voice that exposes them or even questions them. They make post after post just to create diversion but everything is in the open now, there was no card and there is no card and there will be no card. The whole Novarise and CBOS lie has been exposed. What a waste, all because Borys mismanaged this project. |

Sadly this project that once had potential has now become an almost worthless laughing stock. These scammers could not even complete their Minexsystem goals so they scammed with false news and press releases and then even started working on another scam called Republia Pathetic  |

How dodgy is that? Having your own dad being the advisor to your project and him getting payment as an "advisor" as well. This alone just reeks. Sadly their "team" is not fit for purpose. They have destroyed this project which once had so much potential. |

He's also the one who's been making threats to people on this thread Thank you for clarification. I do not know much or care much about this CryptoRich person but at least we all know what scammer fool temhuk looks like. I do not think temhuk is a boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife of Borys because Borys has a son and is probably married. The questions that will not go away are "why is temhuk so close to Borys?" and "why are Minexsystem not distancing themselves from temhuk?"  Though I really do not like temhuk because of the propaganda he posts here I doubt his relationship with Borys is about sex. I think somehow temhuk is involved business wise with Borys. After all it was reported temhuk sold his house to buy a many MNX as possible in the early days and he also talked his family, in-laws and friends in to investing too. The real nature of temhuk and Minexsystem has still not be ascertained. Does anybody know the "real" name of scammer temhuk? |

Can you screenshot it and upload it here? When you say you have no plan to move on without payment, nobody is going to pay you anything "unconditionally" so you need to explain which lawyer you spoke to and what was the fee he asked for and what exactly was he going to do to get legal action started? Look two people have said they are willing to help pay legal fees if you manage to get them to go to court. Send out emails to all your participants that were ripped off and seek investment. If the target cannot be reached then the donations will not be sent but if enough people commit then they can all send to the escrow.
I am sure if litigation documents were served they would settle out of court because it would bring them very bad PR and they would rather pay what they owe you and continue with their project. Do not let these TokenPay scammers deceive you and the bounty participants.
The law firm asking 3 BTC in advance cannot be trusted because any reputable firm would ask for FIAT. Please search around and ask another law firm for an estimated fee if they helped. I’d like to hear their comments. There is more to be revealed. Blockchain doesn’t lie about it's past, they can check it themselves and it is there forever. Sure, I'll bite  Your posts are off-topic in this thread. Create your own topic, with a proper title, and use this Scam Report Format. If you provide clear evidence in your own thread, you can expect serious responses. Until then, I'm just curious who's alt you are. I don't believe that a random bystander would create his first account on Bitcointalk only to target one specific user on this forum. Especially since several other accounts are doing the exact same thing, and nothing else than that. It's much more likely selective scammer ChangeNOW ( -8: -3 / +0; Last Active October 13) abandoned his now useless main account and tries to discredit the person who exposed their scamming and damaged their "business". These scammers from changenow using alt-accounts and sock-puppets will continue to attack those that exposed them with a vengeance no doubt. I think they will selectively scam more and more people regularly and they will not care much about the negative PR because they are totally shameless. |

Why do you say nothing about temhuk and his ilk when they made the Novarise post? When they made the CSOB post? I was a firm believer in the project until temhuk hijacked the thread by spreading nonsense about "cards coming soon" and "look at this announcement". Why did you say nothing about that? If temhuk and his ilk stop making false announcements and the owners of this "project" give an honest assessment and involve all the community to try to help then I would be up for it but they keep making false announcements in the hope to increase the price of the coin so they can dump. |

It seems that people from Minex didnt learn anything.Instead of being honest to theirs investors they are continuing to use new lies and misinformations to cover older ones. No doubt ,this project is in very deep problems and not so far from full blown scam.
There were no misunderstandings with CSOB bank.Misundestanding is when you have some relationship with someone,but your percepion of it is not realistic.
Minex didnt have any relationship with CSOB Bank,so it cant be misunderstanding.It was blatant lie from Minex,which is trying it to present it as a just small argue between old friends.And far from it is just only lie and problem.
Project is in deep trouble with huge list of problems:
- roadmap does not exist any more,parking system proved as an ultimate failure,
- MNX coin lost its value 30x during year !!!
- ICO has already spent 60% of premined coins with very little realisation,
- Minex launched card program on 30th June and gave full list of cards features,fees and limits even they had no contract with any bank or card issuer at that time.Actually they have never such contract,if we dont count Novarise Secrecy phishing scam in October.That was deliberate lying of people who ordered cards and more than enough to label Minex as a scam.Even now they are continuing to advertising same cards with same non-existent features !!!,
- Minex lied that they have contract with CSOB bank.Not that they have not contract ,but they have no any relationship with the bank.Another big lie which pulled Minex deeper into scam territory,
- contract with Novarise Secrecy which they presented as a reliable partner in card program delivery.They sticked to them to the last minute,even there were so many evidences that Novarise Secrecy is phishing scam,
Almost all so called FUD proved as a truth which is disaster for project.Instead of defending project with truthful infos they turned to fight with angry investors.I dont know what is in heads of Minex top officials,but they have to be much more careful or theirs project will soon slide to complete scam.At least they have to stop advertising non-existent cards with non-existent features.

I had no idea 60% of premined coins were already spent. I read 5 million coins were premined so if 60% have been spent it means 3 million. Where did the funds go?
Though I feel sorry for genuine investors at the loss they suffered I am so happy that the inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev will suffer.
MNX will never hit the highs of $56 of December 2017 again because the lies have been exposed.
The price continues to decline and the frequency of Temhuk getting visits from his family and friends increases
Borys Shulyayev is toxic, anything that has his and his associates name attached to it (such as Minex/Republia) will be a no-go zone for investors
Temhuk will soon be a homeless hobo vagabond who will need to repay the loans he took to buy his MNX and to cover losses of ALL his family and friends that he talked in to investing
Racquemis1 hardly purchased any MNX himself but runs the mining scamming pool scavenging off commissions that other people mine.
The inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev has failed in their scam. They are all as bad as each other and all these scammers deserve to hit rock bottom and to live a shameful existence always being associated with the scams they were orchestrating.
What is so sad about this scam is that we tried to stop it but the inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev kept the lies going.
What pleases me the most about this whole situation is that of the inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev they all will get next to nothing with their soon to be worthless MNX coins but it is Temhuk who will lose the most because he already sold his house (yes I got that info) to fund his dream to get rich buying MNX.
The greedy pathetic fool Temhuk should have sold them at $56 in December 2017 but greed brought many people to their knees. Now the once paper millionaire has a fraction of that paper value and it serves Temhuk right |
