1281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about Gambling on: February 10, 2017, 03:40:21 AM
Someone in a gambling site was asking for someone to help them make some money. I directed him towards my tipster Championship results and he gave me .2 to work with and I was to give him 90% of the profit. I lost it all on some bad beats. Am I obligated to give him .2 of my own BTC or not?

First of all, He asked you to help him to make some money and you just did, you suggest a gambling and then he gave you .2 bitcoin which is I know he insist because he is desperate to earn money. So, if this bitcoin that he gave you, lost, then it is not your fault because you didn't want it to happen, and I know that he knows that gambling is this way, either you lose or you win.

Giving him back the .2 bitcoin is not really necessary, it his fault, not yours, but if your being a good Samaritan here, then you should at least give him .1, for him to start another way to grow his bitcoin. It is the least you can do.
1282  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the most popular bitcoin gambling games? on: February 10, 2017, 02:14:37 AM

I know Dice is by a huge margin the most played bitcoin gambling game. What do you think are the others that is played in bitcoin community a lot?

I think plinko could be the second biggest one. Maybe it could be slots too, there are many slots games out there but I am not sure if they are played that much.

Dice would be the majority that most of the gamblers play, because it is really addicting, and it is easy to understand and all you have to do is to roll and you will know if you lose or not. Not like the other game that consume so much time like poker, and so on. Playing DICE is also more convenient if you really want to win money in an easy way and fastest way, though I am not saying that you will always win because it is not possible because of the house edge.
1283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you know game like pusoy or tongits? on: February 10, 2017, 01:39:13 AM
Guy i would like to ask if there is a site accepting bitcoin to play tongits or pusoy?
You can see here what is pusoy and how to play it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRiKihmN6fs

And tongits how to play it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=due_i0OdsxM

I'm sure that you are a Filipino OP. I guess this is impossible unless there would be someone who will make a gambling site which accepts bitcoin and will put this game on to it, but the percentage that a Filipino would do such thing is really low than the possibility that there would someone who will do this. Because, only Filipinos will play this game since we are the only one who knows this, but others can also learn how to play this game, still we are not sure if many would love this game after they have learned how to do this.
1284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do small investments make sense? on: February 10, 2017, 12:58:29 AM
When we think about investments we imagine investors with big sums of money, so for btc casino it would be 1 or more btc, for instance. However, the minimum amount you can invest is usually 0.01btc which is only 10$. Do you think such investments are profitable but you earn small sums or maybe they don't make sense at all?

Can someone explain it to me?

Yes, it is profitable even though the money that you have deposited is just a small amount, but still it will make a profit day by day, all you have to do is to wait until you are satisfied with its profit that it made. I don't think that it doesn't make sense at all, because no one wants to invest just for a little amount, it is because it is all the money that they have and they want to grow it, for them to have more, that is why there is a minimum and maximum amount of the money that you are going to invest, so that the other people who wants to invest but doesn't have enough money can invest.
1285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: February 09, 2017, 08:45:27 AM
I want to know what you guys think about this, I have stopped gambling but still trade so does this mean I am still gambling??

Trading and Gambling do have a big difference. Trading do also have a risk but not that big like the risk in gambling, maybe that was you are trying to say, that Trading and Gambling is just the same because of this risk, but they are different. In trading, you are 100% sure that your money would come back, in time, but in gambling you are sure most of the time because the most of it, you lose.

I don't trade on basis of luck I trade using my skills would it still be considered gambling??

Please tell me what do you think.

And, Trading is not just based on luck, this was the first time I've heard something like this because no one would ever do Trading if he will just base trading on his luck. Trading all about knowledge on how you are going to buy and sell the coins that you are going to buy with a huge profit or just enough profit, and doing Trading without any knowledge about it means you are jus wasting your money and time because you won't go anywhere without knowledge about anything that you will do in your everyday living.
1286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin - Reducing Risk on: February 09, 2017, 08:05:56 AM
Hello Everybody !

I am a French Student in a Business School, and  currently working on BitCoin

On a last topic, I asked if it is possible to monitor or at least reduce the price volatility of BTC, but it seems not to be  the case (or in a very hard way so)

Now I have another question: are there ways to reduce / or at least to limit the risks for a company when a sudden fall in price happens ?
Like a financial package, or baskets of stocks ...

Thanks for your answer !

Quentin

Bitcoins price is Rising and Falling, and it is normal when we are talking about bitcoin. So, the risk that you want to avoid or limit the decreasing of bitcoins price is not possible to limit or something. Bitcoins price depends on its investors, users, and its users population, the bigger the population, the bigger the price might increase. All you have to do is this situation is to be ready and accept the fact that in this world, there would be always increasing and decreasing, accepting it and facing the fact is more better than to fight it.
1287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Rally Could Be Stalled by Philippine Regulation on: February 08, 2017, 06:35:31 AM
It's a pretty small market to affect the whole space if you'd ask me.

Indeed it is, bitcoin users here in the Philippines is not that big for us to worry about to affect the bitcoin world about this "Rally" thing, so it would be better if we are just going to focus on the positive side, rather than worrying about this even if it is not that big deal here in our country, though it is in the biggest country which use bitcoin like China and US.

So, instead on focusing on the negative side, it would be better if we are going to continue to do the same stuff that we are doing like doing signature campaign and the other stuffs that we do to promote bitcoin and not to get affected with this thing, because it would be a waste of time doing nonsense thing, just my opinion.
1288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More than 50,000 unconfirmed transactions on: February 08, 2017, 05:51:10 AM

This is the Chinese Cashing Out before the Price Drop.

Longer you wait to do the same , the more capital you will lose.  Tongue

 Cool

What makes you think the price will drop? We can see big volumes no small down tick it's an indicator that whales buying furtively.  Tongue
Bitcoin makes x3 by summer 2017  Cool

Yeah, who cares about this price drop that you are talking about. It is normal to bitcoin, its price is always fluctuating, but this year, it is different because it just drop on $830 and I think it will be stable on $900-$1000 which is a good news to all of the bitcoin users because they will get a huge profit from it.

And you will not lose any of your capital if you will patiently wait until its price gets high again if it fell on a low price. Patience is a virtue pal, there is no one that would convert his bitcoin into fiat if he knows that the price is too low.
1289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Satoshi Nakamoto an A.I.? on: February 07, 2017, 05:25:02 PM
Couldn't Satoshi Nakamoto be an A.I. Bitcoin's implementation was certainly complex involving 31,000 lines of code. Bitcoin was probably created by an A.I. What do you guys think?

Seriously?, A.I is a Artificial Intelligence, which is made by human. So, how come that Satoshi Nakamoto is an A.I who created the bitcoin? My point here is, let's just say that Satoshi Nakamoto is an A.I and the one who made bitcoin, my question is, Is he the one that really made bitcoin?, No, right? Because Satoshi Nakamoto wouldn't be there in the first place if no one made him or program him, right? So, technically, the one who made bitcoin is the one who created Satoshi Nakamoto, if I'm not mistaken, well, we are just assuming that Satoshi Nakamoto is an A.I here, because he is really not an A.I.
1290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If omitted bitcoin? on: February 07, 2017, 04:51:20 PM
What if anyone wants to eliminate the bitcoin
This question always arises in my mind
as we know that digital currency it could eradicate the economic problems of each person.
But what if no one from the Government or concerned with currency want to eliminate the bitcoin.
I need to friends who are here to give you a bit of advice for me regarding this myself ...

Well, I guess it would take a lot of time for him to eliminate bitcoin, maybe forever is enough lol. Eliminating something big is not that easy, specially bitcoin, because like the others said, that bitcoin is a decentralized one, then it would be really impossible to someone just to eliminate it or shut it down whenever he likes it. It is not something that we can just do in a blink of an eye. It is like finding the end of the rainbow after the rain.
1291  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 07, 2017, 04:18:06 PM
So as of this moment, I'm only earning bitcoin through a signature campaign here on bitcointalk forum.

How are you earning bitcoin?

I am also earning bitcoin, also Altcoins through bitcoin signature campaign and Altcoins signature campaign. Altcoin signature campaign is not really that bad because sometimes you can earn more bitcoin here than on doing signature campaign, but most of the time, Altcoin campaigns take months before they sent all the payments to all of their participants, but really pays good.

You might also want to try those ways that you can see on the SERVICES THREAD, like signing up for something to earn bitcoin, posting this link on social media, stuffs like that to earn bitcoin.
1292  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ask Satoshi Any Questions ? on: February 07, 2017, 03:19:24 AM
Satoshi Nakamoto is some where around and watching the Bitcoin Community from the shadow.
Ask Satoshi any questions in this thread ? Deffinitely Satoshi will answer all your questions.

_______________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________

But how will you know that the person that will answer on your questions is really the real Satoshi Nakamoto, there would be a bunch of users here that would definitely going to answer your questions but it is impossible to know if it is the real Satoshi Nakamoto. It is easy to say for someone that he is Satoshi Nakamoto but would be a hard thing to believe in the first place.
1293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving on: February 06, 2017, 01:01:23 PM
Is anyone in here familiar with the 52 weeks money challenge?
Since it is new year I've decided to take that challenge as a refresher and to try if I can save money using that pattern.
Question now is do you think saving with bitcoin will work? I you are familiar with the 52 week challenge it is where your daily deposit in your saving will have an increament of which amount you started in week one. Since bitcoin is so volatile do you think i'll save more if it is in fiat or in bitcoin?

Never heard of this thing also, but I think that this is effective, if, you are really not going to be tempted to use your bitcoin and buy something that you wanted to buy, and to getting straight to the point, Yes, saving bitcoin is more effective to earn more money or can save more money than saving fiat. Since bitcoins price is always increasing and decreasing, but mostly this time it is increasing so, so you can earn more profit by this and convert to fiat after 52 weeks. I'm sure you can get more money that you can ever imagine than in saving fiat.
1294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where and which part of day do you gamble? on: February 06, 2017, 11:56:22 AM
Hi guys!
Many casinos have mobile friendly GUI and nowadays you can gamble and place your bets literally from anywhere and anytime you want to. So my question is simple. Where and when do you usually gamle? Do you ever gamble at work or your home?

I'm always doing online gambling at home because it is more convenient rather than going outside and decides to gamble, which you can't focus on the game that you are playing if you are outside, that is why I prefer indoor, inside my room and thinking. I don't want to get fired so, I'm not doing gambling when I'm working, just always at home.

Is there any specific part of the day (week) when do you gamble?? Why? Do you think there is some ideal place and time?
Feel free to discuss and let us know Smiley)

No, there is no specific part of the day in a week that I am doing gambling, whenever I feel to, then that is the time. I am just doing gambling when I don't have stuffs to do and killing some time, also just for fun and hoping to earn a little from it but most of the time, I lose. Well, each of us have different choices about the things that we wanted to do in our everyday lives, but for me, staying at home and gambling is the best and ideal.
1295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: February 06, 2017, 04:43:37 AM
While playing poker counting the cards is also similar to make analysis about the game, in sports betting we have to make analysis to predict about the sports on that we are going to place bet, in luck based games much hard to predict even with graphs.

Example of luck based games is Dice. Using analysis on this game is just a waste of time for me, because every rolls that they are making are random, so there is now way that you can predict those rolls for you to win, maybe you can, if there are patterns that they are using but there is not. That is why every rolls that every players will make in this games, they always says "Win, win, win, win", and this is the word I always says whenever I'm gambling. I've never try poker, it is too hard for me to understand the rules.
1296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: February 06, 2017, 04:31:39 AM
I think Friedrich Nietzsche said it best — 'And those who were seen dancing were thought to be  insane by those who could not hear the

music.'

We are dancing on the music of a ground breaking technology, also called : The Internet of Money and the rest of the Fiat slaves are not

hearing the music. Can we blame them for not dancing?

No we can't, everyone has their own choices whether they are going to dance or not. It is just most of the people in this whole world are used on using fiat and not this cryptocurrencies, they are always thinking that when someone's introduced it to them, the first thing that pops out in their mind is that bitcoin is just a Scam and just a waste of time.

We should make them hear the music, and the only way to do this, will be to increase the volume. The volume on the exchanges and the

volume of merchants and the volume of Bitcoin ATM's and the volume of information on public social media.

-= Increase the volume, so that we can all dance together =-

Yes, this is a good idea to "increase the volume" not only for them to hear the music but also to understand what's the song was trying to say, and what is the benefits on dancing on it. Day by day, population of bitcoin is increasing due to its popularity, but still some of us remains not open-minded about this, which is I regret the most in my entire life. I should have more money right now, If I only listened to my friend years ago encouraging me to do bitcoin.
1297  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚡ 🎲 🐉 BtcDragon Casino 100,000 Games Played PROMO!! 🐉 🎲 ⚡ on: February 06, 2017, 03:45:21 AM
This is a really great app, the zombie one, and it is too addictive because you will be challenged to win the prices. I don't know where this negative thoughts are coming from. Maybe they only have similarities o the other gambling sites like Bitkong but not in all aspects. Great job and keep it up BTC Dragon. Smiley
1298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most of the money on: February 05, 2017, 11:06:32 PM
I did play a dice game with a free bitcoin, i think it is 200 satoshi. It really started well, reaching a .00000200 to 0.00003224. After that i stopped and made my game the next day, which i did reach a .00120328. I did pretty hard decisions that ended up playing again and like some other gamble stories, i lost. It really is a shame, and by the way i am using the strategy of Martingale.

What gambling site are you talking about here? Getting 200 free satoshi is too little to begin in gambling even it is just for free. I suggest you to play at bitlser which they are giving free bitcoin more than 200 satoshi to use in the kick start in gambling. And just a suggestion, using strategy on Dice is not working at all, each roll that they are making is random, so using a strategy is just a waste of time, just my opinion. Smiley
