Hard to find a bigger SCAM ICO than REPUBLIA

Sadly I agree with you and think Republia will be a bigger scam and disaster than Minexsystem/Minexcoins/Minexpay
12742  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: November 04, 2018, 10:25:36 PM
You know we were under the opinion, wrongly, that we were able to use that code after discussing it with RHavar.

This is absolutely ridiculous of you to drag me into this.  I neither said nor implied any such thing. I would normally be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and suggest maybe you misunderstood me, but we only spoke about it after you launched with pirated software.

But I do encourage you to share anything I said that might have given you a different impression. Just make sure you include enough context, like how you first started off with "we didn't just copy it but used reference" before then later admitting you were using a minified verbatim copy of bustabit (even including some pointless bustabit debug lines) both on the client and server, and asked about known problems or exploits in the specific version you're running. So there goes the "accidental infringement" defence. Ooops.

But reviewing our conversation, my advice was to follow the terms of the AGPLv3 version (releasing modified source code) and save you paying the small licensing fee. So please don't act like you were led astray (and not to mention: I'm not a lawyer or have any rights to the source code you're using) so my opinion is rather irrelevant anyway.

Quote
There is not any Bustabit code in the relaunched version and we even use different libraries for graphing.

That's obviously nonsense. Let's not pretend you reimplemented the entire thing in a couple days. It's exactly the same and has literally exactly the same rendering quirks and bugs that it did before. I can see you made a few obvious changes (stripped the debug lines, changed <canvas> to <svg> changed the fonts, stripped the noise function, renamed "GAME_TICK" to "CRASH_GAME_TICK" but as the original author to most of the code you're running, it's rather obvious you just spent a couple days obfuscating your previous blatant copyright infringement.

It's like you got a copy of a Harry Potter book, and find-and-replaced most of the characters and places names. Pretending it's your work is insulting.

And I'm going to be honest, I personally don't really care about copyright infringement (I pretty much pirate every movie I watch), but I do very much value honesty -- and find this whole situation extremely concerning.

And on that note, I'm not sure what's a bigger red-flag: That you raised millions of dollars with an ICO to supposedly help pay development, and then would rip Dan off for a rather insignificant once-off 2 bitcoin licensing fee. Or that you'd rather tarnish your brand and reputation over said fee.

I know Daniel said he's too busy to care, but I don't think what you're doing is fair. I intend on leaving negative trust, and petitioning the Crypto Gambling Foundation to revoke your membership, unless you can do the right thing and pay what is owed (and ideally provide a proof-of-solvency to show you are in the position to complete the terms of the buy-back program that your ICO tokens require).

I am sad and disappointed to read what Dean Nolan has been doing with regards to the Crash game but I am not surprised at all because it is true to form for him behave like this.

May I suggest that even if Dean Nolan and betking does finally pay the outstanding 2 BTC for stealing the software and if he does apologise to you for carrying out yet another scam in a along line of his scams, it would still open up questions about his business morals and ethics. On that basis should betking and Dean Nolan remain a member of the CGF?
12743  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: November 04, 2018, 09:45:50 PM
Yes sorry I did make a mistake. Usually on CMC they have the "Max Supply" in the same line. I was wondering where the 19 million went  Grin

Thank you

BTW: on 3rd December 2017 MNX were valued at over $56 each. I suppose that is the main reason why the inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev are so determined to carry on with the scam. They hope to pump the price in order to apply their exit strategy but the reality is MNX is at $2.06 as of today and falling as we speak. Once it falls below the $2 mark it will not recover and then start falling towards the $1.50 and then $1 mark.

Sad demise of a coin that once had so much potential.
12744  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: November 04, 2018, 09:21:46 PM
So let us look at CMC.

It shows only 1,624,159 MNX coin remain to be mined

It show 4,429,131 MNX already mined

It shows 6,053,290 MNX are total coins that can be ever be mined

Why do the figures not add up if there were 5 million premined MNX a stated in the above post?

12745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: November 04, 2018, 07:49:06 PM

open sources  says that coins will be refunded when delivery of cards start ... not at any time   ...you're lying again ... and you make false announcements

proof that you threat to JollyGood  is here too  you're lying again ....you just can not say a word without being a lie

Why are Minexsystem not coming out and saying what their relationship is with that fool Temhuk ?

Why does that fool scammer Temhuk go around posting on behalf of Minexsystem?

Why do the Minexsystem team not make an announcement against that fool Temhuk?

Hi, Thanks for your interest, although there maybe aspects of the project which you do not understand we are here to answer any questions and help shed light on an dark thoughts such as scamming ect. which could not be further from our intentions. We are dedicated to making this work , not just for us as individiuals, but for the supporters and investors alike.

Yes I do not understand lots about this even after looking it up and trying.

How can you use names such as Ronaldo and Messi along with their "image" without paying them any royalty?
12747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: November 04, 2018, 06:00:47 PM
LMFAO

Pathetic little scammer. You are on IGNORE you scamming little thief.

12748  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: November 04, 2018, 05:02:36 PM
You modified the code to support multiple currencies and you reformatted a few field names from snake_case to camelCase. Perhaps you even rewrote the graph rendering. But it's obvious to anyone that cares to look that BetKing is using bustabit's code. For instance, let's have a look at how the server communicates with the client. On the left is BetKing and on the right a casino using bustabit's v1 software (with permission).

Compare the state that's provided on connection:

Or when a game is starting:

And what the server sends when the game ends:

There are other "similarities" but I believe I've made my point. In any case, I'm over it. I'm just disappointed that you and BetKing would act this way.

Why would you say that? I would definitely expect Dean Nolan and betking to act in this very precise way !

-- Dean Nolan and betking accused me of taking money from Stake.com just because I said they had a great looking UI and great reputation. I uploaded the screenshot of his PM to the Stake thread and then Dean Nolan tried to talk his way out it by saying to the Stake team he meant something else  Roll Eyes

-- Dean Nolan and betking have been accused of scamming so many people in the pocketrocketcasino affiliate scam and then continuing his affiliate scam with betking.

-- This is the same Dean Nolan and betking that ate in to the "profits" of the betking website using 30 million tokens that were dormant, therefore ICO and token investors got much less with their 70 million.

-- This is the same Dean Nolan and betking that said a new website was going to be paid from the ICO funds but he re-launched the same website he shutdown in 2016.

-- This is the same Dean Nolan and betking that said new games would be coded and were going to be paid from the ICO funds to be added to the new betking website but all he did was add plugin affiliates from livetables.io
Oh I forgot, he re-added the roulette game that he took down before the ICO and he showed it as a "new" game.

-- This is same Dean Nolan that claimed he gave away 25 Bitcoin to charities in December 2017 from 1st December to 25th December at 1 BTC a day as a gesture of kindness (and of-course paying for news and press releases advertising and promoting the non-existent endeavour) but never "proved" which charities he allegedly donated to.

The Dean Nolan and betking scam list goes on...

He could pay for all that nonsense to be promoted and a for a lie to be perpetuated but he could not pay just 2 BTC licence fee to use the Crash game? About the code being modified, yes it was minimally altered yet it is essentially the same code/game but a key thing to remember is that Dean Nolan could not code a single simple line to save his life. He gets his edits, updates and mods from hired help that he has no choice but to allow FTP and DB access to thus opening himself up for all sorts of issues in the very near future. Karma I hope.

If you all in the gambling and gaming community believe Dean Nolan and betking are a part of the "group" keeping each other protected and being polite to each other, you are wrong. Dean Nolan is a jealous little pathetic fool who wishes he was monopolising the crypto gaming/gambling world, he showed himself to be a disgusting imbecile in the PM he posted to me when attacking the Stake team so I uploaded it and shared it in the Stake thread.

There is not any Bustabit code in the relaunched version and we even use different libraries for graphing.

You know we were under the opinion, wrongly, that we were able to use that code after discussing it with RHavar.
Then we spoke and I asked if we could work something out which is why it was up so long. You didn't ask it to be taken down on day 1, it was about 7 days later you asked after we decided we were going to rewrite it anyway.

So going by that post, the fact that Dean Nolan and betking did not want to pay 2 BTC licence fee for the software he is using is supposed to be the OPs fault?

And following on from that, Dean Nolan and betking hired a coder to minimally move the code around just to claim it was wholly re-written?

betking and Dean Nolan are called scam and scammer, so many people in this forum say it.
12749  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The Rock Trading www.therocktrading.com : Selective Scam (truffa) on: November 04, 2018, 04:55:40 PM
Let me ad my two satoshi here.

What i gathered by reading all this is clear:

User opened account to trade crypto and nothing else.  By TOS he is not required to disclose his details unless he wish to withdraw FIAT-usd/eur or what ever they allowing.
OP is not owner of account in that exchange but it is owner of the funds deposited to this account.

What i cannot understand is , why exchange owners pushing so hard to do KYC to make sure account is really OPs not hacker's.

If therock wish to go full kyc mod i suggest inform before deposit reach account. Otherwise its just simply scam which targeting people who wish to stay anonymous.
I can see pattern here where exchanges trying scam users out of their funds using KYC/AML which only should be applied in terms of fiat.

If THEROCK wish to make sure accunt is in control same person why not ask OP to deposit any crypto using same wallets as previosuly or sign message using private keys?

At the end of the day funds must be returned to who even is the owner of them.

I think wider exposure - reddit/ twitter / other forums will make people aware of this kind of practices. Might be wise for therock to recosnider stance. Or maybe funds already are gone for boong boonga parties and this type of stuff?

Thanks for making people aware OP.
Do not let it go, pussh them and make people aware everywhere.
Eventually this type of scammers will be exposed and with a bit of help from community they will be out of business.

I raised the same point.

The exchange clearly has ulterior motives. I was incorrectly told KYC/AML is mandatory but I disputed it then and dispute it now.

They really should think about an exit strategy to get out of this by returning the crypto (and saving-face if they wish) otherwise the negative PR will be affecting their business badly.

Dear Members Of The BitcoinTalk Community,

THIS ADAB HARAAM EXCHANGE IS A BIG SCAM  -- WARNING!!

The OP called whitetoo is alt-name for another account called 520bit and RoyalTeam and several others.

These fake accounts flood threads with sock-puppets for posting propaganda and used to generate fake hype and fake buzz

ADAB HARAAM EXCHANGE = SCAM SO PLEASE BEWARE !!
12751  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Victorieum - We are revolutionizing the centralized finance market on: November 04, 2018, 03:13:49 PM
WARNING !!

520bit, whitetoo and ROYALTEAM are fake bounty managers that scam people by using multiple accounts to flood threads to pump projects using sock-puppets to try to create fake hype and fake buzz
12752  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monaco Visa ICO - tomorrow - latest scam? on: November 04, 2018, 02:03:30 PM
It seems they finally launched their VISA card in Singapore. It took 18 months after the ICO bought them in $26 million.

Pathetic.
12753  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: November 04, 2018, 01:56:20 PM
I hope investors will merge at a lower price so that we can buy and become a holder too

We need more activity on part of the team.

Pundi X has the potential to be a massive game changer and to revolutionise both retail and crypto but there needs to be a relentless part played by the team.
12754  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ADAB - First Islamic Crypto Exchange, based on the Shariah norms on: November 04, 2018, 12:47:27 PM
Something fishy on this thread, maybe we need more deep investigation about this one before it's too late. The account of whitetoo is on danger zone if this accusation is true, hope not. Til now, I'm in the neutral side, since I work for almost 2 - 3 months on this bounty campaign.

Thank you for your post. You are right to be concerned.

Take a look at this disaster: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YbqiRebLMVPe5_qnURtog0eQBtJzvtmtvQ2Z8njEi4M/edit#gid=2130562689

And this from whiteoo: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5049155

And this from the alias alt-account of whitetoo called 520bit: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5058818.msg47361055

Until 2 days ago they were flooding the threads they are "bounty managers" for. After I exposed them they changed tact and are rethinking their strategy now.

As for Adab Haraam exchange, there is nothing Shariah about it at all because they are happy to accept ICO funding from prostitutes and pimps as well as drug dealers and all sorts of people looking to clean their dirty money. That means they cannot even be Muslim let alone follow Shariah.

There is no guarantee you will get your bounty because these scammers have no morals, maybe they will do what Tokenpay did to its bounty team and scam them...
12755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: November 04, 2018, 11:40:29 AM
i did not order a card but i am almost happy that i did  not because i am not sure about the team anymore , the last page's of this thread give not a good imression of mnx

Minexsystem are scammers
12756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥Republia: Leading-Edge Ecosystem and Technology on: November 04, 2018, 11:39:57 AM
WARNING!!
Dear BitcoinTalk Community,
Both Republia and Minexcoins/Minexsystem/Minexpay are operated by scammers
They use fake accounts and their own scammer accounts to pump threads and spread propaganda, be wary of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev because they are at the heart of the scam
Republia and Minexcoins/Minexsystem/Minexpay are operated by criminals trying to scam you.

MINEXCOIN/MINEXSYSTEM/MINEXPAY = SCAM !!
REPUBLIA = SCAM !!

What a twist. I hope this is not true. I believe in the decency of the team.

It is true, sadly.

Instead of using what little intelligence these people have to try to be creative and bring something innovative to the table, these scammers just want to steal 21st Century scamming style.
12757  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥Republia: Leading-Edge Ecosystem and Technology on: November 04, 2018, 10:56:56 AM
This project has SCAM written all over it.

Republia needs to be shutdown before they do what Minexsystem did and scam all investors.

12758  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ADAB - First Islamic Crypto Exchange, based on the Shariah norms on: November 04, 2018, 10:44:50 AM
This is still floating, you are talking adab is fraud but the project is still running and both parties are still defending their respective beliefs. I just want to hear the certainty here, someone must immediately decide about all this

ADAB HARAAM EXCHANGE = SCAM !!

Fact: Adab Haraam exchange is working with Russian bounty manager scammers whitetoo, 520bit, RoyalTeam and their aliases have used sock-puppets to pump threads with incoherent nonsense posts to start new pages and attack those that question their ethics and expose them

Fact: Adab Haraam exchange is operated by 3 Kazakh team leaders that do not follow Shariah themselves so how can their "project" be Shariah? It is a scam just to try to make money

Fact: Adab Haraam exchange claimed their devs are working to code a top of the range never-seen before state of the art exchnage but the reality is they are using a $5 template which was coded around 20 years ago. They have added tradingview.com freebie plugins to show trading examples. This is what they have used to try to fool investors in to parting with their crypto:

ADAB HARAAM EXCHANGE = SCAM !!

12759  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: November 04, 2018, 10:35:46 AM
Seven more days till November 10th!  Big news on the horizon!

We'll see who gets the last laugh when we are all posting pics of our Minexcards on social media.

Don't miss the train.  Cool

Yeah.

I fully expect them to have a banking relationship, cards made and shipped all within the next 6 days.

The level of hopium and general level of dishonest shllling is nauseating.

Nauseating is an understatement. It is beyond belief.

Is there a minimum (soft cap) amount you need to gather in total investments in order for the project to start?

Hia, please take a peep at www.furtcoin.com , the soft cap has already been exceeded Smiley

www.crex24.com/exchange/FURT-BTC
www.bitebtc.com/trade/furt_btc
How can this be verified? Is this money at the address of a smart contract? Now 90% of projects are cheating on the amount of money collected, and I would like to see real evidence.
their contract address has like 200 dollars even though they're saying they have 2.3mil collected, so its probably a scam, you can see it here

https://etherscan.io/address/0xf563549daf64f684858e863e2731f19633d1acb1

thats the address they give for people to invest

also their social media accounts are joke, most of the posts they make is their shitty created memes, it seems like it is a really poor quality project

Besides that, no one wants to buy their tokens on the exchanges, there's no buyers and there's a sell wall of half btc at 1 satoshi, would never in my life invest a penny in such bullshit

Something about this whole project does not make sense.

Looks like scam to me
