1284  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: October 03, 2016, 04:32:23 AM
Bitcoin is possible to replaces the money, but it will takes a long time to replace the money, because there are still many people who don't know about bitcoin. To replaces the money, bitcoin must be known by all people.
nope i think it would be difficult for bitcoin to replace fiat, as I'm sure all fiat currencies will also be developed, maybe they will also have another version that is digitally like bitcoin
I agree at least for today, it will become hard for replace fiat money to digital currency, although it is happen will need much time until all of people use bitcoin.
1285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: October 03, 2016, 04:03:05 AM
since it is popular and trending to different countries i would say yes. It is very successful and very progressive, it can us money in very convenient way, and it is acceptable to use it in buying things in different store but i dont know what exact stores is that but one thing im sure some of the stores accept it  Smiley
I agree with you, although still there are not many stores who accept bitcoin as payment, but in the future if bitcoin become more famous and many countries adopt it, will many stores use bitcoin.
1286  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: October 03, 2016, 03:10:46 AM
I don't know, cause i am not a miner, but at my opinion better to sell everything actually to have enough money everytime on different upgrades.

I don't agree, I'd sell as much as I need to cover the bills which were made by mining and save the rest of the bitcoins. They are kinda stabelish now but they will go up again for sure.

Yeah, saving might mean a great future for you. If the same thing will happen as it did in 2013 after the halving, we will all be rich here. Grin

True saving is the best option in my opinion but anyways this thread is so old and mining solo at home for example is not profitable anymore. But to your question to save or sell bitcoin, save it!
I agree and with save coins the price will going up again, and sell bitcoins is just for pay cost of mining. It will become nice choice for long term investment into bitcoin.
1287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best source for info on upcoming reputable ICOs on: October 03, 2016, 02:53:56 AM
Hi All,

Newbie here. Using some play money I've purchased some BTC and a few other altcoins and some ICOs. Intention is to hold long term. What are the best sources/sites to get info on upcoming reputable cryptocurrency ICOs and crowdsales? I've done some googling and thread searching and haven't found anything definitive.

Yes, yes, I always try to do some DD first. Caveat emptor, etc.

Thanks,

I think bitcointalk is the answers, because almost all of ICOs makes official announcement on there and if they can be trusted usualy they make updating and you can get opinion and suggesting from other users too.

1290  Other / Off-topic / Re: Any safe way to grow my bitcoins ? on: October 02, 2016, 08:02:14 AM
If you are really searching for a safe way to grow your bitcoins, I think there is none.
Bitcoin is still an object of speculation where a lot of people have high hopes of.
Those can fulfill, but it is not certain.
In my opinion just keeping the coins makes most sense.
That does not grow the number of your coins, but it does not endanger it either.
And maybe the amount of fiat you get for it will increase. At least that is my hope.
I agree with your statement, bitcoin and other coins are instrument of investments and as we know always there are risk on investing. And high fluctuation of coins be needed for making profit, although it is scary for some users.

1292  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why there is only a few signature campaigns on this section? on: October 01, 2016, 09:04:13 AM
I have searched all over the google and found that bitcoin community is much larger and a large number of companies are working with bitcoin. But why there are only a few signature campaigns in this section?
Well the aim of signature campaign is promotion of services and the ways for make promotion is not in signature campaign only, there are many ways is like, Google advertising, campaign society media Facebook, twetter and include put advertising into bitcointalk.org.
1293  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: September 30, 2016, 04:01:21 AM

1297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin help poor countries? on: September 29, 2016, 09:59:07 AM
bitcoin is just a currency imo, it can't help countries directly but it can provide an easy and cheap way to conduct transactions and therefore indirectly helping and allowing poor countries to send/receive and possibly improve there local currency value.
I agree, in my opinion bitcoin will help people of poor countries, they can become freelancer of bitcoin and getting extra income via trading, mining and other activities that related of bitcoin.
1298  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: September 29, 2016, 06:01:09 AM

You can still profit from scam coins.

Actually yes since they lasts for months, at least. Good for short term profits one.

But it's more risky so better choose those alts that has a good position and has a good volume everyday even the price is not that cheap to consider.
Yes agree, in altcoins we must use short term strategy, for wary scam coins especially for new coins that be launched usualy many coins that can be survive on markets and then they be delisting.
1299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why Bitcoin P2P lending is dead. on: September 29, 2016, 02:57:47 AM

Ok thank you for your share about the experience, where do you made investment in lending business? Usualy the people using loanbase or btcjam and it went fine, i think you have to show the details about the website.

It is loanbase. There have predefined investment settings. I chose the medium risk settings.

Now its resumed its old name bitlendingclub

It may be as bad as btcjam
Thank you for the informations, it is help. I must wait and see before using loanbase for make sure it is not bad as btcjam.
