Do I carefully force-feed bananas to Cher the She-Alpaca for Friday's solemnization rehearsal, or RSS feed anyone circumnavigating her gyrating yak nards?

Taxonomy has been called "the world's oldest profession",[7] and naming and classifying our surroundings has likely been taking place as long as mankind has been able to communicate. It would always have been important to know the names of poisonous and edible plants and animals in order to communicate this information to other members of the family or group. Did prostitution come before communication? Or the other way around? This is the world's oldest chicken-and-egg problem. Which is never a problem if you ask me. Like all those famous paradoxes, I never find them paradoxical. It's all semantics. Which brings me back to naming things, i.e. taxonomy. Or prostitution. Same thing. Phylogenetically speaking with both, a tree is involved.

wow there is a ton going on in this thread.
I run a little podcast each Wed. I would love to have someone representing the Bitcoin Foundation on the show tomorrow. It airs live from 7-8ish PM Vegas time, then posted for podcasting after that.
I have an email out to someone in the organization as well.
I'll be in Las Vegas tomorrow, if you want me to speak on the show! That'd be awesome! (remember to look into the camera and wear a Bitcoin tie) Seriously, I just thought of something neat to do at the end of the interview. Cut for high card, with the loser paying the winner 1 BTC, then somewhat showing the paying off of the wager via smartphones, PC, etc. ~Bruno K~

THERE'S NO RULES! *pulls off shirt* Actually there is. My sweet Maria states in the title of this thread: Serious Bidders Please. You guys realize that you're going backwards with the bids when you add exponents > 1 to a bid < 1? I still have high bid then. You're not going to believe this, but I was serious with my bid, never realizing I was going backwards. A couple decades ago I would not have made such a simple mistake. In fact, I just checked .19 2 and saw that you are correct. Maybe I can blame it on being blinded by Maria's beauty, but that won't work now, for I've already admitted how I erred. Back to the bid. 0.31415926 (now Mongo high bidder) (Maria love Mongo)

If you weren't so busy getting mesmerized by pooh, you would have noticed the 2-3 inch tall My Little Pony on his desk.
HAHA ....I think he has a beer bottle also amongst the My Little Pony Heinken on top shelf to the left ... Noticed that it's unopened? Cap is still on and you can see the liquid level, slightly lower than if it were a new bottle. My guess is that it's some sort of souvenir edition Heineken. BTW, does anybody know the name of that My Little Pony? I know it's not Pinkie Pie.
