What kind of assets that can be collected? Does this include personal assets like jewelries and collections? What if the debtor has no valuable assets? Does the debtor can be imprison?

You can seize directly out of bank accounts, or you can put a lien against his vehicle or home.  If neither of those are a possibility, I can engage a Sheriff to seize personal assets in the home.

All this is based off the rules of Alberta.  Other provinces may be slightly different.

VOD how are you of legal basis for this when you are a confirmed Pedophile and Sex Offender  Huh Huh Huh

It's the best way to get people to pay up.   Wink

I'm no longer offering this service.  Locking this thread.

The worst thing that can happen is they close your google play account for 2 hours. And there's like a 2% chance that will happen.

I think you are just making up numbers.   Wink

12925  Other / Meta / Re: technical questions related to altcoin development on: April 27, 2015, 02:28:19 AM
I recently posted a such question to the technical forum, but a mod moved it to the altcoin forum, where I feel it is much less likely to be answered.  I can rephrase the question in such a way that it does not explicitly mention altcoins, but it will probably still be clear that I'm asking for purposes related to altcoin development (basically, I can treat it like a hypothetical Bitcoin hard-fork).  I just don't want to annoy the mods on that board by asking questions that don't serve Bitcoin's interests.

My question here is what is the proper board to post such questions, and what is the proper context in which I should phrase them?

If it relates to altcoin development, it belongs in the altcoin forum.

This forum is for bitcoin discussion.
12926  Other / Meta / Re: I want to make a new thread, where does it belong? on: April 27, 2015, 01:14:27 AM
Hello, I want to make a thread for my satirical Bitcoin news site, truucoin.com. I want to make a single thread with updates when new articles are posted. Because of this format, I do not believe it belongs in the press section. What is the most appropriate forum for this thread?

Off Topic?
12927  Economy / Reputation / Re: Want to get your negative trust removed? on: April 26, 2015, 10:45:28 PM
Can users also pay you for negative trust to be removed? Smiley

No.  I'm not on this forum to make coin.
12928  Other / Off-topic / Re: Am I the only girl on here? : ( on: April 26, 2015, 09:39:04 PM
Why dont you post a picture of you fabiola , holding on your hands (Bitcointalk.org) paper, to prove that you are a woman.

I`d like to see some bitcoin user woman that creates a thread with 68000 views.

I think part of the reason this thread has so many views is because of the ambiguity of fabiola!.

If she were to post a picture and prove she was female, everyone would probably move on to other controversies.  Smiley

Next you'll have the christians ask for removal of blasphemious pictures. And then the muslims walk in and demand the forum to be closed completely because it's against the Qoran...

In other words, religion, religion, religion.

I think this forum is beyond religious influence.  Or at least I hope....
12935  Economy / Lending / Re: House Broken Into - Need Loan for Monitor and CCTV Camera Replacment (BTCjam) on: April 26, 2015, 10:20:55 AM
Hi,

That is a fair comment, but im not like that at all.

The crime referance is 069496K-15 and its Greater Manchester Police, Bolton.

Im a little offended that you think im lying but i also understand your reasons.

Sorry for offending you, it was not my intention, but there are a lot of scammers on here.  Sad

What is their (non-emergency) phone number?
12936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Charity in Nepal - Country Hit by Massive Earthquake on: April 26, 2015, 10:00:11 AM
Why ask your god for help?  If he was able to help, he would have prevented the earthquake.   Undecided

Good luck to all the citizens of Nepal.

Keep your fucking god exists or not topic to the offtopic section

Tell that to the person I was quoting - they brought their god up, not me.   Wink

I agree that all "god" talk should be kept to offtopic where it belongs.
12937  Other / Off-topic / Re: Facebook group for Crowdfunding in Bitcoin on: April 26, 2015, 09:58:26 AM
Facebook groups are not really the best platform for starting and organizing crowdfunding projects.

You might want to reevaluate your business strategy.

Agreed - we have no idea where the money collected is actually going.

Join an existing crowdfunding website - that will give you more credibility and more exposure.  Smiley

YES YOU CAN!   The only person that can motivate you is YOU!  You have to take that first step - you have to let the world know you exist!
12939  Economy / Lending / Re: House Broken Into - Need Loan for Monitor and CCTV Camera Replacment (BTCjam) on: April 26, 2015, 09:38:48 AM
I just thought i would post my listing on BTC jam here, any help will be appreciated the original description is below.

Hi everyone.

The reason i would like this loan is that my house was broken into 2 days ago.

They got through my kitchen window while i was in work as it was open to let the heat out from a small batch of bitcoin machines.luckily they only stole my PC monitor and my security camera, as when they unplugged my monitor they knocked my router out and all the bitcoin machines started beeping and must have scared them off.

The reason for this loan is to replace my monitor and security camera, and have an inexpensive alarm fitted.

I wasn't insured either something i will be getting soon, although on this occasion i am to blame for leaving the window open, my worry is they may come back knowing how much pc equipment i have. This loan will be paid back out of my monthly wage.

As this is my first loan I have re listed it with better terms for the lender, I will also be aiming to repay this loan early.

Thanks for any help you can give.

It would help your case to list the case number and the police force that did the investigation, so people can verify a break in did occur.

Otherwise, people might assume you are just making up a story and using the gullible btcjam audience to get a "loan".   Undecided
12940  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can miners "freeze" bitcoin addresses? on: April 26, 2015, 09:35:34 AM
Is it technically possible for miners to "freeze" certain bitcoin addresses by rejecting all transactions to/from a list of addresses? For example if all (or 50%+) miners agree or are forced to by some new regulation to block any transaction from an address that is known to contain stolen funds. If this is possible, then it would open up for all types of regulations forcing miners to become gatekeepers and blocking "bad" transactions.

If 50%+ of miners decide to do something, and they have the programming ability, they can make bitcoin into whatever they want.
