100$ is a good amount of money to start with. I think the best option for now is to wait the end of cryptocurrency market correction and to try to catch the bottom to buy Bitcoin and some altcoins which ideas and technologies you like most.

I agree with your opinion, there are some ICOs which can become successful and useful projects in the future. Unfortunately, it is rather difficult to find such ICOs because of numerous scam projects which will never present a working product.

I think everyone who buy crypto during this correction will earn a good amount of money in the future, the only question is when to buy. Personally, I am waiting the price 1 BTC = 5000$ to invest, but no one knows the exact bottom, so it is rather safe to invest now if you are ready for a long term holding.

As for me, I was participating in many Airdrops, but I am not satisfied with the results - the highest reward I received was about 100$, while the most of received tokens are not traded on exchanges, so they are basically useless. I do not think Airdrops worth participating, it is just wasting of time.

Of course, the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum influence on the prices of altcoins. Firstly, it determines USD price of all altcoins as there are usually no direct pair with USD or USDT. Also, when BTC price is falling, the most altcoins are falling, too, because of people sellings.

No, we are not ready for the growth at the moment. The correction of cryptocurrency market has not finished yet, so the market will stay red for some time. Personally, I am waiting the price 1 BTC = 5000$, I think it will be an indicator for the ending of the correction.

It is rather difficult to predict what altcoins will be in demand in the future. Personally, I hold many altcoins, but I think top 5 should look like this: NEO, EOS, MET, IOTX, WAVES. All of these coins have really cool features and potential for a good growth.
