This dispute doesn't make sense, and we are not going to continue it.

We do have a physical office and staff in the UK.

We're sorry to hear that you don't believe us, but it's only up to you.

We understand that everyone has the right for their own opinion and position on any issue.

Of course it does not make sense to continue your dispute because you have been exposed for being a liar !

There are 27,218 companies registered at the same address as your beloved Cryptopay  Roll Eyes

Shameful pathetic liar, your UK Headquarter lie has been exposed along with all your other lies

So yes, as mentioned earlier it IS as easy a piece of cake to set up a "company" using mailing address

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/search?q=AL1+4JY+

We can’t say for other companies, only for Cryptopay, and we honestly answered all your questions regarding our company. We strongly believe that being upfront from the outset helps build a strong relationship with our customers, and we always adhere to this position.

Next time you post do not exaggerate and do not lie.

Here is the situation: Cryptopay Ltd (UK) has a single Director and he is Russian man Dmitrii Guniashov.

The same Dmitrii Guniashov is a Director of 5 other UK based companies, 4 are registered at the same address that 28,000+ other companies are registered.

I cannot be bothered to investigate further and expose you more but will say the accounts filed are not exactly giving confidence to investors when they see that monies are owed to other companies that just happen to be owned by Dmitrii Guniashov. Effectively Dmitrii Guniashov owes money to Dmitrii Guniashov using shelf companies, usually this sort of conduct happened when issues related to tax are a concern.

If we communicate again, it there is a next time then you should be very careful about how you post to me. If you come across as insulting or condescending or you simply lie again to fool people I might make some time to actually investigate further and start looking in to your "project" and might find something that makes me and add your cryptopay to my Scam Alert signature.

Look at what Tokenpay scammers did to the bounty manager and bounty team.

Tokenpay scammed them.
12823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunter's Problem on: November 01, 2018, 01:29:37 PM
I try to carefully select projects in order not to participate in fraudulent projects. This is primarily unprofitable for me personally.

Too many scammers out there. Everybody tries to avoid being scammed but it is very easy for newbies to get fooled by scammers such as Russian RoyalTeam, whitetoo, 520bit and their cronies when they flood threads with sock-puppets to create fake buzz and fake hype.

The company is based in the UK. We have offices in the UK, Russia and Portugal and employees from all over the world.

Our CEO is indeed Russian but it was never stated that he lives in Russia. Please stop assuming.
We have staff in the UK. The office is not a mailing address.]

If you have strong feelings against Russians - we get it, let's leave it at that. There are a lot of people who use our company and love it, it's impossible to be loved by everyone. Have a lovely day.
[/size

Do not play the anti-Russian game with me. You are a liar and you got exposed.

https://suite.endole.co.uk/explorer/postcode/al1-4jy

In a tiny building in St Albans, UK there are hundreds of "companies" registered. They do not exist there, they are just mailing addresses along with 4 of the other 5 "companies" Dmitrii Guniashov is registered as a director of.

You have no team from "all over the world" you lying pathetic fool.

12826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Or Trading? on: November 01, 2018, 12:53:53 PM
It depends on the patience and skills of the person himself. It varies from person to person.
12827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunter's Problem on: November 01, 2018, 12:52:20 PM
Take payment in BTC instead of the proposed token. That way if the project is a scam then their tokens will be useless but you are protected by having payment in Bitcoin.
12828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: November 01, 2018, 12:50:44 PM

The rate of scam in this space is becoming alarming, some people just feel they can come up with a lie and sell it to people, like I read somewhere 2019 in cryptospace is likely to be a legal year because people are now realizing that most of these ICOs are scamming them and their would likely be a redress in court.
You see, here is 100% trustful coin. And here is 3-4 trolls which spreading false information about MNX. And that's it.

100% trustful? Are you daft? You are just a shill. 100% trustful companies dont sell air and actually deliver on their promises. Minexcoin only overpromises and underdelivers. You can see it in the price. Im still wondering how this shit stays at 2$.

The inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev have no limits to how low they can go. They will scam anybody and everything just to line their own pockets.

12829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN [MCO] MONACO #1 Cryptocurrency Payments Card on: November 01, 2018, 12:45:50 PM
MCO seems to be going OK not a scam like Superior Coin!

After 18 months of having $26 million from the ICO failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his pathetic team have finally sent out some Monaco cards to some Singapore based residents  Roll Eyes

If you call that "going ok" then I feel sorry for you
12830  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopay: A Central Entry Point to a Decentralised World on: November 01, 2018, 12:41:12 PM
It’s not a piece of cake to found a company, which will be compliant with the current legislation, in any country, and it’s definitely not about buying a piece of paper. Cryptopay was founded and has a headquarter in the UK (St. Albans) and 2 additional offices in Portugal and in Russia. Our bank account is in Germany if your concern is that your funds are being traded in Russia. The only thing which applies to Russia is the card issuer for the Russian card programme which is available only for the citizens of Russia. And it doesn’t affect other products in any way.
The reason why our clients choose Cryptopay isn’t a nationality of our employees, but a reliable and high-quality service, responsive and friendly support team and honest attitude to our customers.

You are misleading the very few people that reading this thread and you are doing it deliberately.

To register a company in a country that you are not living in IS a piece of cake.

If I lived in Russia or Canada or India or Philippines or Brazil or anywhere else, I could register a company in UK with minimal effort. I could get a company registered address just as the cryptopay team did at the following address because it is nothing more than a mailing address which can be had for $50 per year: 145/147 Hatfield Road, St. Albans, England, AL1 4JY (All in all the registered "company" fee and "registered address" fee would be around $100. So yes, it IS easy as piece of cake)

Your owners are Russian so stands to reason they would operate from Russian but you give the impression they have multiple offices worldwide and that is nonsense.

As for your headquarters being in UK is a LIE! The address in UK is a mailing address, nothing else. You have no staff in Uk, you have nothing there except a piece of paper to show the "company" (which is a piece of paper) is registered there.

You do not even have a UK bank account. You have offices in Portugal? You have mailing addresses in Portugal. If you have bank account in Germany it would be surprising.

What is the IBAN of the bank account and the name of the account and the address of the account holder and of course what is the name and address of the offices in Portugal and Germany?

Dear BitcoinTalk Community,

WARNING!!

Please not trust Republia and Minexcoins/Minexsystem/Minexpay because are part of the same fraudster group.

They use fake accounts to pump propaganda but they are exposed as known scammers.

Republia and Minexcoins/Minexsystem/Minexpay are controlled by the same inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev

When will I be able to test the platform ADAB? I would love to buy tokens, but first I want to test the product.

Carefully study the project and the team before investing, I think in this thread you will find many arguments not in their favor! But the last choice is always yours!

You gave great advice, thank you for your post.

After looking at their $5 cms template which was probably coded 20 years ago, people can see how serious the "project" is...

Dear BitcoinTalk Community,

WARNING!!

Please not trust Adab Haraam exchange it is a scam

Adab Haraam exchange are working with Russian bounty scammers 520bit, whitetoo and RoyalTeam to flood this thread with sock-puppets.

These fake accounts are used to create hype generators and fake buzz generators to rip-off newbies and gullible investors.

ADAB HARAAM EXCHANGE = SCAM !!
12834  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bounty campaign Manager Enrolling With Alt on: November 01, 2018, 12:52:19 AM
Why create a separate thread tho?
The case might be that the two are on the same team or that they are the same person who is participating the same bounty that they/he is managing.
Can you clarify which thread he is bumping? Is it the bounty thread? I'm quite confuse.

Check out the very first link of this thread. I thought he was enrolling but later, I realized, he is bumping his thread.

Russian RoyalTeam and its aliases whitetoo and 520bit along with several sock-puppet accounts are doing the same in the Adab Haraam scam thread but I am not letting them get away with it:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4720775.0

RoyalTeam and 520bit and whitetoo: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5058818.msg47361055 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4853892.msg43755540

They want to create fake buzz and fake hype in the hope to entice newbies and gullible investors. They are pumping their own threads for which they are bounty managers or have vested interests. They are scammers though and through

Check this out. No checks are being made on what sort of nonsensical incoherent posts are being made before being added to bounty sheet:

12836  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $Millions in Investment. Why Did Investors Choose Coinbase? on: November 01, 2018, 12:39:59 AM
Just like anoy other merchants buying and selling bitcoin in an centralized market is easy and API is more easier way to sell but KYc should be the priority of this exchange. Coinvase right now has almost reach a billion market of its users and probably in the next few years more coins will be added so in the U.S they are more paying attention on this one.

Their ease of use for merchants is a plus but that cannot be a major selling point for attracting investor funds. They have their FIAT set up with banking in the UK as well as US. They are expanding but I see Binance (non-FIAT) and so many other exchanges that have potential. I cannot understand how and why Coinbase holds that much potential and value in eyes of investors.
12837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ADAB - First Islamic Crypto Exchange, based on the Shariah norms on: November 01, 2018, 12:08:16 AM
It is nice to get in again at nearly the top of the new page  Grin

Adab Haraam exchange = scam

Just think about it  for a moment. If the Adab Team cannot check the "purity of the source of the money" that investors send, or if the Adab Team cannot check the "moral standing of each investor" then they can continue to create their exchange but they should remove the word "Shariah".

Would you invest in an ICO for a Vegan cake baking company called "Vegan Cakes For All"? Sure why not if it is a good investment?

But if that "Vegan Cakes For All" company was using using cows milk in all of its Sponge Cake products and using pork fat in all of its Carrot Cake products then how can that company called itself "Vegan Cakes For All"? If they want to trade then remove the word "Vegan" and call yourself "Cakes For All" because they are lying and misleading and scamming therefore are thieves.

The moment they drop the word "Vegan" they seize being lying, misleading, scammers and thieves and become a legitimate business.

I hope you like the vegan-shariah analogy  Grin

This project will not be successful long term because the team behind it are inexperienced and out of their depth otherwise they would never have lied about it being Shariah compliant.

This project and thread is overrun with fake bounty managers such as 520bit AND whitetoo and Russian ROYALTEAM are using multiple accounts to flood threads to generate fake buzz and hype to impress gullible people and newbies hoping to fool them in to getting involved with the Adab Haraam exchange projects.

hello. I saw your post. I agree with you. If the project doesn't comply with the laws of Shariah, then this is a scam.

For Muslims transparency is very important.

I saw the news that ADAB has collected softcap, but why there is no reference to a smart contract anywhere?

Thank you for your excellent post.

You are very much correct, if the title of the project is "First Islamic Crypto Exchange, based on the Shariah norms" but it does not comply with Shariah, then it is a scam.

You are right, for any religious person following any religion transparency is essential. In this case transparency has been cloaked by Russian bounty scammers 520bit, whitetoo and RoyalTeam using sock-puppet aliases to pump this thread with nonsensical incoherent posts to claim there is hype and buzz but it is all fake. Add to that the OP playing a game of being piggy in the middle instead of the 3 Kazakh team leaders coming here and posting themselves.

Regarding the soft-cap. It is all a mystery. People have been asking for details about the investors of the soft-cap and the smart contract details but the Adab Haraam scammers headed by the 3 Kazakh team leaders are not forthcoming with any information.
12838  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $Millions in Investment. Why Did Investors Choose Coinbase? on: October 31, 2018, 11:35:01 PM
You can see coinbase as a wallet provider for certain Altcoins. But they are also one of the providers of Bitcoin buying and selling services through FIAT. They are also involved in big projects, so it's like a big investor.

I fail to see why that would be a specific reason for investors lining up to invest in Coinbase. There must be something else to it.
12839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: October 31, 2018, 11:32:46 PM
Minexsystems is fast taking money for cards, but when you ask for a refund then they will tell you that they are only able to refund after cards are shipped and only 80% what you paid for. I ordered mine at the end of july for 100$, that same card cost now 20$ and I get back (if those cards ever ship) 16$. Great fricking deal on the card and those refund terms are absurd. So much for that " Shipping starts 6 weeks after KYC/AML checks"  Roll Eyes

So do you think people like those in the inner circle scammer alliance of Racquemis1, Temhuk and Borys Shulyayev should be allowed to run a Republia thread here? Or do you think they should be allowed to keep this Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystem scam going?

There have been hundreds of scams by evil thieves that have used the Bitcointalk forum to spread lies to steal money from investors. When will the forum moderators do something to clamp down on it?
