"Ukraine" bit splits further into Malorossia and Galicia. Just a hint.

The following is more accurate:

And from what I could gather from the articles, Norwegian CPS either separated the brother or plans to do so, while, as per standard forced integration practice, denies them lessons in Czech language, forcing them to forget their mother tongue.

Kiev Regime Confirms that Russian Invasion of Ukraine is a Hoax

Quote
Armed Forces General Staff has information about the participation of soldiers of the army of the Russian Federation in the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

This was announced during a briefing Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Victor Muzhenko.

"To date, we have only the involvement of some members of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Russian citizens as part of illegal armed groups in the fighting. Fighting units of the regular Russian army today we're also not. We have enough forces and means in order to inflict a final defeat even illegal armed formation "- he said.

Who's still believing Kiev's lies? This cycle repeated itself several times:

Kiev Nazis junta cry: "Wolf! Russian wolf invaded!"
Western MSM chorus: "Putin rides into Ukraine!"
Russia: "Show proof, please."
Psaki: "Here's a Ukrainian tweet. That's enough proof."
Kiev: "We were joking..."
Western MSM: *Silence*

Rinse and repeat.

And civilians continue dying. The day before yesterday: 11 died in shellings of Donetsk and Gorlovka. Yesterday 6 died when a shell hit a marketplace during busy morning hours.

Brilliant reader comment. Couldn't have put it better:

"...All democratic people must respect the democratic decision of voters and a newly-elected government's right to decide its course - but the rest of Europe's citizens should not have to expect changes in Greek politics to burden them," he said..."

WTF?? The sanctions on Russia wouldn't have existed if the U.S would have respected the democratic decision of Ukrainian voters and the Ukrainian government's right to decide it's course.

The EU standing idly by while the U.S. engineers a coup d'etat to overthrow that corrupt prick Yanukovych MERELY to replace him with equally-corrupt Western stooges hardly sounds like respecting anyone's rights to decide their own course.

Apparently they miss the hypocracy aspect...

The following reader comment from an article about something else really drew my attention:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-01-28/russia-may-condemn-annexation-east-germany#comment-5716600

Quote
...
This is essentially South Stream diverted from Bulgaria to the northern tip of Turkey. It makes both the planned NABUCCO pipeline and the massively-expensive pipeline to transport Israel's Leviathan gas to Europe almost uneconomical. Both of those pipelines only makes sense if Russia is cut completely out of the market.

Nobody is allowed to fuck with Israel's pipeline plans or gas gold-mine. Lebanon and Palistine will remain in ruins. Syria is on it's death-bed. Losing control of Greece was a black swan - something they either completly failed to consider or assumed the banking leash would restrain 'properly'.

Is Russia allowed to interfere with Israel's future gas profits? No way in hell. Time for Israel to get their money's worth out of bribed U.S. congressmen. Time for Nettanyahu to trot out some of those stolen W54 nuclear pits for a little mischief. This time their only option is to nuke something in Ukraine to provoke a war. Their last false-flag - MH-17 - was a god damn flop and dismal failure. They're getting desperate and that always makes them sloppy. The only thing they have left to work with regarding Russia is some Ukrainian Nazis, a few U.S. military commanders in their pockets and the Blackwater/Xe/Vehicle Services assasins in Ukraine. Well, that and the W54's.
...

And that comment leads to the following article:

Until it's not closed there are still hope for the troops inside pocket for a breakout. If the DNR-LNR can lure or force these troops into a breakout attempt then they can get them on the move (channeled into killing zones) instead of besiegeing Debaltsevo and wasting manpower, time and supplies. Age old tactic from Subutai.

The fighting continues. Kiev used the seize-fire of the previous months well to regroup and prepare the forces in that particular spot, seeking to separate LNR and DNR. Kiev is still sending fresh munitions and cannon fodder to the Debalcevo pocket.

In the meantime, there was an interesting report today from LNR's facility for repairs of the trophy vehicles, that Kiev abandons after they lose battles. The latest trophy is a Grad launcher, which they hope to have repaired within a few days.

"We still remember well the Soviet invasion of Ukraine and Germany. This should be avoided," Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk said.

Well, I remember that Soviet/Russian forces left Germany over 20 years ago but Western occupation forces still remain in that U.S. vassal state.

Now this:

Russia May Condemn "Annexation" Of East Germany

Who says the Russians, increasingly isolated by the west (Europe and the US threatened over the past 24 hours to escalate sanctions yet again) and increasingly more welcome by China, India and the rest of the non-western world don't have a sense of humor? Days after the speaker of the Russian Duma, Sergei Naryshkin, faced scathing criticism of Russia's annexation of Crimean peninsula when he spoke at the Parliament Assembly of Europe, he has come up with a novel suggestion when he asked a committee to study a proposal to condemn the reunification of Germany in 1990.

The logic: (unlike in Crimea) there was no public referendum to merge the two nations, which in turn goes to the legality of the most powerful nation in Europe, a nation, which however as the following maps demonstrate, is still quite divided in most aspects despite over 25 years of unity:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-01-28/russia-may-condemn-annexation-east-germany

they destroy your economy. The European Union supports Fascism after the entire world united to destroy Hitler in WWII.

For the USA, land is more significant than people. And the puppets in Kiev have been echoing it. Remember one of the Ukro-journos saying that they just need to kill all the people in Donbass as they are the problem, or Timoshenko calling to kill/nuke Russian-speakers of the Eastern-Ukraine.

Putin, in one of his speeches once said that he long ago adopted the following strategy: he does not take an action unless he is absolutely sure about the consequences, both obvious and unforeseen. If he is unsure, he waits to see how the situation plays out and once the he is sure of the consequences, he acts swiftly.

In light of this, it is interesting to observe the recent shift in his stance towards Ukraine and "politicians" there.

First he said that the current government in Ukraine is responsible for the war crimes committed in Novorossia war criminals.
(Let's hope that there will be a trial over not only the obvious criminals, but also over their puppet masters, in all: Poroshenko, Obama, Yatsenjuk, Nuland, Turchinov, Kerry, Nilvajchenko, Yarosh, Biden - there is no expiration date on war crimes)

Now, the following franc statement:

Putin: While a civil war rages in Ukraine, Ukraine’s army is in fact a legion of NATO
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gNIotO2l40

And what to do about it? Putin offers the Ukrainians, who don't want to become cannon fodder in the NATO foreign legion to sit it out in Russia. He said that the current rules, whereupon people have to return to Ukraine after a 90-day stay in Russia (and where they are "mogilized" into Ukro-army), will be reviewed, giving people a chance to stay out of harm's way. A good move: if you want to extinguish a fire, remove heat, if you want to stop a war, remove supply of cannon fodder.

By the way, the term "mogilization" for mobilization is coined in Ukraine, playing on the Russian/Ukrainian word "mogila" - "grave".

I've always said the EU would be better without Greece, that may finally happen. Who cares about Greece, anyway? Let them go bankrupt and disappear.

[sarcasm] Yeah, who cares about them - they've already been sucked dry, their shipbuilding and agriculture destroyed through EU directives, their wealth transferred to the Central European powers and to IMF through through "loans", and with Greece having been forced to loan money to Germany, a loan that no one intends to pay back. Now they can simply be thrown away like a used condom.

I can't imagine why they didn't retreat before this happened... the Ukrops have the worst commanders ever..

There are indications that some commanders in Ukro-army are not happy and would rather end this stupid war and minimise losses by facilitating situations that lead to surrender.

Here is how the situation looked like before the cauldron closed:

https://futuristrendcast.wordpress.com/2015/01/24/stunning-turnaround-donetsk-announces-the-beginning-of-mariupol-offensive-refuses-poroshenkos-fake-truce/

An interesting reference from that article:

Quote
The containment factor for DNR was that they refused to shell any of their cities, thus potentially endangering their citizens’ lives. This humanitarian restraint was what Kiev counted on since they occupied Mariupol, Slavyansk, and other areas of DNR and LNR. Back in May 2014, many unarmed citizens of Mariupol tried to prevent Kiev tanks from getting into the city, resulting in a horrible massacre on par with May 2, 2014 Odessa massacre. Many local citizens were killed, wounded and kidnapped.

It is a terrible choice: to bomb or not to bomb. But I am afraid DNR can’t get around taking over Mariupol, and – sadly – Kiev will do everything to make this as bloody as possible, out of spite and vengeance, and so later to blame any losses on DNR. Looks like they have already started doing that.

Zakharchenko also announced that the 1/24/15 bombing of Mariupol is a provocation of the Kiev regime. Self-defence, he said, has no artillery in that area.

H: Where were they pulling this bullshit from? The only human rights being abused on the defending territories of Novorossia, is the right for life, as the life of people there is taken in artillery shelling by Kiev-Nazis. And finally making Crimean Tatar language one of the official languages of Crime is a human rights violation, yes?

You do simple always copy/past... ? Use your brain ... and try to get some contact with Tatar living there ... and you will see that this is all but not the paradise your claims !

You just do stupid russian propaganda ... But you know this ... not all people are paid to make propagand :-)

Lived in Crimea for some time a few years back, and talked to some Tatars. Also spent many summers of my childhood and youth there. I know what the sentiments were there first-hand. Pull another one, it has bells on.

For the Western audience, who don't want to go with any propaganda: go to Crimea (book in advance if you want to go there during summer) and see for yourself. Once there, make sure to visit the (almost) all-Tatar city of Bahchesaraj, which is quite beautiful and off the beaten tourist track.

Sure LoL

So perhaps you can explain this since Crimea has been invaded by Martian Troop ! ?

* They have also broadly prohibited the Tatars from celebrating their holidays and remembering the victims of political repressions.
* They are harassed by secret services and “self-defense forces” that search homes, offices and mosques.
* Tatar university students are being forced to apply for Russian citizenship and passports with the threat of not receiving their diplomas if they don’t.
* Certain Islamic books, including school educational books, previously considered legal under the Ukrainian law, have been banned. Other senior leaders in the community, such as Refat Chubarov, have been expelled. Today, up to 8,000 Crimean Tatars have already fled to Ukraine.

I wait your reply about these informations ... of course you will explain there is no political repression in Russia ... and it can not be ... if life was so happy since Russia invaded Crimea ... why 8000 left the place ... ? Sorry but if one place is happyness and nice country ... why i would to left it ?

First of all, no one "invaded" Crimea. Crimea seceded from Ukraine, where it ended up to to illegal and unconstitutional actions by Khrushov. Also the resistance to being forcefully transferred to Ukraine was there even before the transfer happened - the head of Crimean Communist Party lost his position trying to bring the views of the population to the Party tops.

Now, to your questions:
- Which specific Tatar holidays are prohibited? If you mean Muslim holidays, they are allowed (you can look up pictures of Moscow with Muslims celebrating). Prohibited to remember the victims of repressions? Kidding me, right? You haven't read Russian newspapers, where there are articles about victims of Gzhugashvili's political repressions, Tatars including.
- More bullshit from the radicals, that Western MSM gobbles up. Poor radical Muslims in Paris were harassed by police after the shootings... Poor Muslims with ISIS connection in Germany are under scrutiny by police.
- Of course. Though you can apply as a foreign citizen as well. The paperwork is different.
- Which "certain Islamic books"? Stepan Bandera's UPA and certain other extremist organisations are also allowed under Ukrainian law...

So, 8000 Crimean Tatars out of 250000 decided to move to Ukraine. No on was forcing them, it's their choice. The remaining 2.1 million people in Crimea are happy to have finally reunited with Russia.

Right - then I'll try reposting the other one, with two small additions.

First of all, Marianne, I would not have removed any posts even if I could (this is not a self-moderated topic). I welcome the fact that the discussion and revelation expanded from the original topic.

Plenty of cases here, in the section "Temaer" (themes / topics) at BarnasRett (The children's Right):
Barn og familier på flukt fra barnevernet (Children and families fleeing from the child protection services)
Barn og foreldre som blir straffet for opprør mot barnevernet (Children and parents who are punished for revolt against the child protection services)

Unfortunately these articles are all articles in Norwegian. Still, the files give an idea of the profusion of articles and I also post the links for the benefit of readers who can read Scandinavian.

The short article above is so poignant, that I decided to do a quick translation of it:

Quote
Do we have Norwegian refugees?
Yes, both adults and children are desperately trying to get away from CPS.

When the dearest thing people have is attacked and is in danger of being destroyed: own's close family and togetherness with them, people will naturally either raise to defend or escape.

Many parents leads a desperate struggle to retain their kids together with them. Some of them are driven to move to other municipalities to try to get peace. Some see in the end no alternative, but to flee from Norway. Some are trying to go in church asylum or living underground. Some families try to retrieve their forcefully-removed children back home. Young people who are under CPS care flee from their tormentors, but are collected, and sent back.

As routine the government puts in substantial resources to locate and apprehend such fugitives, both children and parents, and lead children back in CPS restraint. Both parents and others who are trying to help children escape from child welfare, are often put under criminal prosecution. The same is also done with the youth whom CPS has or want to have under suppression, and who try to oppose this restraint by physical aggression or resistance.

Nemo, to you think Pavel Astakhov is kept informed about all that is going on? He seemed enough of a maverick not to let any soft soap from Norwegian assurances talk him down. And he speaks Swedish, or so the info says (KGB-educated!).

I think he is well-informed, but Russia is trying to play by the rules, and does so quietly through the diplomatic channels, so as not to put a child into more danger from the Norwegian CPS. The impression I got from the interviews on Russian media, is that Russian authorities are treating such cases with the same care, as the one shown when negotiating with terrorists in armed hostage-taking situations.

It is interesting that you asked about it now. There were no updates about the case of little Oscar since mid-November, and until now. Here is what appeared on the official pages of The Commissioner for the Presidential Council for Children's Rights:
http://www.rfdeti.ru/news/9388-roditeli-rebenka-izyatogo-iz-rossiyskoy-semi-v-norvegii-proydut-specialnye-kursy

And here is my translation from Russian:

Quote
Parents of a child, withdrawn from a Russian family in Norway, will be attending special courses
01/23/2015 12:43

Following the meeting of the parents of Oscar S. with the Norwegian social service staff, it was decided to cooperate with Barnevern, parents will attend special courses.

Russian family from which the Norwegian authorities took their son because of a "milk tooth being knocked out", will continue to cooperate with CPS and will attend special courses.

Recall, on the 8th of October 2014, the government of Norway took the boy from a family of Russian citizens who temporarily came to work to the city of Tromsø. The reason for withdrawal was the "removed milk tooth". The court decided to refer the child to a foster family, and still the decision to return him to his parents is not taken.

Later, the Russian family lawyer Catherine Reiersen said that the court of Tromsø, after the hearing on January 9, 2015 decided to leave Oscar in a foster family, but recommended that the Norwegian CPS take steps to facilitate the return of the child in the family of origin. In the report the judge noted that the family is positive, having a lot of good qualities, conscientious parents, trying to establish a dialogue with the social services.

On the 21st of January there was a meeting of the boy's parents with representatives of Norwegian CPS, which resulted in the decision to cooperate with Barnevern, and parents will attend special courses.

"Given the positive reviews of the parents of Oscar by the judge and social workers, in the presence of which the meetings with the child are conducted, and also thanks to the constructive attitude of parents to cooperate with Barnevern, there is hope for a favourable outcome of the case and the return of the boy in the family of origin" - said The Commissioner for the Presidential Council for Children's Rights, Pavel Astakhov.

From the quote above: "trying to establish a dialogue with the social services". This is one of the emphasised positive qualities!

So, Russia is playing along by the Norwegian rules (it really has no choice - angering the CPS beast may put the child into an even greater peril), the family is still torn, the boy hasn't seen his little sister, who got evacuated to her grandparents, but there is hope...
