I'm not sure about the other 2, but this was (at least one of) OP's post (now deleted):

In it to win it!

Sounds like a great project and have signed up.

Not that high quality tbh.
12742  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: twitter audit. I can pay with eth. on: June 07, 2018, 05:36:39 PM
but this method only show the audit score of new user name only? isn't that  Huh

Yeah, you're right... You can use this method only if you want to have your result for youself, but if you need it to show it io your bounty manager, it will not be a solution.
No. Both you guys are wrong.

What's so difficult on trying before posting that something doesn't work?
12743  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is Mainnet? What is Testnet? on: June 07, 2018, 11:02:39 AM
I heard the information TRON and EOS coming out the mainnet, then the CMT ran the testnet. What is the mainnet? and testnet?
Mainnet = official chain where the real transactions happens.

Testnet = like the name says, it's a testing chain with worthless coins.

Why are coin prices increasing when mainnet is launched?
Obvious reason. Because this means that it's (teorically) a working product.

Steemit has its own blockchain. You can also use it to earn money with your articles.
12745  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Learning how to safely escrow with BTC? on: June 06, 2018, 05:26:05 PM
I have question, how can anyone start his own escrow service. Where do you get that kind of trust
Usually, you gain reputation with the time as you do trades, help the community, etc... Then, when you are a known (and trusted) member of the community, you can decide to start a service like this one. There is no formula to get a reputation.

whats the most trustful "institution" which still can be anonymous?
Idk.

12747  Other / Meta / Re: https://thebitcointalk.net is it a phishing site ? on: June 06, 2018, 04:35:01 PM
~
The same happens in the bitcointalk(.)to

what are they phishing?
Accounts?

"Phishing is the attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and money), often for malicious reasons, by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phishing

By cloning the BitcoinTalk forum and buying a similar domain, they are pretending to be the official forum (and possibly logging the username and password of those who try to login).
12748  Other / Meta / Re: The Bitcointalk 50 BTC VIP club. Where are they now ? Complete list. on: June 06, 2018, 12:15:40 PM
There are a few missing. For example, where is:

Mt.Gox Support
MagicalTux

edit: Forgot Hal Finney Shocked
12749  Other / Meta / Re: https://thebitcointalk.net is it a phishing site ? on: June 06, 2018, 12:07:20 PM
Phishing site.

BitcoinTalk.org is the ONLY domain the forum has.
12750  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: twitter audit. I can pay with eth. on: June 06, 2018, 12:04:55 PM
I m not sure that your method is efficient sir. It seen like when you change your username, you have to wait 90 days before change it again.
That's not true. I don't know where you heard that.

You can change your username as many times as you want without any cooldown.
12751  Other / Meta / Re: No recovery e-mail on: June 05, 2018, 11:36:33 PM
Hm. Adresses I used in the forum are long gone, so no way to reset my password then, I guess.
There is. By signing a message with a staked address.

12753  Other / Meta / Re: Reporting topics, opened with 2 lines, copied from an article + after the link? on: June 05, 2018, 09:15:44 PM
I also asked this a few weeks ago.

Some people said that if that's all the user does (his whole post history consists of this kind of posts), you should report it and tell the mod to look at his post history.

Is it possible to restrict at least e.g. the Bitcoin Discussion thread itself to member rank and up? (to open topics, I'm not talking about posting now) Newbies would have plenty of room elsewhere to spam with new topics...
They would just move to a different board (and start spamming it). Then, we would need to restrict the other boards, until there is none left.
12754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: twitter audit. I can pay with eth. on: June 05, 2018, 05:02:06 PM
1. Change your twitter username temporarily;
2. Do the audit with the new username;
3. Change it back to your original name;
4. Done! Free re-audit!

Bitmover, I know you are trying to help, but you need to read the previous posts before making a new one. As I said, I'm pretty sure the issue is that OP hasn't synced his wallet (Armory runs as a full node, so you need the whole Bitcoin blockchain to keep it update). OP already posted the tx id above and said that BitStamp did transfer the coins to his address and that there is already more than 167 confirmations.

Let him do the steps I described in my previous post.
12756  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum wallets on: June 05, 2018, 03:08:49 PM
Open the folder %appdata%\Electrum\wallets and see if your wallet file is there. If it is, open Electrum, then click 'File' -> 'Open' and select your wallet file to open it.

You will either need to find your wallet file or seed (to restore it). Without any of them, your coins are gone.
12757  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Total number of addresses on: June 05, 2018, 10:28:00 AM
So let's say I have 1 wallet with 2 private keys pointing to it. If someone sends me a coin to this wallet, then any of my private keys can spend it!?
No. But since your wallet consists of both private keys, the software will know (and use) which private key can spend the coins.

If you receive the coins in the address A and export the Address B private key, you won't be able to spend the coins. You will need the private key A.
12758  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Bitcoins not received on: June 05, 2018, 12:44:12 AM
You have two options:

a. Download the whole blockchain (~170gb);
b. Import your private-key in an SPV wallet and spend the funds immediately.

Option A:

1. Open Armory;
2. Go to the "Announcements" tab;
3. Click "Secure Downloader" on Bitcoin Core at the bottom;
4. After finishing the download, close Armory, install Bitcoin Core and don't run it (uncheck the "Run Bitcoin Core"checkbox);
5. Open Armory again and let it synchronize (it will take a few hours/days).

After finishing, you should see your coins.

Option B:

1. Go to your wallet properties;
2. Click "Backup this wallet" -> "See Other Backup Options";
3. Select "Export Key Lists" and click the bottom button with the same name;
4. A new window will open. Only check "Address String" and "Private Key (Plain Base58)";
5. Look for your address at the list and copy the 'PrivBase58' text right next to it.

This is your private key. DON'T SHARE IT WITH ANYONE.

Now download Electrum (https://electrum.org/#download) and when creating a new wallet, select:

1. "Import Bitcoin addresses or private keys" -> Enter your private-key from step 5 -> Next;
2. Now you should see your funds;

I suggest you create a new wallet by going to File -> New/Restore. And following the wizard normally (Standard Wallet -> Create a new seed -> Standard -> Save the seed (DON'T LOSE IT) -> Set-up password, etc... Then, just move your coins from the first wallet that you created by importing your private-key to this one you just created (with the seed). Use this wallet instead of the one from Armory.
12759  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Bitcoins not received on: June 05, 2018, 12:14:13 AM
Is your Armory wallet synced and online? Do you know that Armory runs on a full node, so you need the whole blockchain to see and spend your coins?
12760  Other / Meta / Re: 1 Merit per successfully reported post? on: June 04, 2018, 06:04:41 PM
Terrible idea. Not only this has been suggested tons of times, but the reason this isn't going to work is obvious:

1. Create 10 fake accounts and spam the forum.
2. Report your fake accounts spam.
3. Get 10 merits.
4. Repeat.
