They are a pathetically small website with no followers or activity on social media, or on telegram. Their website looks like something coded from early 1995. The "trade" part is so odd and needs updating. How is it the Italian authorities have not closed them down?

@thunderjet - The whole SEC situation regarding ICO operators having to return funds, is that just for VISA/Mastercards crypto projects or for all ICOs? I really want to believe that somebody made Boris believe that a card can be created and dragged him into it all the way... He is now trying to desperately get out from that gutter as he invites anybody to test the new minex wallet...  I see the Minex scammers putting all their eggs in the Republia scam. They are hoping to make lots of money out of it so will attempt to pump and dump as many MNX as possible before the inevitable end.

These are the facts which can't be denied when dev still failed to provide what future will bring to towards this. Crypto card was the main idea of this project but still no action taken from SEC against them and we are in in trouble because of this delay. You can test yours application with whatever card you want,but you will not be able to deliver customers bank issued cards,but only your own,with your own logo. It does not matter if card is crypto related or not ,procedure is the same for all - company which wants to issue card to theirs customers must fill request for sub-issuing and cant use cards of others entities.
If you try to avoid that, Mastercard will ban your card immediately.It is that simple. Finishing all neccessary regulatory things and fullfilment of Mastercard procedures take a long time .It is not easy and there is no workaround.Iam sure you cant it finish and get valid card till end of 2018.Nobody can do it so fast.
As i see ,Minex is continuing to try to find a loophole in rules and avoid necessary procedures at all cost.You hired Novarise Secrecy scammer to help you avoid procedures.It was not accidental. If you keep trying that,there is no doubt that you will be banned by Mastercard and then you will remember mine words. You are right. drawdown without negative news as in ' 14, and what happens if Mt.Goks will to sell BTC? Or Craig Wright with Jihan Wu will continue sell the BTC to pump ABC and SV? On this news ETH and LTC just have to the Moon I think BCH-ABC and BCH-SV will destroy each other and no matter what Ver and Wu or Wright do it will make difference to the overall eventuality that Bitcoin remains king. Both Ver and Wu are getting what they deserve and I have no sympathy for them after what they did trying to destroy Bitcoin. I have no time for Wright either but am happy the three of them can waste each others time during the battle for BCH-ABD/BCH-SV which for a few months at least would allow them to leave Bitcoin alone. How that BCH-ABD/BCH-SV battle affects the rest of the crypto market (especially ETH) remains to be seen. |

They had $26 million for over 19 months and they did nothing except ship out a few cards to a few people in Singapore. How can they move on to other things without even completing the "whole" Monaco project by getting cards in to all major territories when $26 million in the ICO was taken? They will use the ICO money to build this exchange from scratch and they have no programmer to design the website and exchange on their Team page. for now they have a $5 website template along with freebie tradingview.com plugins, which is there to entice investors but the truth is it looks like a 20 year old trashy website.
There is nothing Islamic or Shariah or religious about the ICO fundraising part of the exchange.
The people behind this scam are happy to accept ICO funding from the illegal and illicit and immoral sources such as from pimps and prostitutes so how can they be claiming to comply with Shariah when they are not following Shariah themselves?

Yes, ripple is just another corporate company, it is not a coin.
Why people mistake xrp and ripple I have no idea. Normally they have no connection other than company making some cash for themselves whenever they want.
There is absolutely no correlation between the two because when the company gets a deal or signs a contract with some big company the price of xrp goes up as well but there is no need. They are not going to buy their coin back from you just because they made money, or they are not going to give you dividends on the profits they made.
This is not stock or share of a company, it is just a way for them to sell and profit whenever they are short on cash. I do not know why ripple has been going on this long and I really hope it will soon finish because it is literally looking they it might be a scam for you and very dangerous. I am really surprised by your views. XRP is the low cost option to use on the Ripple network. xRapid uses XRP and it will make transactions faster and cheaper than not using it. As for XRP and/or Ripple being a scam, please provide the evidence because I always thought it an excellent platform as well as an excellent investment in my portfolio. |

Have to agree with you. The banking and business world can make use of XRP and the Ripple network so it makes sense to want to invest and develop. Apart from Bitcoin which is the base crypto currency and Ethereum which uses smart contracts nearly all other crypto (except some tokens) have no real world use so investing in most of them is nothing more than a gamble. |
