1281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if another altcoin surpasses BTC in value? on: October 03, 2017, 10:31:10 AM
Actually there is another altcoin that surpasses BTC in value per coin not market cap, that coin is called 42Coin.
42Coin has a price of around $8k per coin as of now, and guess what? That didn't make Bitcoin users to switch to 42Coin.
In the end, price has a little role in increasing the number of coin users.

Stole my reply Smiley

the price for all these coins is entirely too speculative. even the price of bitcoin, in this loft state, has no price basis in reality. price isnt a selling point; price can spike at 100% in these markets. Therefore, price is not an indicator of interest/popularity.
Above poster also has an extremely valid point about adoption. 42 coin is pretty old, yet the market cap is utter shit. price doe not equal popularity, as it does in traditional asset markets. Price indicates speculative enthusiasm, in this space  Grin
Possibility to surpass the bitcoin is up to zero percent and no coin is so much credible and trustable so that people can left the bitcoin and go toward it, bitcoin is not just coin it is name of excellence believe and faith so don’t get into such debate bitcoin will stay at the top it is a trend setter and no one will cross the boss who has hold of crypto.

1283  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have a lot of bitcoin, should you spend it or save it? on: September 25, 2017, 10:56:16 AM
Let's say I have 2.1 BTC And I don't spend it. Will it go up a few cents if I save it? Cause in my wallet I have up to about 50 cents worth of bitcoin. I started up with 13 cents 7 months ago. Now all of sudden I have bitcoins worth 50 cents. What do you call this? I only made that one 13 cent deposit. Nothing else!
My answer is very simple. If I have many bitcoins, of course I will save it. Spending bitcoins are really bad decision and I can say that it is better to save our bitcoins than to spend it.

Spending is not a bad decision as you are earning it so that you can spend it sometimes or even sell it at higher profits and if you will never sell then you will never enjoy the profits so if its giving you good profits on your investment then there is nothing wrong in selling a small part of it.
Spending is not a problem for fun but do it wisely and not excessively dude. and one thing you must know. if you want to shopping make sure you use the money you get from the profits not from the venture capital you set up. use a few percent of the profits you get for spending and having fun if you want it. I think it does not matter
Exactly what you have right now, you must spend it carefully and wisely. I suggest to save them as holding and make sure you will lock that wallet for a few years. You will be millionaire when you sell them. But if you want to spend, as said here, spend only a portion of profit not the capital.
1284  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are bitcoins only for the educated and knowledgeable people only? on: September 25, 2017, 10:16:17 AM
For me, it isn't. We have different talent and knowledge on how we give and do stuff that we love. Bitcoins are for everyone and we have the chance to try or even have this to earn and save money for our future.

How about you guys? Is it only for the educated and knowledgeable people only?

It is not only for educated and knowledgeable people but rather it is for everyone who is interested to learn about bitcoin. And also it is for the people who believe in bitcoin, If you believe in it, you are willing to learn , it doesn't require you to be a degree holder.
I don't agree that bitcoin can only be used by educated and knowledgeable people, because I believe that bitcoin if for everyone, for anyone who wants to earn and who wants to learn. I think that as long as a person has the urge to study and know the basics of bitcoin and with a little idea about the internet and devices used for it, that person can use bitcoin.
If the term "education and knowledgeable people" means someone who has a good understanding of English and computers, also he knows about bitcoins then obviously it can be used by only these people. If someone cannot operate a digital device or cannot read anything, obviously he can't earn bitcoins.
1285  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: September 25, 2017, 09:25:21 AM
Actually there is so many benefit you will get from trading. In trading you can multiply your money in a short-term or maybe long-term. Than the Investing who have big risk.
What are you saying mate! I am not agree with you because according to my information bitcoin investment is better than trading because the price of the bitcoin is increasing and investing your money in bitcoin will make you earn profit in short time, while the trading from bitcoin will not give you high profit at all. Trading is more risky than the investment because it can make you meet to the loss any time and you will not be able to secure yourself at that time.
Yes I also agree with you that bitcoin investment is far better than trading. Investment means buy bitcoin and hold them in your wallet and when you realize that the price is now much higher and you need money, then you can buy and can make a lot of money exactly doing nothing. Just invest in bitcoin and wait for the price to grow up and sell it and be a rich man due to huge earnings.
1286  Economy / Economics / Re: central banks and Bitcoin on: September 25, 2017, 08:49:46 AM
Bitcoin is not a regular currency because it is limited in supply, the government does not want to have this kind of system in place as for sure there will be a problem of shortage, when there is a shortage they can easily print money while it's not possible in bitcoin as it is design to have a fixed supply.
Bitcoin is not just a currency because of it's limited supply, it is also an investment so it could be an asset or currency depending on how you define it.
Yes, this is also a problem for governments and its central banks that if they need more bitcoin, it is not in their reach that they arrange the supply. Because it is not paper currency and they do not print it. So, I feel that any central bank of any country would not be able to fulfill the demand of the people for bitcoin. That’s why they do not take any part in bitcoin mining and anything else related to bitcoin.
According to your opinions people will do not want to keep their bitcoin in central or any other bank as you mentioned because of the return rates. Any bank gives a very low profit of interest and direct dealing will give you much higher profit.

Therefore in my mind central banks are not a good option for your bitcoin. If you want more and more profit in less time you should keep bitcoin in your blockchain or other wallet.
1287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: September 25, 2017, 07:54:33 AM

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?

I think it is impossible because we all know that bitcoin in china isn't a big thing because even if in the past few days they banned and stop different transactions in bitcoin today I think the problem was overcome and resolve. And we all know that bitcoin is a very strong kind of digital currency. It will be a big thing in the future.
Of course you are right because a few days back Chinese government has imposed a ban on bitcoin just to control its price which resulted in the very low price of bit coins. Despite of all this bitcoins have retained their worth in the market so it is impossible that bitcoin will die because of China.
1288  Economy / Economics / Re: The phrase to describe Bitcoin on: September 23, 2017, 09:58:23 AM
Maybe it's not so easy to explain Bitcoin in just one sentence but for me Bitcoin is global currency for everyone in the world, new opportunity to make better living for everyone. That is how I see it. It can have various forms because it can be used as money, asset, investment. So, it's currency with many faces and that is the great advantage.
Yes it is not as easy task to describe bitcoin in few words. But one thing I want to explain that the value and importance will have to be accepted by all the people in the world. why? Because bitcoin has given a more and more high earning to many people than any other business in the world. In short I will say just that bitcoin is the new digital currency all over the world of the coming era.
1289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as salary for a regular job? on: September 23, 2017, 08:27:02 AM
I think it will be acceptable to anyone as long as the value and the amount of bitcoin equal to the nominal salary given in fiat form. and of course in that country is not a state of ban bitcoin, so can exchange it with fiat
The daily expenses of human beigns are usually constant round the year while in case of bit coin you are right that there exist a lot of fluctuations every moment so bit coin is best for getting profit but it may not be considered for the salary purpose because salaries are constant are regular requirement of an employ.
1290  Economy / Economics / Re: If you have a lot of bitcoin, should you spend it or save it? on: September 23, 2017, 07:14:33 AM
When you need it spend it, if not just save it to earn more and achieve more bitcoin.
Yes you're right I think you have the right to spend it after all it is the fruit of your effort and time but don't waste it to useless things because if it will be for nothing it is better to save it because maybe someday you will need it the most.
Yes I also agree with you. If you have need to sell them out then sell it otherwise keep it otherwise keep them in your wallet and wait for the price to go up. If I have a lot of bitcoin, it meat I have a lot of money and I can do anything with my bitcoin.

The other reason for holding or selling depends on the current situation. Selling it can fulfill your desires and holding it can give you a lot of profit.
1291  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's make Bitcoin's Price Higher on: September 23, 2017, 06:01:09 AM
I just wonder, where bitcoin depends its value/price.

Don't we have the power to make its value higher?

If we have, what can we do to make bitcoin's price become higher?

Let's talk about it here. Maybe we can help each other to achieve what we want in bitcoins.
Whats the reason behind its price? Then its just simply on the demand. If theres more demand then value would increased if theres less interest then expect price would go down. Its just a simple economic subject on here.As a bitcoin user i do really believe that we are really doing our best as we can on spreading the awareness of bitcoin and speeding up the adoption so that demand would rise so as on its value to but there are really instances which do really affects and make it decrease. Its not easy to move bitcoins price,if you do have trillions of money then its possible.  Grin
Yes I agree with you that awareness among the people is very important and necessary. The more the people know about bitcoin, the more the price will go up and high.

When the entire world will use bitcoin as their legal and regular currency instead of fiat currencies, then the value of bitcoin definitely increase and the price will skyrocket upwards. Try to aware as much people as you can and earn as much as you invested in bitcoin.
1292  Economy / Economics / Re: How to invest in bitcoin? on: September 22, 2017, 02:14:39 PM
the best way to invest bitcoin is saving , the more you save the more you profit if price up
To invest in bitcoin means to buy bitcoin you should plan an economical strategy for investment you must keep your vigilant eye on rise and fall of the prices of bitcoins you will also take risk for some time because great risk great profit is also a basic principle of economics.
1293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: September 22, 2017, 10:24:03 AM
Future of bitcoin is bright. It can change the world economy greatly. I am also join with this digital currency. It has change my economy of my life.
Yes you are right looking at the past of bitcoin we can expect a wonderful future of bitcoin as the rates of bitcoin has raised up very fast in the previous years so I think that also in future bitcoin will grow and it will be very profitable in the coming years and investors will get more benefits from their investment in bitcoin.
1294  Economy / Economics / Re: dropping value on: September 22, 2017, 06:49:37 AM
I believe that the continuous decline in bitcoin price is due to China's shutting down orders of bitcoin exchanges. Many people in the country would have probably sold their bitcoin in panic, added to the fact that many bitcoin mines were in China.

See it an opportunity for you to buy bitcoin since the price is low, you would have a greater return once the bitcoin price recovers.

Yes, the bad news about China has significantly affected the sale of coins and lowered the price of bitcoin, but over time everything is stabilized. I am sure that by the end of the year we will be able to profit from our coins.
Indeed! China has badly affected the crypto market along with lowering the values of bitcoins. No one is going to give up on their coins if they really want a decent profit with bitcoins. Bitcoins are going to pump damn high in the end of year and it is the best time to buy more and more bitcoins.
1295  Economy / Economics / Re: Tell me your predictions about Bitcoin on: September 22, 2017, 05:54:29 AM
I think in 5 years bitcoin will still be increasing year by year and in 5 years from now another coin the same with bitcoins roadmap will be created and will try to surpass bitcoins price or value. A lot will happen in 5 years and we'll never know until when bitcoin will be here but I would like to focus more on the present than in the upcoming future.
I have the same opinion regarding the prices of bitcoins at least in the coming five years. Bitcoins are going to create new histories in these years. Nothing is going to make you feel bad or regretful after half decade if you are now investing into bitcoins and saving them for long terms.
1296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits from Gambling on: September 21, 2017, 09:58:00 AM
The main advantage of gambling is pleasure. After many years of playing, I did not find any other advantages for myself except for entertainment with this method.
If gambler is a pleasure seeker, then gambling will entertain him but if someone is after money making then gambling will turn out to be a disappointment. It is good that you pay it just for the sake of fun and this is the only reason why you are still surviving in this risky world.
1297  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think that you're addicted to gambling? on: September 21, 2017, 08:45:40 AM
Nope,I don't really think that I am addicted to it ,
I could easily quit when I want to and I could limit my betting,
For me gamblers who are addicted to it couldn't controll their self.

Lack of self-control is really a sign of dependence on gambling. I, too, can always stop at any time and do not feel uncomfortable at the same time, you need to take this as entertainment.
That is true but not everyone is as strong in his decision as you are, my respected fellow. People have different nature, different EQ and IQ level. Some face more trouble in doing the same task then others. However, self control is essential for survival in the world of gambling.
1298  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: September 21, 2017, 08:05:43 AM
never trouble the money and find a way out. how can i earn money by not working office and just at home. and i found bitcoin. yes. I started looking for what bitcoin was and started bitcoin. earning money is very easy if you know bitcoin no money word so problem. bitcoin has prepared it.
Bitcoin is not bound you can sell it any time when you need some money so you can do it but I think we need to increase our money because now the expenses are getting so high the demands is increasing so we should find some source of high income we should work and should invest at the same time, if you are experienced and you will do it properly then you will earn good money for sure. You will have money when you will need it.
Yes bitcoin is for that purpose. When you need it most you can use or sell it and can fulfill your need. It is good to save money instead of borrowing from other people. If sometimes you receive no response from your relatives or friends then it will be more difficult time and you could do nothing besides mourning and rubbing your hands in disperse time. So keep some bitcoin for the hard times.
1299  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: September 21, 2017, 07:21:18 AM
I think this is simple enough question. What would most of people do when they are in need of money. Well i guess they would look for any kind of work. That is best way to get some money, and when you have job it is a bit easier to look for better one. Another think people can do when they are in need of money, they can borrow it from a friend or from bank, but that i do not support. And final thing what people do when they are in great need of money, well they rob some place, and that i totally do not support.
I work for Bitcoin, and always store them up in my wallet. The best part is that I have a friend who is an exchanger, so whenever I’m in need of money, I simply send him a text or call to let him know I would like to sell some of my bitcoin, which he pays for me instantly.
Yes bro you are doing the right thing. Investing in bitcoin today is the most valuable business. It will help you tomorrow. On the other hand if you need money, you cannot find job in a short time. And if you find a job what you think it will solve your problem.

No way because you will get your salary after a month. What will you do for a month? Borrowing from other people or do something else.
1300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on: September 21, 2017, 06:32:00 AM
Bitcoin has went down to usd 4,000 since August 22 and the JP Morgan chief executive, Jamie Dimon, called it a fraud. What do you think?

I think we should see the reality with our eyes, what is real and what is fake or fraud. If we have no judgmental to realize about the things then it is our fault, not every thing is fraud. It is talk about only bitcoin, that's why i disagree with Jamie Dimon. A huge number of people are working with bitcoin and invest in bitcoin a big money then IS it fraud?
I also disagree with Jamie Dimon because bitcoin has proved himself being a powerful and the most famous cryptocurrency among the people nationally and internationally. Bitcoin is a demonstrated successful cryptocurrency across the world.

People are very much trust on bitcoin that’s why people take interest and invest in bitcoin without any contradiction to earn for their bright future.
